J'aime beaucoup manger dans ce restaurant. La nourriture est savoureuse et les prix très raisonnables. J'adore la soupe tonkinoise!
Une suggestion: recommencez à offrir du thé; avant la pandémie, vous le donniez. Maintenant vous ne proposez que de l'eau en bouteille.

Très mauvaise expérience avec un serveur qui s'est pris pour le patron.

Nous sommes de passage à Montréal, des amis m'ont conseillé ce restaurant, plus jamais je ne viendrais dans ce restaurant. Nous voulions passer commande mais ce serveur était d'une extrême arrogance, avec un regard agressif, une attitude très autaine et nous avons eu le malheur de poser une question sur un plat, il nous a répondu d'une telle insolence, que nous avons décidé de partir sur le champ. Ce serveur incompétent, incapable et malpoli à l'extrême sera responsable de la faillite de ce restaurant d'ici peu. Je vous déconseille fortement ce restaurant, les clients et surtout les touristes de passage ne sont pas les bienvenus, ils n'ont pas du tout le sens du commerce. FUYEZ ce restaurant de toute urgence. Pour tous ceux et celles qui lisent tous mes avis, je n'ai pas pour habitude de donner des avis très négatives, mais ce restaurant bat tous les records. EVITER ABSOLUMENT D'Y ALLER, vous allez vous en mordre les doigts et surtout perdre votre temps en gachant votre journée. Je vous aurais prévenu!

It's too bad that Uber and Doordarsh and all deliveries come before dine in or take out. You can wait 30 minutes at the table or like us, 45 for a pick up, that they only started to make when I got there.they didn't care. New owners don't care about you just the money. It's sad, it used to be great.

First of all, I would not recommend. Nasty food with no flavour whatsoever. Mind you, the food is over priced for low quality food and ingredients. They force you to tip, like huh? As a customer if I feel the need to tip then I will tip but don’t be greedy for it. 2/10

So I went with my Mom, Dad and my Sisters. Honestly god awful experience. Other people came in later then us and they got there meals and went. Meanwhile one of my sisters and my dad were waiting for there wonton. Like people got full meals and left in the time it took for my dad and sister to get there wonton. They eventually got it. However when our mains came we all got our food except for my dad. He literally ordered the same thing as my sister but in beef. Apparently they forgot about his meal. The food was good but it was not worth the wait.

My family arrived when there were 4 others in the establishment. We made the seemingly mortal sin of asking for a hardcopy menu as we had the QR code pointed out to us repeatedly, something that irks me as it assumes many things about cellphones, plans and the like. When we got it we realized it was difficult to use without a magnifying glass.
Order was made with maybe 3 additional customers in the property. There were 5 of us but we did not order anything extremely unusual. The waiter seemed friendly enough and everything seemed good.
That was until more than thirty minutes had passed and we had not even received the wonton soup we had ordered as starters.
They turned up and after some time the food did begin coming to the table bit by bit.
Unfortunately it was so slow for some things we began wondering what was happening and eating what had arrived. In fact it was only just before my wife had told me she had had her fill that my dish arrived. The bizarre aspect to this is one of my daughters had the pork version of the dish and I had the beef yet apparently the beef one takes almost thirty minutes longer to prepare.
I know that is not the case as I overheard the waiter explaining to the kitchen staff that they had missed my order. It was reinforced by his showing them the order and explaining, "21 AND 22" before leaving the kitchen area.
Many people came in, ordered, ate and left. They may have had good service but we definitely did not and when we heard the excuse that it was because it was busy when we ordered that was the icing on the cake for me. To be repeatedly told the food is on its way when it apparently was not even cooked is ridiculous and to sit and watch others around you eat their meals while you have nothing makes for a very bad experience.
It is an experience we do not anticipate repeating.

Pho moderne se classe maintenant dans mon top 3 des restaurants à soupe phở. Leur soupe est tellement bonne et les ingrédients sont frais. La portion est très généreuse et les prix sont bas. Très bon service aux table aussi. J’y retournerai!

Très bon restaurant mais les serveuses ne parlent que rarement français. Juste apprendre quelques mots pourrait rendre l'expérience plus sympathique.
À l'heure de la réduction des déchets, il est impossible d'obtenir une carafe d'eau. Le propriétaire distribue gratuitement des bouteilles en plastique.

I have ordered the vegetable with extra veggies and one egg
Even though the veggies in Pho was generous!
I loved the green leaf basil maybe
So Heart warming and comfort food especially having Pho after my 20 hours of fasting!
The stuff was friendly and chill!

I love this place, the price is decent, the food is good and quick. I don't know what more to say. They even have lunch specials! Decarie BLVD is full of hidden gems. Obviously you don't go here to be seen, you go here to eat/chill and enjoy.plus the water bottle is awesome.

Tasty pho, good portion and service. The only reason why I don't give 5 stars is because they don't serve tap water so that "forces" you to buy bottled water or any other beverage, which you'll likely have to do with salty food.
