Employee didn’t know what a cortisone cream was like you work at a pharmacy…

I have been meaning to write this for some time.
Last fall my baby was born with a CHD and had open heart surgery. When he was released, he required a medicine for his heart for the 1st week. I called up my old pharmacy (JC) and they told me it would be at least 2 days wait period. Being post partum and having been through a lot, I was in tears as my son needed this. I was told "madame even if you cry I cannot get it faster". Well I decided to switch pharmacy to this Pharmaprix. They have been so helpful on each and every occasion. So caring and empathize. They take the time to answer any questions. Well my son is also on a prescription baby formula, and when dealing with a shortage (no fault of the pharmacy, it was national) I posted in a community Facebook page asking if anyone knew where we could find. An employee from the pharmacy reached out tio me, and still reaches out whenever they get any in stock. RACHEL IS AMAZING!
This is by far the best pharmacy.

You cannot buy aspirin at pharmaprix with Optimum points! I had to return home mad as hell. I needed it so bad.

Decent pharmaprix, shelves are always stocked and the store is very clean.
My only complaint would be the older short haired blonde lady working in the pharmacy. She will see that you're waiting at the counter and not say hello or help you. She completely ignores you and carries on chatting loudly with the staff. Don't know how she's been working there for so long with zero customer service skills.

Ça fait plusieurs années que je suis cliente et vraiment ils ont un super service avec moi. Ils font des suivis pour les médicaments, nous informe et s'adapte à nos besoins. Je changerais pour aucune autre et les spéciaux sur les produits laitiers sont top!

My family believes that M. Simon Paquin, the owner of Pharmaprix Vaudreuil is an angel who really cares about people and not just his clients. Last night my 95 year old mother realized that she had forgotten to pick up her nighttime medication at the pharmacy inside her residence, Le Felix. She had a fallen that morning and after the paramedics left she did not think of getting her pills. By the time she realized it it was 8: 45 pm and the pharmacy was closed. She is unable to sleep without her medication and she was still stressed from having fallen that day. My son thought of calling the Pharmaprix close by on St. Charles, Vaudreuil. M. Simon Paquin kept his store open while my son got a copy of her meds list from me. We are very grateful to him for going above and beyond the call of duty. He helped an anxious elderly woman get a good night's sleep who otherwise would have been up all night in pain and worry. He also made it possible for her whole family to go to bed knowing that she was comfortable. Thank you very much Simon Paquin. God bless you ️️.

Bought medication today and my bad as I didn't check the expiry date: (. It was expiring next month. Called the pharmacy as soon as I got home and was told it was against the law to return it and if I wanted to do that I MUST come back in today (same day only would be accepted). I have the receipt and it's basically a $6 box, so yeah, I am not spending the gas to go and do this again today. Great Customer service!

Been going there for 4 years they still can’t get my name right. The moment I transferred my prescriptions to another pharmacy that’s when they got my name right.

Service d'une lenteur incroyable, plus de 25 minutes pour deux médicaments.et le pire.un nouveau médicament, reçu aucune information! Ce service es vraiment insensible et surtout de non respect envers un client / patient.vraiment déçu et ça ce dit une pharmacie. PITOYABLE

Avoid Avoid Avoid. JC is a block away. Never stepping foot there again, was my first and last visit.

Meds take way too long to get ready. Blond lady with short hair is unhelpful/senseless and slow. The younger lady at the cashier was lovely, prompt and super helpful, deserves a raise.

Observed prices and seem ridiculously inflated, some managements lack consciousness. JC is the place to go to.

On se croirait en Ontario. On est reçu avec le bonjour Hi et quand on quitte on nous souhaite un nice day. Franchement, ça ne tient pas debout! C’est insultant.
Je vais souvent à Vaudreuil pour visiter ma famille et je remarque que plusieurs commerces ont cette fâcheuse habitude. Pourquoi ne pas attendre que le ou la cliente s’adresse à eux en anglais avant de se mettre en mode bilingue?
Est-ce qu’on pense vraiment que les anglos sont pas capable de comprendre le bonjour?

I have an interesting tidbit of information about this place. They actually raise the price of product the week of Christmas. Ex.tissues usually 59 cents are 1.99. Unbelievable!

Boucoup Moin cher chez WallMart et cela concerne aussi les prescriptions!
