Piscine Servex

J'y suis allé a plusieurs reprises pour un élément de plomberie et la seule employée qui s'y trouvait m'a accueilli, écouté et conseillé au mieux de ses capacités! WoW! Elle a tout fait pour m'aider à solutionner mon problème et toujours avec le sourire et une patience exemplaire! Le magasin est relativement petit mais le service est très bon!

Very untrustworthy pool closure. First went to wrong house and called me saying the cabane was locked. Then arrived with what I saw was only a jug of antifreeze which is needed but where was the pool closing chemicals? Left their extension cord behind. Called receptionist to complain. Owner never responded Finally the owner called and came to check on things and refunded price of chemicals we bought on our own. He will follow up with employees to make sure they work in a professional manner. Mentioned we can call on him personally for next closure. Appreciated him taking the time to rectify the situation.
