Pho Bep Cuisine Vietnamienne

Wow le bouillon de Pho était incroyable!
L'ambiance de la salle fait du bien en hiver avec ses couleurs vibrantes.
Le menus n'est pas très gros, mais tout ce qui s'y trouve est bon.
Le serveur que je vois régulièrement est très jeune et super gentil.

Amazing food and place. The owner is also very friendy and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is alright. Would definitely recommend it!

The food, service, and atmosphere is amazing.

This is a great spot for traditional and authentic Vietnamese food, the server / host was very welcoming and providing. We had multiples sauces and extra limes for our dishes. We ordered beef plate and bun bo hue.

The food was delicious, ingredients were very fresh and of amazing quality. The decor of the location is also very eclectic and modern; I’d say top 3 phos in Montreal. As for their opening hours, they are open until 1: 00AM on certain days, definitely something rare to see post-covid.

A Must Visit!

Beef Bo Bun is amazing. Really deliciously seasoned beef with lemongrass and salty sweetness. Great portion too. Some other dishes were a little more on the average side. Service was friendly and efficient

Highly doubt the legitimacy of all those rave reviews. I’ve been having pho for 20+ years and this by far was the worst. Broth has no flavour, lack of ingredients and a half empty bowl they dare to charge $20. They even don’t gave the side add-on veggies. Asked for lime and the waitress looked shocked and asked how many pieces I want. I should be the one shocked. Scam!

TLDR: Non existent customer service.
Food was okay, too expensive (a banh mi for 20$ pardonnez-moi?) Better viet restaurants around on the same street tbh. Cute place though.

I wouldn't go back for the poutine:
Poutine Chicken General Tao: it was bland. Chicken was okay. Sauce didn't have a lot of taste, very watery. You can see that the sauce sinks on the bottom instead of being on top of the fries like usual poutine.
Poutine Tonkinoise: I was expecting more than just beef on top of the fries.
Too simple, not restaurant quality. I tasted better poutine. Need some upgrade on the sauce and the variety of toppings on poutines.

The Pho was good though. Broth very tasty (but I think the batch I got that day was too salty).

Service: Need to upgrade. I saw the other comments about how friendly the service was, however, the young lady I had wasn't helpful, didn't greet us when we entered, didn't pour water and didn't check on us if everything was fine (note that the restaurant was not busy at all).

Super amazing service! Food was very tasty and delicious with generous portions. Restaurant is very clean and had nice ambient music playing in the background. Very pleasant experience all around, highly recommended.

Excellent restaurant! I tried the imperial rolls, a pho soup and the grilled chicken bird's nest. Everything was delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant

I have been here twice already and the food is very good. I really liked the General Tao and their grilled pork with vermicelli. I also tried the pho and it's ok too

J’y suis allé le week-end dernier car j’avais gagné un concours sur Instagram. J’ai donc eu la chance de goûter plusieurs choses sur le menu. C’était très bon et les employés sont vraiment sympathiques.

Visited this cute restaurant with my daughters and we loved it. Staff was very friendly and helpful. But the food! It was flavourful, from the pho, to the grilled plate to the banh mi. We will do the distance to come here.

I had an excellent evening lunch/dinner/fun time with the excellent server, Ricky. He made my stay enjoyable and lovely to eat. He was an excellent server to talk to, and I would recommend Bep Cuisine to all my lovely friends. The food was delicious and scrumptious. I will come back for sure with an entire army of people to eat this amazing food.

Best pho i ever had! Very generous portions and super flavorful broth that blends perfectly with the meat, its the perfect place in town for viet food, im really impressed!
