Pretty good store, but what really stands out is their beyond amazing service. Every single associate who works here is so knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help out. Really look forward to my monthly visits because it’s honestly just a good time!

I love the food selection. They always have what I need but I have to mention, I feel like the staff follows me every time I’m in the store. I thought it was just me but for the third time now one of the girls is like my shadow when I’m shopping. I don’t know if this is a protocol, they don’t say anything to me I just turn around and there they are again. I go biweekly, I spend an average 75.00 every time yet still feel like I’m always being followed. My partner agreed she felt the same when she went solo

Big selection for dogs, cats and small animals.dry, wet and frozen food, I am very pleased with the attention they gave us, the staff is super helpful and kind when you need something. Absolutely recommended!

I always receive amazing service from a sales associate here named Cris! She is so friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the different brands. She also takes the time to give personalized recommendations for my dog Teddy. She is truly passionate about what she does and I’m always excited to shop at this location. Thank you Cris and team!

Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and dynamic staff. Excellent variety in products. If products are not immediately available, employees will often offer to place orders on clients behalf (if and when possible). Staff remember customers and the in store experience as a whole creates a sense of community. I never feel pressured to buy anything. Big thanks to Cris and Chelsea in particular for always making excellent food and toy suggestions. Yeowww! Banana and catnip are a fav in our household!

So I dont leave reviews often, but the two workers that helped me yesterday were just so amazing I had to leave a review. First, the dude who asked if I needed help when I first arrived gave me some seriously game changing tips to deal with a very shy and frightful cat. (The main ones being a spray catnip that just worked way better than the dried stuff, as well as a specific crinkly toy. Together my cat finally approached me and wanted to play for hours!) and then he also was patient with me as I had so many questions. He gave me very honest advice as well, I didnt feel like he was trying to push bad or faulty products on me like so many pet stores / vets will do.

Afterwards, at the cash I was being stubborn and didnt want to take a bag, but I clearly could not carry everything in my hands.the cashier offered to help me bring it to my car! And then, the guy who was helping me before saw me drop one of the toys I bought on the way out and he ran it to me just as I was about to head off.its so cheesy but amidst a stressful weekend with my first pets, this really made my day. I'll definitely come back!

J'adore cette animalerie, j'y vais souvent parce qu'il y a des trucs qu'on ne retrouve pas ailleurs. Le service a la clientèle est excellent, iels sont super attentionné. Es! J'enlève une étoile parce que je dois avouer que certain de leurs items sont un peu trop dispendieux à mon goût. Mais il s'agit seulement de voir ce qui en vaut la peine ou pas.

I had a very pleasant surprise going to Pitou Minou Le Plateau for the first time today. Admittedly I had no reason to go before as we only got our puppy last week.
The staff was exceptionally helpful; I visited different pet stores before and this stands out of the crowd.

Always clean and organized. Staff are really kind, even going as far as offering to help you carry dog bags or open the door as you head out. Well stocked, fair prices, excellent customer service.

Great, friendly and informed staff. If they don’t have something they will order it for you. But they have a large selection of treat, food and accessories for your pet.

The staff is super nice and knowledgeable.prices are amazing, too! The selection is massive (like, so much pet stuff in a shop, but it's organized and doesn't feel cluttered). They have anything pet you'd need, and the help to find atuff-without feeling pressured.

C'est plus "Global Dog and Cat Foods".

Pour ce qui est de la nourriture pour oiseau, ce n'est vraiment pas l'endroit pour ça. On n'y vend que des mélanges de graines, pas de moulée. La plupart des espèces d'oiseaux domestiquées ne peuvent pas être en bonne santé avec une alimentation majoritairement composée de graines. Dans le cas de la plupart des perroquets et perruches, il faut de la moulée de qualité et des aliments frais comme base; les graines sont seulement un supplément ou une gâterie occasionnelle. Cette nuance est importante pour la qualité de vie et la longévité de vos camarades à plumes.

The recent expansion has brought in much more merchandise, and renovations have the store looking great. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

My little Ravel LOVES everything I get from here! I'm like a kid in a candy store in this place. Great selection, and friendly staff who really 'get' it.

This store has probably the most selections of cat and dog food plus accessories for pets in downtown Montreal.

The store does not provide all the products they offer online in-store which was somewhat of a let down concidering I went there for specific cat food.
I would have given this place 3 stars but gave 4 instead because the woman attendant working was pleasant and suggested a different food which my cat now loves!
