The swimming pool is nice it’s big enough but ppl pee there wayyy to much and cough sneeze spit in the water

Ok place. Showers sometimes don't have hot water.

Les cours de natation pour adulte sont une perte de temps totale. Ils engagement literellement les enfants qui ne vous enseignent rien et restent assis pendant tout la séance. Un peu plus d'engagement de la part des instructrices surtout serait apprécié SVP. On a payé de l'argent pour ces cours.mieux vaut aller aux bains libres et apprendre vous-même.

Chapeau pour Sabrine! Elle est une super formatice pour les cours de natation. Ses explications sont tellement détaillées et elle s'adapte vraiment à notre rytheme. Il faut avoir plus de monitrices/moniteurs comme elle

Maintenant que les restrictions sont levées, il y a Trop de monde. En plus la section pour les enfants de moins de 3 ans n'est tjrs pas ouverte ni les glissades.

It's in my neighborhood, I have been going swimming adults time for the last 10 years.water temperature was fine!
In the last few months, they put the water temperature down to FREEZING 25/27 Degree c.to save money. I made a complaint to the city phone number 311. Some days later, the swimming pool rep phoned me and she told me this the way it well be 27 degree, and I can to another swimming pool, and She toldmd the address. I have no atantion to go anywhere else. Even the lifeguards said it's really cold!
I tried to explain to her it is dangerous not only for older people but for the babys and it can cause hypothermia, you can't drop your body temperature 10 degrees from 37 to 27 and that:
27 degree is for Olympics swimmers
29/30 is the average temperature for public indoor pools. But she has no idea, and kept arguing, till I told her enough, and I will phone the city again, she said they gonna phone me back again and I will phone you,
I told her pls don't phone me back.
I phoned the city they told it's fixed to 28,29 degrees.
I went back to the pool Chang and jumped in the poll it was cold. I went back home ️ Again 311 and they told me it will be fixed, I have not been back yet as I am spending the snow in worm country
I am Certified National Life Saving.

Personnel compétent et sympathique, endroit propre mais l'espace pour regarder les baigneurs est mal conçu.

Je vais deux fois par semaine à la piscine St Roch pour le cours d'aquarium et c'est un vrai bonheur pour moi et tous les autres. Je recommande à tous d'en profiter. C'est excellent.

Superbes installations et place très propre. Le bain libre est gratuit et les cours de natation à prix accessible. Le personnel est toujours sympathique. L'endroit parfait pour s'entraîner tranquillement et aussi pour apporter les enfants/bébés. Les règles sont assez strictes pour prévenir des accidents.

Horaires d'ouverture trop compliqués et restreints.
La piscine en elle-même est petite et sombre, peu agréable, juste utile.
