My experience with Pilotte himself is limited but one of the young women working under him Katerine Charbonneau, put in much more than the required effort in helping me through my case. She kept up to date with my personal progress, my PO and the mental health program I was going through and ended up helping me get my charges dropped. On top of that she was very kind, patient and genuinely wanted to see me succeed. From what I understand it's rare to have a lawyer (especially legal aid) be invested in their client's progress. For that I could not be more thankful.
