Pizza Hut St-Eustache

Impossible de recevoir de l'aide au service a la clientèle la ligne racroche sans avoir eu la chance de discuter avec un représentant.

Mon problème est que la pâtes à pizza n'est même pas cuite!

Il est certain que je ne commanderais pas à nouveau à votre établissement

P.s sur la photo ces la pâtes il ne s'agit pas de fromages

Le personnel et service ainsi que la bouffe extra bien. Le seul hic.il n'y a plus de salle à manger avec service mais ça fait rien tu p-e quand même manger sur place dans la salle à manger sans service

J'ai passer une commande pendant les heures d'ouverture via l'app. Personne était au restaurant! Et je me suis fais chargé en plus. Ridicule.

Edit: la responsable m'a contacter, super gentille et accomodante. C'est plutot les employés du restaurant dans le tord.

J'ai passé une commande mais toujours rien reçu 3h plus tard. Puis j'ai reçu un appel comme quoi les employés ne se sont pas présentés au restaurant et que la commande sera rembourse.

Worst Pizza Hut location we've been to. Over two hour wait without being to reach the place to see what's going on. Managed by an incompetent manager. It's too bad because the employees suffer from it too.

J’ai commandée et payée en ligne ma commande pour livraison dimanche le 2 avril aux alentours de 18h. Je reçois un courriel de pizza hut vers 20h (un sondage) de comment j’ai trouvée mon repas. 8h30 et toujours pas reçu la commande donc j’appelle Pizza Hut pour me faire dire que ma commande n’existe pas (ils me l’ont déjà fait payer) et que Saint-Eustache ne fait pas de livraison. Mais pourtant sur le site ils me donnent l’option de la livraison et me la font même payer. Je me rends donc au Pizza Hut de Saint-Eustache pour me faire rembourser et me faire répondre que j’allais être remboursée sur ma carte en début de semaine. Toujours pas de nouvelles…

Sux. My order was supposed to arrive 7: 45pm at 9: 00pm still nomfood. Kids are hungry guests are hungry. Very dussapointing. Maybe spend less on marketing and more on delivery on time. Worst experience ever! Ordered delivery at 6: 45 and 2 hours later still no pizza. The phone they have on their website connects to the customer service located in Ontario. All they can tell you is that it’s on its way. The pizzeria itself just hangs up on you. Disgusting! Do not order there ever!

Placed an order at 5: 15,6: 45 nothing had arrived and I called. They apologized and told me there was a delay. 8PM still no food, called again and was told they are having issues and they were unable to reach the restaurant. I went in person to pick up my food and the employee was looking at me like I had 2 heads! I waited 3h for my food and was not even offered a refund for my delivery fees, I had to ask. Horrible service. They told me my food had just been made and it is ice cold.incredibly disappointed

On a passé une commande à 10h pour avoir la livraison a 13h, après 14h toujours pas reçu les pizzas, c'était la fête de mon garçon et tous les amis avaient faim, on a contacté 5 fois le magasin et on m'a raccroché la ligne au nez à chaque fois

Commandé des heures d'avance pour devoir attendre 30 min pour ma commande. Plusieurs erreurs dans ma commande (pas la bonne croute à pizza, pas les extra sauce demandé, des bouchés de poulet au lieu des ailes.), j'ai appelé à propos des erreurs dans ma commande et on m'a transféré pour raccrocher, j'ai rappelé et on a jamais répondu.

Livraison seulement.il n'y a plus de main d'oeuvre pour salle a manger je croix!

Service très lent. Nous avons commandé à l’avance avec une heure de collecte de la commande. Je me suis rendue à l’heure et j’ai du attendre 25 minutes supplémentaires. Lorsque j’ai reçu ma commande, tout était froid. Service à la clientèle discutable par ailleurs.

I love coming here for pizza, but unfortunately, the last time I came here, the staff messed up the order for both my pizzas.

Horrible horrible horrible. We placed a take out order here a few weeks ago. When we went to pick it up at the time given we’re we surprised that it was closed! After repeatedly knocking someone came to the door and said she would issue a refund not true. We tried calling the main office where we also got the run around! This is fraud. This restaurant is stealing peoples money! Class action lawsuit
