Recently went through doing an RMA with them, amazing customer support and communication, along with really helpful and friendly people. Everything was taken care of perfectly.

J'ai endommagé le power supply de mon synthé Pioneer Toraiz AS-1. Prix pour le remplacer? 182$ plus shipping. Une vraie farce. Pas difficile de voir que c'est de profiter du monde qui a peur d'acheter un modèle générique car ils ne sont pas certains des choses à vérifier. 182$, c'est le tiers de la valeur du synthé! Avec l'aide d'un technicien qui m'a assuré que j'achetais un modèle tout à fait compatible, j'en ai trouvé un à 8$. La seule différence: pas de logo Pioneer.
Ha oui, quand j'ai répondu: ''182$, c'est une blague? '' pour exprimer mon incrédulité, ils ont bloqué mon mail. Je n'ai absolument rien dit d'autre. Pas d'obstinage sans fin, pas d'expression plus virulente. Rien. Tout un service à la clientèle. Bref, ta gueule et paye est leur moto.

Marsha was extremely helpful when dealing with my replacement part. She was empathetic and patient. I needed a new chord to record and she got it to me fast and easy! Thank you Marsha and SFM! Great company and Great Service!

I call and deal with SF on a daily basis and I cannot express how efficient and effective this company is. They always pull through with orders and will help us get equipment for our purchases and rental equipment on time. Thanks for the wonderful service SFM. - Joel
