Pizza Hut Montreal

A takeout counter. Not the old Pizza Hut "Huts" with salad bars however.still my kids' favorite pizza

After consuming the pizzas I bought from this store, my girlfriend and I suffered from food poisoning, leading to vomiting and diarrhea within a few hours. I insist that your team address this matter internally, and I am committed to pursuing external action on my end as well.

The quality of Pizza was very good but your staff are very very rude and were not polit they are not friendly with customers. It was dirty place, the tables were not clean.service was poor the Pizza was served without sauce.there was no hand sanitizer and napkin.not recommend at all and will not go back again

Ordered for take out, food was ready on time. The place is really small and only has 2 tables to eat inside. Would not recommend eating inside because of the right space. Otherwise clean and quick service

J'ai fait la comanda par le site web, quand je suis arrivé dans ce magasin les gens qui travaillaient étaient impolis et disaient que je n'avais pas fait de comanda, même avec un email prouvant et le paiement de la même chose. C'est un magasin pourri, les employés sont mal préparés et ne parlent pas français.

They hang up on you when all you want is to eat pizza and give them money.don’t ever order from here.worst customer service

Les 2 pizzas été renversées, comme si on avait lancé les boîtes ou trébuché. J'ai passé plus d'une heure en ligne téléphonique sans succès pour une 2e livraison un un remboursement. Innaccepable!

Shanjida and Raffe are the bests. They saved my McGill conference by preparing 12 pizzas in a short time and giving me the small to relax myself for this last minute order. I hope every restaurant has one of these wonderful people.

Terrible experience! My first time trying pizza hut and never again. STAY AWAY! DO NOT ORDER!

Me and my girlfriend ordered two pizzas, one was supposed to be gluten free, but both were regular crust, they wrote on the box they were out of gluten free dough, she can't eat this. I gave them my phone number so they could have called but didn't. Not only that but the pizzas were cold and not cooked! We called customer service and it was the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. The guy was incredibly rude and hung up on us, even though we were being respectful. We called again and it was the same guy, being rude again. He did not refund us and told us to call again tomorrow. What the heck? We will have to go to the store and demand a refund. This guy needs to be fired immediately.

I hope they go out of business, terrible place.

Terrible experience, food was ordered at 6pm and still hadn’t arrived after two hours. Tried calling them 3 times and was told each time that it was in its way, which was a blatant lie.

Pizza Hut you need to do better, poor experience and customer service.

My most favorite pizza shop. Their pizza is much different from other pizza shops. Pizza corners are crispy and inside is very soft.

Awful experience. Made me wait an extra 30min that the initial 15 min wait time to get my order, I waited 45 min in total. I wish I can give negative star to this restaurant. The pizza, isn’t fresh and near cold after I arrived home. (only 5 min trip) I hope more people can see this comment, avoid this misery, and I will never go to there again.

Expérience horrible. M'a fait attendre 30 minutes de plus que les 15 premières minutes d'attente initial pour recevoir ma commande, j'ai attendu 45 minutes au total. J'aimerais pouvoir donner des étoiles négatives à ce restaurant. La pizza n'est pas fraîche et presque froide après mon arrivée à la maison. (seulement 5 min de trajet) J'espère que plus de gens pourront voir ce commentaire, éviter cette misère, et je n'y retournerai plus jamais.

Très déçu. J'ai commandé une livraison et je l'ai payé sauf que je n'est jamais reçu ma commande ni remboursé. C'est dommage de prendre les demandes de clients a la légère. A jamais refaire

Food was delicious and the delivery guy was friendly. They forgot one of my marinara sauces and didn’t send forks or napkins which was really inconvenient in a hotel room.

Food and staff is worst here. Trust me don't waste ur money and time to visit this place. The Indian fat lady who works here is extremely disrespectful and always angry like someone is forcing her to do this job. Happens to me 3 times now I stop going there. Even though the don't keep the cooking area cleaning. I have seen cockroaches myself in the cooking area.

Very bad service! I received my fries after 90min, then the pizza alone after 2h (30min after the fries). When I called them to ask why I didn’t get my pizza, the woman there was very rude!
Never going again to this place.

I ordered marinara pasta with garlic bread and it honestly was the best i ever ate! My friends also ordered a delicious pizza! Good job!

Toppings were nearly nonexistent, but worse yet is they sprayed the pizza with some sort of aerosol butter or something and the smell is rancid. I've had bad pizza, but never bad smelling pizza. Ruined my evening. Never returning to this or any other Pizza Hut.

The personnel are very rude while obviously the kitchen were dirty, they drop things and again use them without washing, i donot suggest that ordering from this store

Pan pizzas here are soooo unique,

I would suggest their BBQ chicken, québécoise and pepperoni.

We tried this place several times lately. All was fine until our most recent order on Mother's Day. We placed an order that was over $90, and 1 of the main dish was missing, which belonged to our mother. It took a while for them to pick up the phone, and just made it very unpleasant. Finally we got an answer, and it still took some time for them to acknowledge their mistake.the experience was so bad that it just made us feel like to never order here again. Not to mention, the dough on our pizza this time was a bit raw.

Very deliciouse pizza, I ordered supreme pan pizza but with a kind of bread which is not oily, and it was very very delicious and generous. It will be my favorite pizza store which make me remmember the most delicious pizza that I had in my child hood:) you may smell burned oil in the store but ask them to guide you for a non oily bread.

This location is THE BEST! Ordered from other pizza huts and was never the same as this one.the crust here just hits different its so good.like i dont even like pizza that much but i'm addicted to this one! Just wish they had better online deals

Worst service ever, they never delivered my pizza and didn't called back to let me know lol roll

I got the pizza and wings online deal. The "wing" is actually fried breaded chicken. It tastes good, but I was disappointed to see the portion size. The pizza is with 3 toppings, chicken, mushroom and green pepper with extra cheese. First I don't feel the extra cheese I paid for. Second, the pan pizza crust is greasy on the bottom.

Ordered via uber eats.order was on time but it was nothing like a pizza hut pizza. Cudnot feel cheese or pizza sauce at all while eating.never eating from here again.

It's a delivery branch of Pizza Hut with minimum seating area (Two tables and a high table). So one can expect lot of people coming in, going out of the store. The service is quick, the pizzas are nice.

Although the crust can be customised, sometimes it's still a lot of dough and not enough tomato sauce.

Pizza arrived late and almost cold. This is a shot of a pizza that the main ingredient is tomatoes. Edible but not delightful. I’m done with Pizza Hut.

Good pizza. Be aware of their specials, there are bargains to be had, but you have to be patient.

Just Ordered two veggie pizzas. Bt it was all messed up all the veggies was on the side dippings were digged in the pizza.tried to cl them bt nobody answered didn’t expect that kind of service in that price!

Pizza magnifique à cette magasin. Je vais pas vous dire mais vous devez prend le goût là. Récemment, j'essayais le pizza avec le base indien qui était très belle. Je vous recommande à faire un essai à ce magasin. Je suis sûr on peut obtenir le même chose à d'autres magasins dans la grande ville de Montréal.
