When I entered, I was taken aback. The place was quite small, the decor very simple and the menu written on a blackboard alongside a list of add ons and free toppings. The prices reflected the ambiance of the joint. Nothing exuberant. Very straightforward. There wasn’t a single person other than the couple working there.

The man took my order: Their Pick burger, the most basic burger you can get. I garnished it to my liking, got a fry. Ordered one for my roommate. Everything was prepared very quickly and he handed me my order in what seemed to be 5 minutes

When I got home and opened the paper bag he had given me, I was hit with a smell I haven’t smelt since childhood. This isn’t a McDonalds, thawed out, plastic looking fast food burger scent, or the nauseating smell of a ridiculously priced, over-the-top, heart attack causing, artery clogging burger you’d order from one of those ‘sit down’ burger joints in the city.

This is the type of burger you can only expect to see in movies. The smell, the packaging, the colours and the textures of this meal are everything you would think about when you crave a cheeseburger but it’s existence feeling as distant and unrealistic as a mirage in this world of culinary failures and deception. Well guys, search no further because this is where heaven meets earth.

Everything about this experience was perfect. Eating this burger single-handedly brought me back to the early 2000s. This is how cheeseburgers were meant to be enjoyed. This is the sweet spot between the fast-food experience and the love and soul of people who know what they’re doing in a kitchen. I wish I could relive the feeling of that first bite but the best I can do is recommend you go and experience this for yourself.

Ordered Uber, the worst Burger. Very very dry, overcooked. Doesn't even taste like meat.

I ate a hamburger and a salad. The price was not so high.
The salad was amazingly delicious. The hamburger was also delicious.
The order was written on paper.
The owner had a very Japanese face, so I thought he was Japanese, but I couldn't speak Japanese normally. Also, he had a very rude attitude.
You can also eat in, but there are few seats.
It was so delicious that I want to go again.

Fabulous burger: you pick exactly what toppings you want, hence the name "picks". Loved it and also love the generous portion of crispy fresh fries.

So I went tonight to get a burger, came back home and it had a foul smell to it. Never smelled something like that from food, something was definitely spoiled. It kinda broke my trust in it, there's so many other burger joints around the neighborhood, it's sad cause every burger I had before that one was perfect. I'll probably go somewhere else next time because of that, what a shame.: -/

Small family owned with the two owners making everything on the spot. The burgers were juicy and very flavorful. One of the best burgers I've ever had!

It’s decent for the price, expect mediocre quality but at early 2000s prices. The poutine was quite good! Just the right size, thick fries and a large amount of cheese. Loved it. The chicken burger not so much. It’s not real chicken, it’s the blended patty.

Overall the service is amazing, really sweet couple running this shop.

They make decent burgers for a cheap price, but if quality of the meat matters to you, this place is way overrated. I like my patty full of flavorful juices, and my bacon crispy and juicy. In both case, I was disappointed, the patty was a little dry and though-ish like frozen grocery patties and the bacon was un remarkable too. Tbh considering the low prices and personalization options it's a decent restaurant, as long as you don't mind low-ish quality meat.

It was fast, reasonable pricing, delicious food and very nice service.

They gave you a little paper with all the options for your plate, and you use markers to highlight what you wanted. Then you give that to the guy and they tell you how much it is. Lots of people draw on the back of the paper and pin it on the wall.

The burguer was delicious and the fries were perfect. Totally recommend it.

I did pick my ingredients which made my steak burger a bit pricy, apart from that the steak was as tender and juicy. However the chicken burger my partner tried was much better. You’d be better off if you just go with the suggested menu burgers!

Quick service, good food, decent price. Have tried a couple other build-a-burger joints in the area like Allons and this was way better. Mom and pop hole in the wall, good feels. Had the chicken burger and poutine. Pretty happy chicken was not dry and chewy, poutine was what you'd expect. Friend had the Korean beef burger and sweet potato fries and was quite happy. I'll be going back to try other items.

Delicious and highly recommend! You can pick all your toppings for your burger and customize it to your liking. It's definitely a hole in the wall place and it's definitely should be on your to-go place!

I've been going here for the past 5 years and I love this place. Lovely mom & pop burger joint, later taken over by their kid and a friend of his. Make sure to try their KBBQ tacos!

Freshly made to order. Small, establishment with only 3 tables. A typical "hole-in-the-wall" - Nothing elaborate, but everything was tasty. Would go back.

The burger tasted just like the bulk frozen burgers from Costco or superstore. The chicken nuggets were similarly akin to frozen bulk nuggets. The bun was good though. Surprised by the high reviews.

This is a mind-bendingly good spot for a poutine and veg burger. Seriously considered packing some back to eat in Toronto it’s that goooood

It’s such a pretty burger! The best thing about it is that everything is balanced, from the crispy bun, the melted cheddar cheese, all the way to the right amount of seasoning for the patty. The cherry on the top is the garlic mayo sauce! It really created an amazing flavor profile. Picks definitely served one of the best burgers I had in Montreal.

Note: they have wraps, not tacos.

Best kogos in town (their burgers are also delicious)! You can tell that they use quality products. Definitely recommend

The kogo was so good! It's a really small place but it's super nice, loved the decoration.

This place is a must go now. Thought I was eating a krabby patty. This is the definition of a burger for the price, meat, bun, sauces, and toppings.
