Weird staff, I go to the gym that's 3 min from the restaurant. I call to order a sandwich for take out, then I wait on the phone 15 min so its best to go there, I arrived there its empty (like no customer) employees sitting on the couch.

Service is extremely nonchalant and slow, I wait another 15 min for a banh minh sandwich.

Just go to anyone of the 10000000th Vietnamese restaurant you can find in montreal

Decent pho! Staff seemed like they didn't want to be there? But, who cares, the food was great

Service vraiment un gros zéro, le serveur au moment de prendre la commande repart avant meme d'avoir ecouter toutes nos demandes, commander des breuvage nous etions 3 et seulement un seul d'entre nous a recu sa canette surtout quil nous dit quil n'ont que du 7up et arrive avec du Canada dry, wtfff! Ensuite recu nos soupes nous demandons de la sauce soya et il nous repond qu ont aurait du lui dire au moment de commander qu'ont en voulais. Sandwich Ban Mi recu 25 minutes apres les soupes et n'étais pas garni comme demandé. Vraiment de loin la pire expérience en salle a manger que j'ai vécu de toute ma vie. Ces dommage le restaurant avais un bon potentiel pourtant mais manque vraiment d'une bonne gestion. Pour nous ces vraiment un gros X nous n'y retournerons plus. Je vous recommande Pho ngon ou encore Pho Nam comme alternative vraiment meilleur avec un très bon service. En gros ce restaurant est voué a la faillite et devrais fermer d'ici peu de temps.

Everything was amazing! From the spring rolls and pho to the Vietnamese ice coffee. Service was amazing as well. Great ambiance.

Went back a couple of weeks ago, food still great!
Service and cleanliness no quite good….

We were 6 people, and the services were so poor, the food was so bad and the restaurant didn't look clean. It's not worth it to come back and recommend to friends.

The broth is not really good. Its not a Pho broth.
The amount of rice noodle in the bowl is a complete joke. Really.
16$ plus taxes plus tip.thats what i happily paid to never come back to that place.

I ordered the fried noodles however, I didn't like the taste. The vegetables were okay but the noodles were hard. It didn't taste anything. I ordered pho with vegetables and grilled chicken. It tastes fine and I'm happy that I had a glass of water at least. Overall, the restaurant was busy, and a lot of people. The environment was clean as well.

Food is ok, but why so much rice? Two thin slices of beef and the rest all rice. I'm sure Vietnamese food is more than just rice and 3 pieces of shrimp. Maybe for a $6 meal but not $20. Also you need to work on your customer service mannerisms as noted by other people here. A simple greet with an acknowledging hello goes a long way.

Love the broth of the rare beef and tendon tonkinese soup <3, their tendons were super soft, tasted fresh and so delish! Not overwhelming with rice noodles, well balanced pho bowl! Yum. Gotta try their banh mi now!

It’s been several years since I went back to this restaurant. They renovated and it is now a lot more spacious and cleam. However, the bun bo hue wasn’t as good as I recalled. One reason I liked their bun bo hue is because it came with cabbage to add in the soup and this time around we barely had enough cabbage for our two bowls. The soup came in a layer of oil that was at least 1cm thick. In addition, every bite felt like a suffer as it was very spicy. I don’t remember it being this spicy. We also ordered their smoothy made from real fruit, the it was too milky and barely tasted the actual fruit. The advantage was that it helped balance out the spiciness of the meal. I will think twice before going back.

The soupe was amazing, A+, but the bubble tea that I ordered in the end was really bad, the lady seemed to shove in leftovers, somewhat dry tapioca balls, I had to throw it away after tasting. So def would recommend for the soup but NOT for a bubble tea.

Unsanitary, cook went to the bathroom and did not wash hands afterwards, some staff members wear sandals with no socks, then i saw one lady scratch her foot and went right back behind counter to serve clients, again without washing hands,
enjoy!

The worst phad thai i have ever eaten, he put a ton of tofu and a ton of sweet sauce.henestly I don understand a thai restaurant with a realy bad phad thai

Toutes les soupes tonkinoises, même la Bún Bò Hue sont à 12$. Service ultra rapide! Bon prix (comparé aux autres places qui ont monté leur prix à 16$-18$ +taxes+tips), service rapide, pas le temps de niaiser!

Really bad food. Even my dog wouldn't eat it. Dry, processed meat, everything processed, noodles, etc.no taste. Similar to eating cardboard. Worst 30$ I ever spent on lunch. Boo hiss.

Terrible dirty tables. Still not cleaned after 10 minutes of waiting. Avoid the l'Acadie resto.

Bad service. Went in an sat for 10 mins before a gentleman rudely dropped two glass of water on out table. After waiting so long while eating we found hair in our soup.

Malheureusement, le service se dégrade. Et Heureusement que le pain est bon parce qu'il reste presque juste ça dans le Banh mi.

A very tasty phở and bùn bỏ huế. The grilled pork served with salad was good as well. The portions were generous for the price. Not the best banh mì around, but it's satisfying enough. The service was decent, a little bit slow even.

Un restaurant spécialisant principalement au " pho" et " pain Saigon ", les plats vietnamiens bien connus. Les goûts modifié sont appropriés aux gens locaux. Les prix sont si abordables.

Basically ZERO ZERO service, no greetings, no smiles, no questions, the lady didn't even look at me. Like do you want customers to order?

Wholesome experience. One of the server who spoke 4 languages was very friendly. Pho was solid.

Bun bo hue and pho is good. But the service is so poor. Specially the lady, she was so rude. I believe she must learn how to work with the Customer service.

The service is good, the Ambiance nice, there is even a robot serving. The Pho however is very poor. I ordered the Special (Dac Biet) and did not even had meat ball, only 3 puces of meat and a couple of fatty puces, no tripes no tendons. I have been an amateur of PH since 30years and ate it in almost all of Monyreal's Restaurants, and also a broad and this is a toned down version really, not authentic, and I have had much better. I invite you to bypass this one there are much better ones, look towards St-Denis Street for Pho.

I paid for 2 extra beef and had in my order only one extra, once i was home it was too late to go back

La petite Mme qui travail tout ltemps la avec son air de fatigué devrait vraiment prendre une pause.

Votre menu affiche plusieurs format de soupe alors quand j'arrive et que tu me dis que le format est standard assure toi de t'arranger pour la cohérence.

Et aussi, change d'attitude sa aiderait peut etre les clients à revenir. J'ai quitté sur le coup tellement ton service est nul.

Quand des clients rentre on dit ; Bonjour ou Bonsoir, êtes vous prêt a commander? Pas un regard de panthin droit dans les yeux en plus d'un problème de comprehension qui me force à répéter plusieurs fois le même mot.

Désolé mais c'est pas la première fois avec elle mais là c'est de trop et certainement la dernière fois!

Great place to have a great pho, recently renovated and one of the very few places enjoyable to go by car since there's a parking.
