Pizza XL avec garniture manquante, pas assez de sauce ni poulet. J’ai commandé une butter chicken non pas pate fromage. Le livreur qui demande de sortir pour récupérer la commande. Tres déçu

J’ai commandé une pizza végétarienne! On me donne ça! Employé arrogant et impolie! Une pizza froide comme une roche! Pire pizza de ma vie!

J ai fait une commande il a oublié une partie et il a demandé de payer la totalité disant qu il va revenir me ramener ce qu il a oublié alors il ne l a pas fait et il ment

Clean and quick service, lady that took our order was helpful in choosing the pizza as this was our first time. Pizza is ok

J'ai voulu commander 3 pizzas d'une même sorte mais il n'y en avait pas et on m'a dit d'attendre 1 heure. Je n'avais que de l'argent liquide et on m'a dit qu'il n'y avait pas de monnaie.

What a waste of money?

Ordered via Uber eats and doughy was 5 times thicker than usual.

Worst service ever, cold pizza, they past their 50 mins policy and still made me pay. Dont order here

What a bad place to even think about dining in! It’s very slow, very complicated menu! No English menu and no employees, one guy does the whole thing, no service! The worst experience I have ever had. I’m really disappointed with this place and I don’t know why such bad restaurant are still in business!
The funny part is that no straw is available! No fork for the poutine. I don’t know what to say …. I just couldn’t fine worse than one star to rate…. Oh almost forgot to mention, if you want to wash your hands no worries you cannot make it inside since they locked the rest room and it’s not for use! Disgusting…

DO NOT GO THERE! They are the stingiest pizza pizza location Ive ever been to. Just wen there and they barely put any of my 4 toppings. My pizza was oval shapped with a crunchy crust. Avoid this location

Worst experience this don’t even look like pizza special paid for garlic base sauce the gave me no sauce not even regular sauce pepperoni is hard like stones poorest service, poorest branch, poorest management

Really really horrible experience from this pizza pizza store. This is the second time happened with me. I was very hungry to I ordered pizza from this store but its just a thick bread. Toppings are just in the middle and as few as they can put on that. Shame on guys.what you are providing to us is really shameful for you. We are paying for it, atleast it should be worth.

The restaurant didn't have halal ingredients which i ordered by Uber eats! Luckily after my call they told me that. Otherwise, they will give me regular meat instead of Halal meat!

After the restaurant proposal of changing ingredients, I was agreed. At the pick up time, they were quite late service.

But the major problems, there were very few ingredients and MISSING pâte Super Croute Pan and the 2 pizzas were cold! It was almost bread, very very few ingredients! It's better to eat bread than buy these type of pizzas!

J'ai attendu plus de 30 minutes pour une petite commande (10 ailes de poulet avec une salade césar) les employés pas courtois, l'employée savait pas répondre en français ne comprenait pas le français elle disait à une autre cliente no french, no french
Un service pas digne d'une franchise.

Les commandes sont toujours en retard de 20 minutes et plus. La caissière est très raciste et méprisante. Elle ne respecte pas le tour de rôle. Le service n’est pas du tout professionnel. À ne ps conseiller.

Ordered on a Friday for pick up, got there and have been waiting for 40min with other people that have been here for 1hr. They only have 2 people working and clearly prioritize delivery orders over the actual customers in the store. Awful service. Can't blame the workers though, manager clearly doesn't know how to make a schedule.

Vraiment nulle. La pizza est arrivée en retard de 15 minutes et ils ont pas voulu la faire gratuite alors que c'est dans leur politique.franchement ne commander pas la il y a des places beaucoup mieux. Les personnes ne parlent même pas Français sérieux. Nulle aller ailleurs vous ne voulez pas vous infliger ça.

I am not satisfied with this store because their service is very bad. I waited here for more than 1 hour just for one medium pizza. The pizza is also overcooked and all the veggies were burnt. Very bad experience with them

Aucune organisation. Service laisse à désirer. Un gestionnaire arrogant qui manque beaucoup de tact et de professionnalisme. Hors sujet pour du service à la clientèle. Faites vraiment autre chose. Après 25 minutes, la commande n'est toujours pas prête. Ni le personnel, ni le gérant ne s'expliquent pour les délais inhabituellement longs. "Tu attends encore" me dit le gérant syr un ton arrogant avec insistance sans aucune explication. Face à ma grande stupéfaction, le gérant me dit de partir si je ne veux pas attendre encore. Monsieur, sachez que je ne travaille pas pour vous et que vous ternissez l'image de Pizza Pizza. La patience a ses limites et vos attitudes, vos comportements ne viennent pas apaiser l'impatience mais bien au contraire.

I ordered a pizza at 1: 30 am i clearly said in the order do not ring. Instead of not ringing he spams the doorbells everyone was sleeping in the house all my kid Really thank you not customer service so i should warn you before you order here and the order was missing some item.

My order was not perfectly made
I asked for thick crust and all i got was thick crust on the sides only.
Overall the taste was good but the dough was not evenly spread.

I ordered and paid for 2 items. 20 min later they informed me that 1 of the items isn’t available and did not offer a refund or apology

Terrible terrible service today. I ordered online for pick-up. Showed up at the restaurant 15-20 mins later. Pizza not ready. The guy at the counter says it will be " 5-7 minutes more " no problem, i an patient.a HALF HOUR (30 mins) later they come out with the WRONG pizza. He trys to pass it off to me. When i tell him its wrong he tells me he can fix it. It will take 5 mins. I walked out.

Un service à la clientèle terrible. La pizza VG n'a casiment pas de légumes dessus. On dirait les miettes restantes d'un sac de légumes surgelé qui ont été mises dessus. Quand tu demandes une méditerranéene, c'est juste le prix qui augmente, quelques morceaux de feta pas même remarquables.pas tous les légumes qui sont décrits.
Quand tu rentres, on dirait tu arrives au mauvais moment, tu te sens jamais que tu es le bienvenu.
C'est un avis basé sur une 20 de visites ou plus. ça n'a jamais changé. Au contraire c'est pire.plus jamais.

Pire service ever.jai attendu 2heures pour recevoir ma commande et a la fin je lai jamais recu.je ne conseille aucunement leur service de livraison est vraiment nul.

Last time I am gonna order their pizza. Took 1h30 to get my pizza. And please! No meed to send the automatic response that you are sending to everyone here regarding feedback. Disapointed.

Food was late by 2 minutes and the delivery driver did not honor your policy that it should then be free. Also if you can ask your drivers not to speed and fly through stop signs, theres kids and people walking their dogs who don't want to die so pizza pizza can deliver on time.

I did Uber and Waited two hours. At first the person picking up my order got switched because of the wait time. Second person who went to take my order disappeared. I called him after noticing he is just leaving. He answered my call immediately. I asked him what’s going on and you know what he told me? PIZZA PIZZA TOLD HIM THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO PREPARE THE ORDER! ’nn after two hours of wait I hear that. I tried contacting pizza pizza to see how long will it take, they transferred me to 3 different lines as if they’re working at a bank and transferring me from department to department: honestly I was expecting much better from this place. Like okaaaay bye

Terrible service! I have ordered a simple pepperoni pizza and they waste my time more than 1 hour and 10 minutes and the réception even didn't bother herself to answer my question about how long I have to wait. I strongly not recommend this place. More than 7 customers were there and the réception simply ignored them!

Worst pizza pizza I have seën. As a dasher, all the time when I accept order it's taking 20_30 mnts more than the pick up time.especially the guy at night who dont know how to speak with the customer.and talking very rudely with all the customers who came to the restuarant even me.especially to the owner please teach them how to deal with the customers in a smooth way and how to talk. Anyway I know nothing will happen but as a business owner please ask the staff to be smile and talk.not talk rudely and I am very fed up with the guy at night.so rude. I am not going to take any orders still teach them please thanks.

The lady who take my order she say 20 min but after 25 min I come back to ask about my order they just start to de it I come back the pizza is so disgusting so oily I don't recommend any of my friend it was best befor but now sorry guys that was Disappointment, 5 of the staff 3 of them they dont wearing mask.

Worst pizza shop ever. I pre-ordered at noon today on the pizza pizza app for 5pm today. I get home at 5pm and the order wasn't even here. I called and they were confused about my order. With a pointless back and forth we eventually get 60+ dollars of food around 530. Open the food boxes our pizzas were cold and so was thr chicken. They also didn't put the right dips. We ordered blue cheese Buffalo dips. Sends us separate Buffalo dip and blue cheese dip. They claim it doesn't exist the blue cheese Buffalo dip yet I ordered many times in the past and the option to buy it is on the menu. I called to say about the mistake and the heavily accent Indian lady calls back saying they sent the right ones and the blue cheese Buffalo dip doesn't exist.
I gave them one last chance. It's over. Every time I ordered at work with my colleagues they always screwed up my order. This time they really screwed up hard. I hope the go bankrupt. They say blue cheese Buffalo doesn't exist yet its on the menu.

Very very poor quality i order from uber eats with creamy garlic base sauce but they give me pizza sauce also taste was so poor

Ne commander pas à cette endroit, le fêta sur ma pizza est expirer et la viande est pas super 0 pour la fraîcheur des produits, il y a juste le pain à l'ail gratiné qui a été mangé.

I've placed an online order for a later delivery time. They almost forgot my order but i can tell you that they have excellent customer service they called me right away to tell me that my order was being made and it will be on it's way shortly. Even if my order was a little late it arrived well cooked and piping hot.it was delicious:)

FYI for those who ordered pizza pizza from UBER and didn't get quality food. Pizza pizza is not to blame. UBER destroys all food orders they either come all messed up or cold as ice. Order from their website you'll get better service and proper pizza just like you asked for:)

I went to the store to order pizza. Found only one employee working. I ordered pizza and even after 18 min it was not in the oven. Employees do not wash hands neither do they wear any gloves.

I used to order pizza from this location all the time. But now I will change location. Owner boss that worked this may 13 th 2021 9: 30 pm does not take care of his employees. I can comment on what I saw. Not good.i will be complaining to corporate to get this taken care of

Pizza taste was awesome also the service and quality of pizza was very good. The best thing i saw there's the cleaniness. The store is very neat and clean.

Premièrement c'est impossible de se faire servir en français, ce qui n'est pas logique. De plus le responsable nous a donné une carte ca fait plus qu'un an et on la fait scanner chaque fois qu'on aille acheter une pizza sauf que la dernière fois on lui a demandé pourquoi il n y a rien jusqu'à maintenant, il a commencé à dire qu'il fallait s'enregistrer sur le site et il est parti. Malgré que les explications sur la carte ne dit pas cela. BREF le responsable s'en fou de ses clients ce qui est inacceptable. A SIGNALER QUE L'EMPLOYE QUI A PRIS LA COMMANDE ETAIT TRES GENTILLE ET ELLE A FAIT BEAUCOUP D'EFFORT POUR NE PAS QUITTER SANS ETRE CONTENT! C'était ma dernière visite pour cette succursale mais si je vais y revenir un jour c'est à cause d’elle.

Tres mauvaise experience pas juste avec les livreurs et TRES Mauvais Packaging, fait meme ps leffort de mettre des collants pour fermer les boites comme toute les autres Pizza Pizza. Un gros Zero for you my friend

Very POOR QUALITY food and service. Worst branch of Pizza pizza. The staff is very uncooperative and very rude. I recommend to never order from here.

Pas pu être servi en français.et aucun des trois employés sur place ne portait de masque. La pizza était correct.pas plus

J'ai commandé une pizza végé. Sur le site c'était écrit qu'elle venait avec du fromage, sauce tomate, poivrons verts et champignons. J'avais demandé un extra d'olives vertes. Quand je l'ai recu j'ai été décu de voir qu'elle n'avais même pas de poivrons verts ni de champignons. Ils avaient juste mis la sauce, fromage et les olives! Pour le prix que ça coutait, ca faisait dur!

Nouriture très délicieuse, magasin très propre avec beaucoup de mesures d'hygiène pour les clients et pour les employés. Une salle à manger très spacieuse, un grand parking pour les voitures et la proximité de beaucoup de commerces essentiels. En gros, avec leur menu varié ca vaut vraiment la peine le détrour. Mon conseil si vous êtes pressés est d'appeler directement au magasin.

I go there often! This is the 3rd time i purchased an extra large pizza and they gave me a large. Never going back there again.
