Philippe's amazing. I really wanted to find the perfect ring, so I did a lot of research, had consultations with pretty much every reputable brand (ex: Tiffanys, Birks, Ecksand, etc.), but his personalized service was truly the best. He definitely knows his craft, and I really appreciated the fact that he clearly knows the market inside and out (for example, I showed him a picture of this very specific ring my girlfriend liked, and right away, he told me who designed it, what the specs were, what size diamond we'd need to replicate it, and just to be thorough, I ended up contacting that designer's company in LA just to ask them a few questions, and everything they told me was exactly what Philippe said). Another thing I appreciated is that he wasn't afraid to tell me that he wouldn't do something if he didn't believe it would look good, and he also wasn't afraid to give me his input on how to improve the design that we wanted, which honestly made it go from a nice ring to one of the most beautiful rings I've ever seen. My fiance is now obsessed with her ring and we both couldn't be happier with the end result. If I could give him more than five stars I genuinely would. Go with Philippe and trust his judgement. You will not be disappointed!

Nous avions pris un rendez-vous chez Philippe and Co pour voir et magasiner les diamants faits en laboratoires. Richard a été excessivement patient avec nous pour discuter des différents aspects à considérer lors du processus de design d'une bague de fiançailles.

En 1 seul rendez-vous, nous avons décidé de faire un dépôt sur un diamant en plus de concevoir notre design qui allait ensuite nous être envoyé pour approbation finale. Nous avions la possibilité de la faire imprimer en 3D au besoin.

C'est une des plus belles bagues que j'ai vue. Je n'hésite pas à référer mon entourage à cette compagnie quand les gens me complimentent sur ma bague. Une vraiment belle expérience à deux avec l'équipe de Philippe and Co.

This place is a gem in the heart of downtown Montreal. My now husband and I spoke to Philippe directly and he was just amazing. Not only we’re Philippe and his team kind and professional but they really listened to our wants and needs when it came to choosing and perfecting our wedding bands. Although there was a little delay in getting our wedding bands, Philippe reassured me that they will always get their products to their clients on time! And that promise was met. I look down at my beautiful wedding band everyday and it shines just a perfect as the day I said my vows. There is a reason they have five stars all around! 1000 percent recommend.

We have found our jeweler for life! My husband worked closely with Phil to design the custom engagement ring of my dreams. I without exaggeration get compliments on it every single day, it's gorgeous. J'ai demandé à Philippe une bague sur mesure à partir d'une bague familiale très précieuse. Dès nos premiers échanges par email, il s'est montré très ouvert à ce que je lui demandais. Lors de notre rencontre, je me suis vite sentie en confiance. En lui montrant les pierres que j'avais et le modèle en cire de la bague que je voulais (que j'ai fais faire par une compagnie à New-York) il m'a expliqué que les diamants et le modèle en cire étaient incompatibles. Rapidement, il a su apporter des solutions tout en respectant mon budget. Tout au long du processus de fabrication, je lui écrivais fréquemment pour apaiser mes inquiétudes. J'avais une image en tête et je voulais lui faire comprendre ce que je désirais. Il me répondait toujours très rapidement et de façon très professionnel, malgré mes doutes et questions fréquentes. Honnêtement, j'étais très stressée de voir le résultat final de peur que ça ne représente pas ce que j'avais en tête, mais lors de l'ouverture du boitier. WOW! Elle est sublime! Telle que je l'avais imaginée! Chapeau à toi Philippe et ton équipe. C'est certain que si j'ai à faire affaire avec un joaillier dans le futur, c'est avec Philippe et co que je ferai affaire et ce, sans aucune inquiétude.

I first came to see Phil about a year ago, and have received exceptional service at every step of the process. I ordered a half eternity band for my fiancée, as well as our wedding bands, and was blown away at the value and attention to detail. The bespoke experience in Phil's office made everything feel really special. He's not interested in pressuring you, he really just wants you to have the piece of jewelry that fits your style and price point. So much better than the regular retail experience. I wanted to wait to write my review to see how the rings have held up in the past year, and they are wonderful high-quality pieces that still look as good as when we first got them. My engagement ring is an antique, and I need to have it repaired/strengthened soon-I will certainly entrust it to Phil and his team!
