Très bon restaurant, la bouffe est excellente avec un service impeccable. J'y retournerai encore.

Non, pas apprécié du tout. Prix nettement supérieur à la qualité des plats servis. Par exemple, lasagne commandée (qui normalement devrait être une spécialitée dans un restaurant italien), arrive visiblement décongelée et réchauffée au micro-ondes. Des pâtes flasques trop cuites baignant dans une sauce complètement liquide avec grains de viande décomposée et fromage aussi molasse, non gratiné, à saveur plus que questionnable. Même chose pour la salade, de qualité cafétéria, très en dessous du prix demandé à la carte. Pour le service, informe la serveuse que du vin sera pris, mais immédiatement retire brusquement (comme si frustrée) la coupe sur la table. N'ai plus rien commandé, désirant quitter au plus tôt et ne plus y revenir. Devant l'abondance d'autres restaurants autour et ce qu'il en coûte aujourd'hui, il vaut mieux aller ailleurs. Ce resto devrait pour le moment revoir ses pratiques.

Food was meh. Shockingly overpriced for dishes that didn’t cost much to make and that I could have easily made better. Every dish we tried from the Caesar that was less tasty then the one I buy in the bagged kit at Loblaws. The veal parmigiana to the lemon pasta just tastes like it was a bunch of cheap ingredients tossed together without any thought out towards the spices. The restaurant atmosphere and art was bland. I will, however, give the serving staff 5 stars. They were friendly, smiling and engaging. Sorry I didn’t think to take any pics because I wasn’t inspired to finish my meal. Perhaps I should have. Kudos to the friendly servers though!

Great place for a nice supper. Food was simple and very good. Service was a little slow because of lack of staff. But overall would recommend.

Un autre exemple qui permet de constater à quel point certains patrons exercent une pression inacceptable sur leurs employés. Un restaurant pourtant situé près des grands axes routiers, de nombreuses places d’affaires et de centres de congrès qui n’arrivent pas à servir, dans des délais raisonnables, la clientèle. Une salade césar littéralement congelée est déposée sur la table, une pizza napolitaine qui n’arrive toujours pas après 1 heure d’attente (alors que des « habitués » sont servis manu militari) et un patron qui préfère se cacher derrière le comptoir plutôt que de venir s’excuser de la lenteur nettement excessive du service. On pousse l’affront jusqu’à nous dire que le problème réside dans le fait que plusieurs personnes arrivent en même temps et qu’il aurait fallu appeler avant de se rendre au restaurant! Des serveurs débordés qui doivent faire face à l’impatience généralisée alors que le patron essaie de faire porter le chapeau aux clients qui dépensent pourtant leur argent dans son commerce! Un restaurant à éviter, à moins que vous appréciez vous faire dire que vous êtes responsable de la lenteur du service!

My first time here, with a large group. The food was outstanding! My veal was super tender, my friend said her Oso Bucco was the best that she's had. Waitress was great, quick and remembered everything. Music was low enough for everyone to be able to carry a conversation. Highly recommend this restaurant, we'll be coming back again.

Really delicious, authentic Italian dishes with a nice selection of wines to choose from. Our hostess was very attentive, knowledgeable and she created a very welcoming and pleasant atmosphere during our dinner. If you are visiting Laval, this is a great restaurant to try.

We had the most delicious Italian meals tonight at Piatti Pronti in Laval, Quebec! The sauces were fresh and savory, they offered Gluten free pasta, and the serving sizes were more than adequate! The Hostess, Sara, was friendly and treated us like we were friends! Our waitress Samantha was friendly, fast and helpful with options for our meals! Bravo Piatti Pronti!

Je suis allée pour mon anniversaire avec fiston et nous avons commencé avec des melons enrobés de prosciutto et ensuite nos tortellini a la giggi étaient absolument délicieux! Pis pas de dessert.pas de dent sucrée chez nous! Très satisfaite.je retourne c'est certain!

J'aime toujours mon expérience à cette place, très tranquille, intime, très confortable et élégant, un bon service et des bons plats, ce ça mon expérience.

Food was phenomenal. Waiters were great! Very accommodating. Ambien was nice. Service was slow though. I would definitely come back if I had time.

I planned an event with about 40 people in the restaurant's private room. It was perfect!

We had all the space we needed. The private room even has its own bathroom. There are no stairs so accessibility was great for elderly guests.

If you want a hall but don't want hall prices, look no further!

Went for my mom in law 80th bday. Clean resto, nice ambiance, food was great. Ivan provided great service and was attentive. Best of all, my mom in law enjoyed herself and loved the food.

Excellent restaurant with a good menu and varied wine list. The staff has been there forever. The food is tasty and flavorful, well seasoned, but not salty like some other places.

Service long et pour les plats, présentation, goût, prix pour un restaurant italien j'ai vu beaucoups mieux.
