Ordered transmission cooler line and a few other parts for a 2005 sierra only to be constantly given the wrong parts. Then to be told that they are special order and cannot get a full refund… on a product that they didnt properly order. Their product also damaged a part on my vehicle and forced me to pay out more in parts. The service is friendly but they have major problems internally which has wound up costing with time lost, gas and all over 250$. Not fair how a company isnt responsable for their actions. Was a client for 17 years. I guess never again!

I check here first for all my car part needs. Good service in both English and French. Nice job guys:)
