Two guys both named Ravi run the place at night. I’ve never in my life seen customer care as powerful from a pizza place before in my life.

I liked pizza, but the salad- may be it’s my bad that I ordered the dish of cabbage and some dressing. 8.30$ for this is too much

Pizza has been consistently great each time I’ve ordered. Quick delivery and perfectly cooked Pizza Hut pizza. Great staff!

I ordered extra large pepperoni pizza and some fried chicken wings, When I got home i realize that the pepperoni burn. The quality of the Pizza not good! And the chicken wings not cooked properly in a watery sauce, I throw it in the garbage. I will never order anything from this place again

Omg, I know walking into a pizza hut you dont expect much but Ravi honestly and truthfully gave me an exemplary service, this guy was so helpful and absolutely went above and beyond. Thank you Ravi so much for your help! Wow!

Friendly staff and manager! The manager took our order within a blink of eye and his team prepared our pizzas up to their highest standards. The manager also gave us a coupon of free pizza as a well gesture to use it on our next order

Our order was incomplete, wrong and our wings were missing. Please avoid this restaurant at all cost, the worst customer service too.

Worst experience, it is not a place for pizza, it is more a place for bread. You expect nothing on top.

We ordered 4 boxes in total, 3 medium pizza plus something new which was a cheesy pull. We had gotten 3 boxes out of the 4. The driver who delivered the pizza's, informed us, he will bring us the cheesy pull. Fair enough, we understood the job itself can be tough, however we waited nearly 1H30M without any response. So, we called the number thinking it was Pizza hut located close to us, but that wasn't the case, apparently our order went to pizza hut in TMR. It took us nearly 20 minutes to get in contact with someone. When we spoke to the employee's at this pizza hut, one advised us she can give us one for free with a credit of 8$ - then another employee takes over, and advises us, they are unable to do so, they can only provide a credit of 8$. Just a thought, wouldn't it have been better not to waste people's time? We would've been happy if they told us a head of time if we can get a credit since they were aware of the situation. Seems very unprofessional.

Pas moyen de se faire servir en français, peu importe le jour de la semaine.
En fait, si je vois que la personne s’efforce de parler français mais qu’elle a du mal, je vais passer à l’anglais par courtoisie et cela me fait plaisir.
Le problème c’est qu’il y a un mépris total de la langue de mon choix, on me répond systématiquement en anglais lorsque je rentre et m’adresse en français, ignorant absolument ma langue de préférence, avec un mépris de la loi absolu (si un employé ne parle pas français il doit aller chercher une personne capable de le faire) …
Sinon la pizza est bonne et le service relativement rapide.

The pizza was good. But the bread sticks they forgot to put the grained parmesan. It tasted like bread with oil.

Clean good quality decent pizza. I love their service. They just sometimes forget your pepperoni. But its ok. They fix it for you.

Honnêtement, je sais qu'il ne s'agit que d'une pizza, mais c'est une question de principe. On se fait livrer 2 pizzas. Les deux ne correspondent pas à ce que nous commandons. Bon. Ça arrive. On dit au livreur que ce n'est pas ce que nous avions commandé et il nous dit qu'il va revenir avec la bonne commande. Le problème est que nous avions payé avant de nous en apercevoir. Ensuite, le livreur n'est jamais revenu. 3 heures plus tard, nous tentons d'appeler à de nombreuses reprises le restaurant qui ne nous a jamais répondu. Malhonnêteté, service client absent. Bye Bye pizza hut.

Si j'avais pu, j'aurais mis zéro étoile.sincèrement, je n'ai pas l'habitude de laisser des commentaires, surtout négatifs.mais là ça marche pas. à la livraison, je me suis rendue compte que c'était pas les bonnes pizzas (nombreuses erreurs dans la commande), mais bon, pas si grave (même si je me demande comment ils ont pu autant se tromper). Le livreur a dit qu'il reviendra avec la bonne commande, mais on n'a JAMAIS eu de nouvelles.j'ai tenté à de nombreuses reprises de rejoindre le resto, mais je n'ai jamais eu de réponse. La centrale des appels m'a d'abord confirmé que le resto était au courant de la problématique, mais, encore une fois, jamais eu de nouvelles.

Please cancel order 22722577. This location closes ridiculously early for a pizza place. The website is NOT clear that I was not getting this tonight. I ordered from this location once before and while the pizza was ok it was cut horribly. Every slice was a different size completely. There wasn't a single piece that was cut through or properly. I had to use a knife at home to seperate the pieces. The sauce was not spread evenly which resulted in large dry patches on the pizza and the bacon on the chicken ceaser was in large clumps instead of broken up and sprinkled evenly. Website forces me to order from this location even though it's closed and there is another location within the same distance from me in the opposite direction that is still open. Annoyed.

Very good pizza when eaten fresh and out of the oven. Not the best pizza to eat the next day. Doesn't do well in the refrigerator or the microwave unfortunately. Hence the 3 star rating.

Seul point positif la livraison rapide. Sinon j'ai reçu sur 2 pizzas 1 trop cuite avec pâte fine alors que j'ai commandé en pan et 1 sans goût. Quant aux cinnabons payés en supplément quelle blague! Jugez vous même sur photo, décevant lorsque l'on compare avec les photos du site internet. Cerise sur le gâteau, le livreur (très gentil) qui en tentant la box de travers a fait renverser quasiment toute la sauce miel ail des poulets partout sur les autres aliments. Bref, 1ere et dernière fois que je commande là!

Do NOT order from this branch. The delivery man harasses you for almost 50% of tips ($30 change for a $21.83 order) and then refuses to go back to his car because it’s 4 floors by the elevator. What a princess. He’s obviously lacks etiquette and mannerisms. Made me feel extremely unsafe and gave me that look with his golf ball eyes. Never seen anyone this desperate for tips. Tipping is optional and even then you’re supposed to give the full change back and the customer tips according to your service level which is zero here. What kind of employees are you hiring? They seem to have some cultural club as everyone speaks in some weird foreign accent and backs each other’s lies when you call the store. Shoutout to Jasmine who backed up his “she asked for change for $100. ” And apparently there is no manager at the store when I call. It just keeps piling up. I love Pizza Hut but since this is the only branch that delivers I’ll pass on ordering from the brand LOL.

Probably the worst pizza in my life. A paper thin of over cooked cheese on a bread like dry crust. So so didappointed

Habituellement je suis pas trop déçu, mais la c'est inacceptable. Commander 3 pizzas avec croute épaisse et recevoir des croutes minces dur et beaucoup trop cuites en plus d'en recevoir une complètement noyée dans la sauce. Malheureusement ça donne pas envie d'y retourner.

Ordered a vegetarian pizza and received a chicken pizza. Do the staff not pay any attention to the order? Very bad management.

Ordered 3 pizzas. One of them was bbq chicken pizza.no bbq sauce at all. Barely. Have no idea. Kept calling 20 times no one picked up. And when finally they picked up and I complained. They tell me “there supposed to be sauce under the cheese”. Well no s*^t there’s supposed to be sauce under the cheese. But there wasn’t. Don’t get these people.

The worst in town. Avoid at all cost. Raw pizza and they won't even bother to answer a phone call. Picture shows that the crust is raw under the toppings. Order at your risks. I know I will never do.

They must of been low on toppings, I could count the amount of pepperoni I had on 1 hand. Never again!

Commercial taste & quality, is better you do your pizza at home, the dough has no taste however in a rainy day it could be a final solution to save time and stop your hunger

Your driver has been sitting in the same spot for over 20 minutes and you people never pick up the phone. This is the last time I am ever ordering from your restaurant. I've had enough of your disrespectful behaviour. You're a joke of an owner.

Good customer service. When my order was ready, I found I ordered by mistake another dressing for chicken wings, but they changed it for me without any question.
