Pharmaprix

Walked in today to buy a few items, only to find out that ALL cash registers with service were CLOSED. Customers had to use the automatic cash registers. I won't go on a rant why I think this is a bad thing. I'll simply no longer shop there.

The pharmacist that helped me was very nice and took the time to answer my questions. Store is clean and great products! The only reason I’m removing a star is because they never have a cashier to make you pay and I hate self checkout machines, some « human » service would be nice.

appel pour recevoir de l’information concernant deux médicaments si je peux prendre les 2 en meme temps … juste parce que je n’ai pas de dossier avec eux la dame na jamais voulu me repondre elle m’a dit de me débrouiller seule …. Donc jai demander d’ouvrir un dossier et elle ma repondu: ils ont pas le temps pour sa!
Puis ma raccrocher au nez!

Absolument découragée du service reçu a cette pharmacie au comptoir des ordonnances. J’avais changé de pharmacie pour celle ci et maintenant je dois changé a nouveau. Il n’ont jamais en stock les médicaments prescrit par mon medecin. L’aire bête de pharmacienne qui se prend pour un autre, vraiment décourageant surtout quand nos enfants sont malades! En plus de faire attendre deux heures a tout coup pour un médicament. Ridicule!

J'ai changée de pharmacie car le service que j'ai reçue ces derniers mois au comptoir des ordonnances et au téléphone fut déplorable à plusieurs reprises, j'étais cliente à cet endroit depuis 25 ans! Je suis totalement déçue de Pharmaprix Pincourt

Never had problems with filing my prescriptions where I go to regularly. Always good service. Andre is the best

In lieu of Jamie's comments of being swindled.there is a law in Quebec that if the price is higher when you get to the cashier than the price at the shelf, YOU GET IT FREE! I have a relative that does this all the time, they shudder when they see her walking into the store.

Très grande variété de produits enmagasin. Les employés sont très gentils et une des caissières est un amour. Elle est drôle et aime servir les clients.

Excellence avec le service, très professionel, et bien propre et organisé. Les prix sont un peu plus elevés que chez nous, le même propriètaire, mais c'est parfait pour un bon achat du lait, des oeufs et des maxi sanitaires.

Have been using this Pharmacy for over 10 years and have always enjoyed the great service and professional staff. Excellent pharmacists always helpful and willing to assist. Highly recommend this pharmacy.

Was standing and waiting to see pharmacist. There were 5 workers working and waited at least 30 Min. Totally unacceptable!

I was looking for a new parfume for myself and two of the staff could be bothered to serve me. Finally someone deign served me, but could not find the papers to spray the parfumes on. This place does not care about customers. Very unprofessional!

Disappointed, when an item was priced wrong on the shelf, pharmaprix did not honor the price listed on the shelf where there were multiple of this product placed above the price. I mean it was a $5 difference and I didn't make a big deal about but I was still disappointed because it was their mistake and they should have given it to me for the price labeled. Would have been a small loss to make a customer happy in my opinion.

I dealt with a Pharmaprix in Mtl until I moved to this area and transferred my file. They were horrendous. After 4 yrs of going there nearly every month they struggled to get even one prescription correct. I took a chance in this store Andre and his staff are great. Great follow-up and follow-through. Not everyone of the staff functions are the same level, but overall it is a very high quality service and I have a number of quirky, chronic issues. I have used the grocery section a lot during the pandemic to limit exposure and while there were times the shelves were low, I generally got what I needed. All the store staff have been really helpful and no issues even with not being bilingual. No issues with the post office.

As per communication, needs to be a millions times more clairvoyant. Even talking with the pharmacist I was assured everything was fine and I could have no problems going to pick up our meds a few days later we live far away and thought okay everything is ready all insurance is on file.get there and nope says one of our children is not on the insurance that I should pay and ask for a reimbursement later.was a total waste of time with zero remorse on time it took to get there as we live far away.very dissatisfying.

Accueil des plus agréable notamment grâce à la présence de la belle Maxim Dion <3 le samedi et le dimanche sont maintenant mes jours préférés pour y aller.

Worst Pharmacy EVER. If it wasnt because I had to go there for the post office, I would boycott this location. Stock is disappointing and the employees can bairly serve you because they cant do anything without a code, yet no one is EVER available to provide them this "code".
I hate this place.

N'allez pas pour l'impression de photos, la machine a impression instantanée prends quelques heures selon la caissière, pas sûr où mes photos vont se retrouver.

Don't pick up your packages if the old 50+ bag is working the Canada Post office. She won't even check and tell you to come back tomorrow. The pharmacy aspect of this place is fine.

I get my prescriptions at this pharmacy. They are always helpful, very professional team, they respect their clients like as if you are family. Great team. Store is clean, lots of weekly promotions.
