After my last takeout experience, I won't be returning to this place. The pizza wasn't very tasty, and the staff didn't display their usual friendliness.

I recently ordered the Meat Lover's Pizza from Pizza Hut Queen Mary for delivery, and I must say it was an absolute delight for my taste buds. From ordering to delivery, the entire experience was seamless and satisfying.

First and foremost, the delivery time was exceptional. The driver arrived in just 22 minutes, which is incredibly fast and convenient. Pan fried vege Pizza number one, I asked employee add chili paper and they did theirs job. Overall store are small to sit down but love food and service.

As a regular customer of various pizza chains, my recent visit to Pizza Hut left me deeply disappointed and appalled at the lack of professionalism displayed by the employees. It pains me to write such a negative review, but I believe it is important to shed light on my experience in order to help the establishment improve and regain its reputation.

First and foremost, I was greeted by a disinterested and lackadaisical server who seemed utterly uninterested in providing quality service. Her lack of enthusiasm was evident as she simply handed me a menu without a friendly greeting or a smile. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for her.

Furthermore, the entire staff appeared to be disorganized and unfocused. The kitchen seemed chaotic, with employees haphazardly preparing orders and neglecting basic hygiene practices. The sight of a visibly unclean work station and improperly organized ingredients left me questioning the overall cleanliness of the food preparation process.

To make matters worse, the delivery time was abysmal. After waiting for an eternity, our order finally arrived, only to find that it was all wrong. How difficult can it be to get a simple pizza order correct? The lack of attention to detail and incompetence demonstrated by the staff further confirmed their unprofessionalism.

The quality of the pizza itself was subpar, to say the least. The dough was undercooked, lacking the desired crunch and flavor. The toppings were either inadequately spread or clumped together in some areas, making each bite a disappointment. It was evident that no care or attention was given to ensuring a well-balanced and satisfying pizza.

In addition to the appalling food and service, the employees' attitude towards customer complaints was perplexing. Instead of apologizing and rectifying the errors, they were defensive and dismissive, as if my dissatisfaction was inconsequential. This lack of accountability and courtesy further exemplifies their unprofessional demeanor.

Overall, my experience at this Pizza Hut was nothing short of disastrous. The unprofessional staff, lackluster service, poorly assembled pizzas, and overall disregard for customer satisfaction have left me deeply disappointed. Unless significant changes are made within the establishment, I would strongly advise against patronizing this particular Pizza Hut location.

To the employees: It is crucial to understand that professionalism and customer-focused service are the pillars upon which a successful business is built. Taking genuine pride in your work and ensuring quality in each aspect can lead to satisfied customers and a reputation worth upholding.


Furthermore, I cannot believe I am about to recount this, but I witnessed a rat scurrying behind the counter during my unfortunate visit. The sight of such a blatant disregard for basic hygiene and cleanliness was not only revolting, but it also raised serious concerns about the overall sanitation standards within the establishment.

To the employees: It is imperative that immediate action is taken to rectify this issue. Ignoring such a blatant occurrence of vermin within the premises not only speaks volumes about the lack of professionalism and hygiene but also puts the health and well-being of both employees and customers at risk. It is inexcusable and unacceptable for a reputable establishment like Pizza Hut to allow such unsanitary conditions to persist.

I work with seniors and a resident ordered pizza but the driver forgot the receipt and what they don't understand is that we need to claim the amount so need a bill. The driver started cursing and me for his own mistake and then when I called the store to ask them to just txt me a copy of the bill, the manager said he would Ban our Residence. How funny the driver makes a mistake and we get Banned.

Essentially, it's a small eatery where you can primarily order takeout. It has only one table for sitting and a counter. I consistently choose to order from this place and I've never had any issues. The food is fantastic, and the staff, particularly the delivery person, is excellent.

I was trying to find mozzarella in mozzarella sticks. It was a hard time! Better order pizza next time lol

Have always ordered takeaway.
Pizza is delecious & fresh every time. Restaurent should work on cleanliness and service is little bit late.

They have small pizza option which is good compared to other pizza shops for a single person or two person.

Cost for 4 slices pizza: 5.74 (including taxes)

Even ordering online i still have to wait 15-20 minutes on site because they start preparing the order after i pay. Zero start for service and 4 star for the food. The food was good though.

Worst pizza of my life comes from this place…perfect pizza to spoil a Friday night.

Pizza Hut sucks

I ordered more than one hour before closure. They never came. I called them and they said that my order was coming but i’m still waiting to this day …

Ne croyez pas les malades qui notent bien ce restaurant de fous! Les pizzas rendent malades, dans le quartier c'est connu, jamais avant de la savoir avions mangé des pizzas aussi horribles!

These reviews had me scared after ordering on ubereats. My heart was racing because by the time I logged backbin to cancel, someone was already assigned to pick it up. But fortunately my order was great and the employee working at the time called me to ask if i was okay with her substituting my drink because they were out of the drink I ordered. So seemed like a very professional thing to do. I left out a star because I want to see how my 2nd order will turn out.

Hygiène douteuse, difficulté de communication. J’attendais à l’intérieur et un des cuisiniers n’avaient ni gants ni masque dans la préparations des commandes à emporté et de ma commande. J’ai attendu le temps qu’il fallait et j’ai peu constaté que l’hygiène était à revoir.

Arrivée chez moi, j’ai peu dégusté la pizza mais a peine 10 min après avoir commencer à la manger j’ai deu la jeter car j’ai été pris de vomissements soudain en pleine dégustation.

Uneducated people, poor cleaneliness, thrre are bugs everywhere and theres prices are not updated, they speak in their language and they make you wait 50 minutes for 1 pizza and chicken wings.
Go somewhere else guys!

The hut is certified, the everything i ordered was was everything that i was is and as is still it is and it is still but it is that is my. - thank you - yo this loud pack got me tasting my heartbeat

Best pizza in the neighborhood. I'd say enough cheese. As an Argentine, I'm used to A LOT of different types of cheese in a slice. Well, Pizza Hut won't give that much, but comparing with the average in this city, they can tell they are quite generous. Tasty dough. Ils ont la difficulté à parler la langue de Molière. Ils font des efforts, mais préparez vos demandes spéciales d'avance si vous voulez quitter rapidement.

Horrible customer service, they don't care about you. I tried calling for a pizza and they hung up twice because their phone had audio problems. When I finally ordered they hung up without telling me the total even though I asked. I called back to ask and they acted as they didn't know what I was talking about. I told them to cancel the order and they just hung up again.

Although many Pizza Hut closed around the city and I’m really happy there’s one on Queen Mary. True to it’s Classics I really did enjoy the cheese and green olives and pizza for 6.99$ take out special. It’s not wheelchair accessible. They do accept most forms of payments.

Très bonne pizza, à un prix concurrentiel, la livraison rapide mais a de la difficulté à se faire comprendre en français, il faut insister. Je recommande les francophones à appeler là. Ils feront des progrès à ce niveau au Québec.
