Pizza Hut Lasalle

Horrible experience, RACIST STAFF. Went to go pickup an order, was next in line, guy came up to the counter and helped out the person behind me and still completely ignored me. This is my LAST time eating Pizza Hut, honestly.

The best pizzas i can have most of the times!
Worth the try they got plenty of deals, even if its pricier than your average pizzas.
Staff are okay and there is a parking lot available.

Ordered all dressed pizza crispy, brought me cheese pizza cold when I asked to replace hung up phone on me, no pepperoni at all

Mauvais comportement avec les enfants de la part de la caissière, les enfants voulaient prendre du soda et elle s’est comporté comme s’ils sont entrain de voler! Jamais y mettre les pieds! Je recommande pas!

I made a in store order today but my experience is very bad as compare to other pizza hut stores. I got very bad crust it looked like an old crust. It was just a waste of money.

I did order on uber eat for a delivery they changed it for a pick up and charged me the amount with the tip but i never got the pizza and when i went to the store it was already close so they stole 50$ out of my pocket!

Bad experience in every way, indescribably bad product quality, bad store service, with professionals uncommitted to solving the problem because the order had been made via Uber Eats.

The pizza was undersized, 50% of it was edge and pepperoni was burnt! One of the worst experiences for a lover of good pizza!

Je reçois ma commande incomplète quand j'ai demandé pourquoi elle m'a répondu qu'ils ont oublié et elle m'a mis en attente. Sans aucune explication.

Can't beat Pizza Hut's $10 box, pizza and chicken. Food is cooked and delicious. Service is good. Dining room is closed, so it's only delivery and take out. It looks old, but it doesn't matter since you won't stay to eat. Plenty of parking space in the front.

I definitely under no circumstances would I recommend this pizza hut. Poor customer service and not very clean. I went there a few minutes ago placed an order for an extra large pizza which contains 2 medium pizzas in one box. I requested for of the pizzas to be chicken and the second pizza to be pepperoni. Paid the the bill and just befire walking away I kindly asked If I can change the pepperoni pizza to vegetarian because I don't eat pork.she meanly responded no because she already close the bill and besides it would cost more. I said no problem I don't mind paying the difference. She still said no. Then she finally said that she can only make the second one cheese only. I was like whatever fine. Now while waiting in the waiting area for my pizza on the red bench which was situated against a brick wall. A mouse came running from the kitchen and ran straight under my bench where I was sitting. I was traumatized by the sight of it but I managed to stay calm, pulled out my phone and took a picture. I then walked up the the cashier showed her the picture of the rat on my phone told het that I didn't know that they had rats and immediately requested a refund. I took my refund and went elsewhere.
