Staff taking too much time, and when asking for improving the service, the pharmacist, Shadi, didn’t want to serve me. What a shame!

I was a regular client. After 6 years of going to this store and spending most of our everyday things budget, the most disturbing experience happened to me at the payment area when the clerk, just doing his job, crossed his arms and locked his eyes on me. I asked what he was doing and if I could help him but the clerk said "I'm watching you because there has been a lot of thieves lately". I understand that but there are ways to explain it to people without treating them like thieves. Of course I left the cart with the items for the clerk to place back on the shelves and I'm taking my business right next door to Brunet, where I only received the extra mile service and I'm treated like a customer so far. We all know nowadays good employees are hard to come by although it is worth investing the time on triage, even for clerks.

I waited about 45 minute for my children's syrup and when I complained, he hadn't good attitude. There wasn't the other client before me, just a senior man, and really I don't know the priority was for which one. Senior man or children. And 45 minute. Just for one client.
