À chaque coin de rayon, le gérant de la pharmacie, un homme blond de deux mètres aux cheveux noirs, m'a suivi de près, me scrutant sans relâche. Pour aggraver les choses, il a même demandé à sa pharmacienne de vérifier si j'avais besoin d'aide à plusieurs reprises alors que le magasin était vide, ne laissant aucune autre personne que moi. Son comportement raciste m'a tellement dérangé que j'ai finalement décidé de quitter sans rien acheter. Cette expérience discriminatoire a sérieusement entaché mon expérience d'achat et m'a incité à rechercher un autre endroit pour mes achats. "

Excellent service personnalisé de la part des pharmaciens et pharmaciennes. Excellent suivi des dossiers et conseils.

Je fais affaires avec cette pharmacie depuis près de 10 ans et suite a une perte d, emploi je fais une demande d'assurance chomage et n, ayant pas de coussin financier je tente de me faire livrer mes medicaments et prendre une entente avec la pharmacienne en chef. Je me suis fait dire a 4 reprises que ce n'était pas son problème. J'ai toujours payer a chaque mois depuis que je fais affaires avec cette pharmacie. Son aggressivité a fait que finalement J'ai changer de pharmacie, pour une petite pharmacie de mon quartier. Bravo pour ces insultes indigne d'une pharmacienne

Il y a quelques semaines je pouvais dire que c'était une des seules pharmacie qui offrait des heures convenable la fin de semaine. Ils ont décidé de SINGER les autres pharmacies et ne plus offrir de services après 18h.

Je me souviendrai "toute ma vie" de ce jour d'avril 2020; quel service médiocre et attitude inappropriée de cette "gérante"! Un endroit où l'amabilité et la courtoisie devraient être prescrits à certains employés!

I deleted my previous review of 5 stars. I have had a dossier at this pharmacy since I was a child, when it use to be located on King street. So it's safe to say I have been a client here for roughly 40 years. Within that timeline it had changed owners. I have always had excellent service at this pharmacy until recently, within the past 2 years. Since the owner seems to be less present in her pharmacy, starting about 2 years ago, the service has gone downhill. Over a year ago I had to make a complaint with the College of Medicine due to a doctor who made mistakes to my prescription medications, as well as forgetting to renew others. I was told by 3 pharmacists at this pharmacy, including the owner, that they contacted the doctor multiple times concerning the prescriptions. They told me that the doctor never replied to them. After the investigation was completed by the College of Medicine it was concluded that the pharmacy never contacted the doctor in question. Because of their laziness I had to be inconvenienced with a visit to the emergency room to correct these errors with my prescriptions. That problem should have been handled by my pharmacists instead!

Recently I have been on antibiotics. I went to the pharmacy to inquire about only having 1 day left of antibiotics; however, the infection has not fully gone away. I was only prescribed 7 days of antibiotics. After waiting roughly an hour to speak with the pharmacist, and the pharmacist seeing clients who passed after me in line, I had enough with the disrespect. I was told by the woman at the counter, after making a complaint, that the pharmacist will talk to clients who are waiting to receive their prescription first. I left the pharmacy without seeing the pharmacist. Now I will have to return back to the emergency room to have a renewal made of my antibiotics. This pharmacy only cares for the fast money. Once you buy your medication they will flip you off. Okay, goodbye. I'll take my business to another pharmacy that is more professional and treats their clientele with more respect.

Pire expérience en section beauté, on s'est fait observer et suivre tout le long de notre magasinage le service était bête malgré ma politesse avoir su jaurai été encourager un pharmaprix avec du bon service! Enfin bref les employés n'ont pas l'air heureux!

L'entreprise offre un super spécial sur les Boost (supplément alimentaire) à 8,99$ pour samedi et dimanche seulement, sans mention de limite de stock, seulement une limite d'achat (4 par client). Naturellement, samedi midi, les tablettes sont vides. Lorsque je demande un coupon en différé, l'employée me dit qu'ils ont un problème d'approvisionnement sur ce produit et donc non admissible aux coupons en différé. Je traverse la rue pour aller chez Provigo (mêmes fournisseurs) les Boost n'étant pas en spécial, les tablettes sont à moitié pleines, mais il y en a! C'est seulement du marketing afin d'attirer des clients afin qu'ils achètent autres choses, plus rentables pour l'entreprise. Dès que le spécial sera terminé, les tablettes vont se remplir.
