As a photographer, I recently began using Pictorem to print some of my photography on different mediums, including metal and canvas. Having used other companies, I can't say enough good things about Pictorem, including the high quality of the materials, the amazing craftsmanship Pictorem staff uses in creating the piece and the best packing/shipping I have ever seen.

My customer was very, very happy when we did the big “reveal”! She loved it and still comments on it frequently! This was my first purchase from your company and although there were many great reviews by others, I held my breath as I opened the box for a peek before delivery and was very happy! It also was the biggest print I have had made of my work so I felt a deep sense of satisfaction and pride when I first saw it, and especially when I saw the customer’s smile and shedding some tears! This is the first time I’ve had one of my photos printed on canvas. Pictorem did a FANTASTIC job. My canvas print was very safely wrapped and boxed and I was amazed that they included a level and picture hooks. I’m sure I’ll be a repeat customer. Thinking of more projects. Thanks to all.

As someone who has placed 50+ orders for my company with Pictorem (in materials paper, canvas, acrylic (personal favorite), and metal), I can honestly say that they are a top-tier printing company, with incredibly good pricing! I am amazed at how beautiful the canvas print looks. This was a picture of my handsome departed Scottie dog Shamus and I am very happy with the quality.

Just received the MOST GORGEOUS 23”x30” print of my painting on wood from Pictorem.

From the packaging which is excellent, the quick delivery time, and then this process on wood! Oh my goodness, the grain of the wood adds beautifully to the print itself, the back for hanging is solid and attractive - all of it is perfect.

Pictorem also has quality customer service, which is so important.

The response below from the owner is yet another lie. I am a full time professional photographer for the past 40 years and was told at the very beginning that my image was much better quality than most they receive. It was high resolution and tack sharp throughout.
I've used Pictorem for several orders over the past 2 years. They are typically quite slow in their delivery times. The first order I had them print for me they did not follow instructions on supplying the size I required and it was useless to me on arrival. They refunded the purchase price. On a recent order of a 40 x 60 metal print it took them 4 weeks for it to arrive. On arrival I noticed that there were large areas that were faded out. The original is perfect and they acknowledged that. My signature on the bottom was so blurred that it was unreadable. After getting the runaround by several support people I spoke to the owner who was very apologetic and promised to have it reprinted and shipped in a few days. He said he'd update me with an arrival date in a few days and even gave me his personal contact information. Three days after the day I was supposed to get an update I contacted him but he did not answer. I left a voice message and after two days of not hearing from him I texted his number. A full 10 days after first speaking to the owner I contacted head office and asked where my order was. It had been printed and was to be shipped out by truck and would be at least 6-10 business days to arrive. I said given the circumstances of poor quality to begin with, given the runaround and excuses by the staff, and being lied to by the owner that I expected this to be shipped via air as my client who purchased the metal print was ready to pull the order given the huge delay. I was promised air delivery 4 days ago. I still have not received any notification on when it is to arrive. The tracking number given does not match anything in the system that the shipping company has and I am once again left to wonder when this will be delivered. It has been nearly 2 months since ordering this print. The worst printing company I've ever dealt with in my 40 year career as a professional photographer. Don't waste your time on this company if you plan on having even a reasonable amount of customer service.
UPDATE
June 14th and still no delivery! I was promised air shipment on this two weeks ago. June 15th - Contacted Pictorem to find out where my shipment is. I was told to see the email they sent when shipping this out by air on June 9th. The email they sent gave a reference number that I copied and pasted into their shippers tracking webpage. The number was not valid. The person at Pictorem told me to removed the first letters of the number and the last three (no instructions to do that in their email). Yet another example of how this company has failed to satisfy basic customer service needs. When I mentioned this to the gal at Pictorem she mentioned that these instructions were on the shippers website where you enter the tracking number. I explained to her that there are no instructions on this simple page. She started to get argumentative and so I just hung up. I didn't need further abuse by Pictorem. I've pulled all of my images off of their website and will remove their link from all of my social media posts and photo catalog.
UPDATE: June 16th - I discovered that Pictorem lied once again and my reprint was shipped via ground instead of air as promised. It is now sitting in a truck at the shipping company which cannot be emptied until at least next week. Further proof that this is a company not to be trusted with anything. My client is furious having to wait now for over two months to get their order filled. If the print is not 100% perfect I will be contacting VISA for a refund.

Je suis tombé sur leur site internet par hasard alors que je cherchais une idée de cadeau. J'ai été séduite par les clocks personnalisables qu'ils proposent. J'ai reçu ma commande et j'en suis très satisfaite, les couleurs sont vives et c'est de bonne qualité! Une superbe idée de cadeau que je recommande.

They are awful and not punctual. I trusted them two times and I feel regret. They are awful in shipping and timing. Not recommended at all.

I saw a recommendation for them and have been looking for a good printing company for my digital art and have been burned multiple times by printing issues and items being carelessly packed for shipping so alot of stuff was coming damaged. Pictorem sent me a beautiful canvas print and it was packed perfectly to protect the canvas. I am quite satisfied with the care they took with my canvas. They also got to to me way faster than estimated. By a whole week in fact

I have been creating art for 14 years and have never been so impressed by the quality of print Pictorem has provided. In the first month working with them, I have now ordered over 60 metal prints and love each one of them! More importantly, my collectors are blown away and I look forward to creating hundreds, if not thousands of more Artworks with them! Thank you, Pictorem and your Team!

I was introduced to them in December 2022. As a pro photographer already working with high end labs, I was super impressed. Easily on par if not exceeded the quality, service and selection I am getting from well known professional labs in Canada… at a better price, easier to work with and offering larger sizes and more products important to me. I’m going to be defaulting using them going forward. It’s amazing that more photographers don’t know about them. I’d rank them even more stars if I could.

The entire staff is professional, with fast and accurate communication, and the work product quality is excellent - superior - and exactly what I was seeking... I used to be a regular customer of Pictorem. But they are slow on shipping, it took 2 months for a single canvas. Always the same excuses. Because of this, I am having serious problems with the customer. I do not recommend using the services of this company.

VERY happy with our experience. Ordered a huge Canvas Print and it arrived ahead of schedule. Pictorem customer service reps got in touch with me immediately for question about the print quality. The canvas is even more beautiful than I imagined. Very, very happy. Will order more ASAP

I placed an order in October 2022 for some puzzles that were to be Christmas presents. I followed the instructions of approving the layout on all items. When I received one of them the layout was wrong, heads were cut off and it was obvious that no one would've requested that type of layout. I email Pictorem and deal with Johanna. I was told to email proof of the mistake, and it would be corrected, which I did. Several weeks later I received the replacement and it's exactly the same as the first one - wrong. We are now much closer to Christmas, and I immediately call Pictorem on 12/19 to tell them that they again sent the wrong layout. I was told that a corrected puzzle would be sent to me that day, with expedited shipping. I call back on 12/21 to confirm it had been sent, spoke with Johanna who told me it's in line to be printed but because of the holidays they are very busy. I explained that they made a mistake TWICE on my order and that should cause my order to be printed ASAP. She promised me it would be sent that day with overnight shipping. I call on 12/22 to confirm it was sent and was told it's still in the queue to be printed. Was told again that they are very busy with holiday orders. I just about lost my mind. This poor guy told me he can't help me any further because he just started the job 2 days ago. There also was no one more knowledgeable to speak with me - seems odd that the new guy was running the show.or was it they refused to speak to an irate customer? Then I was told that a manager would call me on 12/23. It's now 4pm on 12/23 and I didn't get a call from the manager. I've been lied to so many times by this company that I've lost count. It's clear they don't care to provide proper customer service and clearly don't care that I will not have a Christmas gift to give that I placed in OCTOBER! Disgraceful treatment. My suggestion is to take your business elsewhere, these folks have no problem lying to you repeatedly. Do better Pictorem!

Excellent service. I requested them to expedite and they delivered the album on time. Pictorem quality is outstanding.

Fantastic Place to get my mural prints. Relatively easy to install and final impact is amazing. Shipping was inside a very strong tube. I took time to remove but it’s worth it!

Processing the print took a while and when it arrived, there were printer artifacts in the form of vertical lines across the print. Customer service was great at getting back to me and sending out a reprint.just waiting now to see if the new print is better.

*update*. It was not better. The printer artifact issue was fixed, but the print arrived with some noticeable scratches along the top, in the high-gloss finish. There are some serious quality control issues that need to be addressed. Errors that I spotted within seconds of opening the package should have been spotted on their end before they wrapped it up! The original order was made Sept 21st and it's now Nov 28th and I'm still stuck with a print I don't think is good enough to sell.

Phenomenal customer service. Tthey brought me so much ease in helping me solve my print challenges, and they accommodated me as best as they could. I feel very at ease working with them.

I received all 9 of the large, beautiful, canvas art prints that I made. The colors are exceptional. The framing for the canvas perfect and the shipping and packing on time and superb. So happy with my mural print! Took some time to install the first panel but went smoothly after, very easy to mount or reposition, and amazing colors. I would highly recommend Pictorem anytime!

I just lost my best friend after 14 1/2 years and wanted one of my favorite shots on canvas. I had one done 13 years ago elsewhere, lost it in a recent move.ordered this replacement then found the original before this arrived. There's no comparison between them-night and day difference. Pictorem's work is spectacular! When I opened it the tears flowed. THANK YOU for the great workmanship and packing!

Order placed 9/24 with 7-10 day ship time, was “printing” for weeks and did not get delivered until 10/18. False advertisement.

Always good answer, might take time to answer but serious good quality and wait is worth it. As a professional photographer I get my photos printed on acrylic and canvas paper. The colours and depth are amazing and do the photo justice. It always results in a “whow” response from everyone who sees the print.
