La 2e visite fut beaucoup supérieure à la première, le service était à la hauteur de mes attentes, seul point qui m'empêche de donner 5 est la qualité des caisses libre-service, ce n'est pas le meilleur logiciel.

Mia and Sarah in pharmacy, were awesome, they helped me manage my medication ordering, very helpful. As I am an English only speaking customer it is very important for me to find a pharmacy and pharmacy assistants who can converse with me and help me with my medication needs.
Sometimes I have to wait longer than what I think I should, but I also realize these are not ordinary times, patience is important. The pharmacist has always been extremely and friendly.

They have the worst customer service that I have experienced in my life. Completely unwilling to listen to the customer or to solve the customer’s problem. Do not shop here! Especially in the electronics section, you will regret your purchase.

I have 15 days to get my order, if not they send it back to the vendor. However, they are never open when I'm available!

No employee at the post office for the whole week from 9am to 5pm. The employee is sick but the manager didn't replace them. That calls for bad customer service and poor judgement from the superior.

Had to file a complaint to the company, hope things change.

Either hire new employees or switch out the work hours so people working daytime or in the evening can get what they ordered.

Personnel pas « service à la clientèle.  »  j’ai beau commander par internet, ils réussissent a nous faire attendre 10 minutes.

Ça fait 6 ans que j'y vais 1-2 fois semaine et je touche À tous les services. Jaime vraiment beaucoup. Jvois les mauvais commentaires ça reflète pas vraiment. ça doit vraiment être des événements occasionnels.

Fait 3 mois que tout la clientèle est frustré au comptoirs de la pharmacie personne a le gout d'améliorer le delais d'attente?

Bref, pauvre employés qui doit endurer les crises des clients a tout les jours.

Manque de personnel flagrant.

Un magasin qui choisit mal ses employés toujours de mauvaises aventures avec les employés qui travaillent à contre cœur et un mauvais services à la clientèle. Aucun effort de leur part!
Mais mon expérience aujourd’hui m’a poussé d’écrire un commentaire et si je pourrai mettre zéro étoile pour le service qu’on a reçu! Je passe avec ma famille pour des photos de passeport la personne qui nous prend en charge nous a fait des photos ratées Ça manque la lumière dans l’espace, et aucun effort de sa part pour corriger le problème de luminosité dans la photo. Mise à part les regards bizarres et gênants de sa collègue quand on se demande pourquoi les photos sont ratées comme si on a pas le droit de se demander.je mettrai jamais les pieds là bas et je vais changer cette pharmacie même pour mes ordonnances à cause de ses employés incompétents malgré que les deux pharmaciens font un travail impeccable et des conseils constructifs. Mais je voulais pas m’énerver à chaque fois que j’irai la bas.

Tout les employés de cette pharmacie sont gentils et accueillant,
Jamais eu de problème, il y as surement une bonne ambiance de travail.

Je n'y retournerai plus jamais! La pharmacienne à faire certains commentaires sous entendu par rapport à certains choix personnels sans même savoir! J'avais le goût de pleurer de rage!
Très très très mauvais service! Je vais tout faire changer de pharmacie je ne remet plus jamais les pieds là!
Que se soit au niveau pharmacie ou autre.

So its covid epidemic at the moment I've been waiting for something I ordered for the past week, get to the store at 740 I'm told the post office is closed. So I walk over to mail department the clerk is still there I ask her if could still get my package she refuses and says were open at 9am. So during a pandemic where they recommend only going out for essential things or go out the least amount possible. Now i have to go back and put my self out in possible contagious environment just to get a package that would have taken the clerk 2 minutes to get.pas fort

Aucune caissière pour me servir à 11 hres ce matin, j ai été obligé d utiliser le libre service, à ce que je sache je ne travaille pas là donc se serait normale d avoir le choix c.i, e, une caissière pour les CLIENTS

Pharmaciennes et pharmaciens très professionnels, par contre employées au comptoir des médicaments assistante sont tres souvent désagréables, ne te laisse pas t expliquer, passent des commentaires au pharmacien de garde qu on entends très bien, bye bye je quitte cette pharmacie pour une autre. Je vais laisser mon argent chez un autre commercant qui a des employées plus agréables dans la section pharmacie.

Pire service reçu en pharmacie.incompétence total de la part du pharmacien et ce, à plusieurs reprise. Un gros zero!
