Ping Pong Depot

Ping Pong Depot really does have a great selection at reasonable prices. When they have a sale, you can really get bargains. I play table tennis 5+ days a week and I really appreciate being able to update my equipment when I need to.

What can I say about these guys that already hasn't been said? In a time when getting deliveries get delayed and not even scanned into the system the customer and the merchant are flying in the blind with where the orders are. I've ordered from several other ping pong sites and every single one of my orders has taken about a week and a half to get to me, and they were being shipped domestically within the USA. These guys ship from Canada and my order has been here religiously within the same week! Ping Pong Depot has answered the bell every time I have needed them with prompt, fast service. I even called to ask them about expidited shipping and I was contacted back via phone and email with them explaining for 30 additional dollars your order would arrive the same day! That is the kind of honesty that not only builds trust with the consumer but loyalty to the merchant. I haven't even talked about the enormous selection and the terrific pricing they offer as well. I rarely give out 5 star reviews but PPD has earned it. Next time you need your table tennis needs met, do yourself a favor and go right to pingpongdepot.com, they wont let you down.

After receiving a order of supplies from these folks, one of the paddles snapped off at the handle after only a couple of uses ($15 paddle, nothing expensive). After sending a photo the them, Marc dropped a new one in the mail. This was not a warrantee issue, and they were certainly not obligated to provide a new paddle. I will now be a long term customer. I would hightly recommend doing business with these folks. Small gestures are often the best ones.
