Edit: I upgraded digital pianos with Max, who was very responsive. His movers were able to take the old one, and set up the new one within 17 minutes from arriving! They are so well-mannered and polite - it’s everything you could want in someone dealing with pianos.

Great customer service. I bought a digital piano here the other day. Great service, answered all my questions and gave a bunch of information about different models. They only have casio and kawai for their digital pianos but those were the exact two companies I wanted to compare.

Great prices cheaper than other places I went to, especially for their casio models (PX 770 and 870).

They gave me great quality headphones so I could compare the different models comfortably without being listened too and I took my sweet time playing different models.

Ended up buying the kawai kdp 120 and I'm really enjoying it.

Thank you for the great service. I am hard to believe that the grand piano can be moved inside the house through our narrowly designed front door. They discussed the plan and advised me the possible difficulties and they made it through with all the deliberations of our furniture, wooden floor, stone pavement. Excellent job!

Best place to buy an amazing piano with the best post-services ever. They basically helped us go through everything: spending many hours to explain the pianos, their differences, best ones to start, a bit expense but best in the montreal, and add to them free delivery with really nice gentlemen who also help you to locate the best place for your piano. Piano Vertu - the premier piano Gallery in Eastern Canada (and we've been to many piano galleries across Canada and Germany)! They carry a broad range of quality pianos that cater to the needs of people new to piano and those that are Concert-level performers. Max, Simone and the team at Piano Vertu are exemplars of Customer Service Excellence and we are so thankful we met them as they supported us through our piano journey over the last few years.

In 2019 we started seriously looking to replace my grandfather's upright piano that was built in 1910. It had a cracked soundboard and was not something that made sense to repair / rebuild. We visited piano stores in Ottawa (where we live), Toronto and then Montreal after talking with Max at length on the phone.

We started looking at digital pianos with the thought that we would like to have something we could play silently with headphones. We considered digital pianos and hybrids from various companies. After visiting Piano Vertu for a few hours I started playing a Kawai K500 acoustic after playing the Kawai NV5 Hybrid, and we quickly decided we really couldn't settle for a digital. Last year, 2021, we purchased a C. Bechstein A124 after trying many different German and Japanese upright pianos. We have enjoyed the A124 over the last year and it fuelled our passion for great pianos.

This past spring I was in Berlin on business, and had the fortune to visit C. Bechstein's flagship store in Berlin. After 3 hours playing incredible upright and grand pianos, I decided I would like to consider a grand piano - I fell in love with the open sound that you get with a grand. Our A124 upright had wonderful sound and depth but an equivalent quality grand piano is another experience altogether.

I came home and I started talking to Max about trading our A124 for a grand - thinking I would stay with C. Bechstein - who make fabulous pianos. After a few trips to Piano Vertu and visits to other stores when I was in Toronto for business, we decided to move forward. In that process we discovered Estonia Pianos - handcrafted pianos from Estonia and we fell in love. We considered other excellent pianos from Shigeru Kawai, C. Bechstein, Shimmel and other top brands which Piano Vertu carries as well. We are now enjoying our new Estonia L168 Hidden Beauty. The action is so very smooth, and the sound is incredible - balanced across the range. In this class of piano, it all comes down to personal preference and I'm thankful that Max has such a broad selection to experience before finding the piano that spoke to us.

Max, Simone and the team have been so patient and supportive providing balanced perspectives and insight as we went through the multi-year process. And, to be clear, I have seen them be just as welcoming and patient with clients that are purchasing a first piano.

Piano Vertu pricing is extremely competitive with all the stores we visited. Max and Simone who own and manage Piano Vertu took personal interest in us, as they do for all their clients. They were very good to us when we purchased our A124, and again when we traded it in for the Estonia L168.

I encourage anyone looking for a piano - whether Concert performance quality or a new starter digital or acoustic to consult with the Piano Vertu team.

I was looking for KAWAI digital piano, just I found piano vertu that specializes in piano and I bought the model CA 99 that I loved. It has an amazing sound and is very advanced and as you see in the picture it’s so shiny and beautiful. I’m so happy to have it.
