The worse service ever we came as a normal costumer exactly at time the waiter kick us out saying we are not open yet with a very rude face i will never recommande this restaurant because the service is very bad

Ordered one thing and received another order and the plate was awful so I didn’t even eat it. Tried calling no response.

It's not a family friendly place, my 5 yo kid couldn't eat his pizza because of their food from outside policy even if we were 5.

Big space, lots of room. Good hot food. Good prices. Friendly staff. Whole shrimp spring rolls. 5 for $8.

The lady is angry and has no understanding of costumer service, the food is edible but nothing special about it and definitely not authentic. The place is half storage and half dining! The menue had stickers for price increase on each page.

Bonne portion et saveur à mon goût! Je commande souvent pour apporté et une fois mon Uber a oublié la partie principale de mon repas, ma soupe. J'ai appeler et je suis aller le cherché ils ont été super gentil au resto. Je sais que ce n'ai pas de leur faute mais bien au Uber mais ils ont été vraiment été super au resto!

Do not expect services on sunday's. Don't awnser the phone have to go and order in person then wait. Not the excellent service we get during the week.

Ordered the beef vermicelli.
The beef was spongy? And the spring rolls felt like they had been microwaved.
Wanted to try a new Thai place closer to home, but this was NOT it. Disappointing.

I went there because of the good reviews. The food was average. I ordered summer rolls and green curry. The meat in the curry was super chewy and not really enjoyable. The rest of the curry was ok. The summer rolls came with a nice peanut sauce but they were filled with 90 percent noodles and a few shrimps. I guess to save costs. There is no dine in!

Wow sérieusement c'est le meilleur resto vietnamien que j'ai mangé à date. Les saveur sont vraiment à point avec une touche d'épicer. C'était parfait et abordable. Vous ne serez pas déçu! Même le rix blanc rien de spécial mais il était juste excellent.

Ordered from Uber eats and picked the food up no more than 20 minutes after the order… the food was absolutely disgusting… I took one bite and spit it out, now they will not pick up the phone… it tasted like it was incredibly old and bacteria filled.now my dinner is ruined and I can’t even get it resolved.waste of money, waste of time. DO NOT EAT HERE

BEST Pad Se Ew and amazing Pad Thai, delicious flavour and large portion sizes. Love their seafood options. Definitely check them out!

Ordered veg pad thai. Got chicken pad thai. When I called to complain, they said I should take out the chicken and eat the rest. They then told me even the veg pad thai has chicken in it. What? !? How is this not mentioned anywhere. Terrible. After several years of being a loyal customer, I will never eat here again.

Everything here is immaculate! The taste, the portions, the service, everything! This is my go-to pho place in hull. Try the V5!

Did a take out for Stir Fried Wide Rice Noodles. Was not great. Noodles were soaky. Portion was small for the price.

Saute de poulet au gingembre est savoureux. Tout est abordable. Excellent rapport qualité/prix.

I literally ran into the restaurant today urgently needing to use the washroom, to be told that they’re only for customers. Good way to lose a customer for sure- I used stop here all the time for cheap food before going to the casino- not anymore. I’d rather spend money in a restaurant that offers human decency to everyone walking through their door.

Le Curie rouge était super bon, mais charger un extra parce qu'on apporte notre bouteille de vin et devons l'ouvrir nous même, assez ordinaire. Service peu existant!

Excellent vietnamese vermicelli and iced vietnamese coffee. Very friendly bilingual (at least) service.

Très sal, poussiereux, des taches de liquide degoulinant sur les murs, peu d'ambience, la saliere et le poivrier sont couverts de poussiere, forte odeur desagreable a l'entree, service lent pour de la soupe.

Bonne portion, bon prix, saveur correct. Mais vraiment, la saleté me donnait peur de tomber malade.

Worst service forever! I asked can I sit near the window? The waitress said, I don’t have time to clean the table just sit here and left! WT*? Guess her mom didn’t teach her how to talk nicely:)

DISHONEST and RUDE people, especially the ladies at the front.
Always check your take outs right in the restaurant to avoid surprises later. They tend to take advantage of customers that way, and when you talk to them about it, politely, they respond rudely. REALLY!
On top of that, their food is not even that good, if you want to experience real vietnamese food.
Cleanliness is also not a priority at this place when you dine in. Make sure to check your cutlery and dishes before eating, as well as the table.

Service Laisse à indésirer. J'ai attendu 20 minutes et personne est venu m'amener le menu, j'ai du faire en la demande. Une des serveuses n'est pas aimable et très désagréable. Cela fait plusieurs fois que cela m'arrive.

Good menu with tasty food! Long wait time during lunch hours due to all the government workers in the area but worth the wait. I usually go with the pad thai but it is a little too sweet. Their curry and their lunch specials are amazing.

La bouffe était excellente! Vous pouvez apporter votre vin également. La serveuse est très sympathique mais parle beaucoup:) LA propreté est un peu laissé a désirer au premier coup d'oeil on doute mais la bouffe est très bonne. Le resto est très grand, beaucoup trop pour le nombre de personne que nous étions ce qui rend l'ambiance un peu froide. Une chance que la serveuse est chaleireuse.

Fidèle client depuis plus de 6 ans, c’est mon restaurant préféré pour le Pho et le cari végétarien vert est délicieux. Ambiance chaleureuse et employés sympathiques.

I am on a course near my office and we are eating out while we are on course. I noticed this place a few days ago and figured I would give it a try since everyone else was always going to Subway - my lucky day!

The pho here is good.really good. It is right up there with the great places I’ve been in Ottawa and I will likely do my lunches here for the remainder of the course. Great broth and great value for money - I’ll be back even after the course is done.

Our favorite pho place in the Gatineau area! Don't let the decor fool you; the service is great and the food is excellent!

J'ai pris le cari vert au poulet, bien que la sauce était correcte, elle n'était pas aussi goûteuse que dans un vrai restaurant thaïlandais. Le poulet était de mauvaise qualité, il avait une texture de caoutchouc et n'avait pas de goût. Je ne recommande pas ce resto.
