Update 3 août 2023: le service s’est détérioré! La personne a la caisse était très désagréable et avec un manque de respect total! Elle nous a ignoré! En suite elle prend la commande elle encaisse, aucune communication elle nous parle en anglais seulement malgré que j’ai mentionné que je ne comprends pas! Le comble elle nous donne pas le reçu et quand je le réclame elle le sort de la poubelle pour me le donner! Elle était dans la caisse le 3 août 2023 a 21: 00!

Je recommande fortement de passer une commande en ligne. Cela fait 4 mois que je commande au moins 1 fois dans le mois. Je prend 2 speciaux: 2 grandes pizzas avec 4 garnitures combinées, 4 boissons, 2 trempettes et 1 grande pizza à 3 garnitures et 3 boissons. Elles viennent chaudes et le prix (70$ tout compris) est correct pour une livraison.

One star is too much for food and service that was given to Custormer. The worst store who handles your order in improper way. Even though you mention you are allergic to meats you can find meat chunks in your pizza and that too it’s by mistake they do.
For who prefers to be vegetarian should not go to this place as it can be worst experience you will have.
I’m allergic and I mentioned in notes than to my order was not handled in right way. It made me sick after eating that. Specially for allergies plz don’t prefer to such place where person working is not at all bothered for your health. Workers are not even trained for allergies orders.they take others health casually

J’ai commandé une pizza moyenne et c’était tout sauf pizza Presque pas de sauce tomate petite quantité de fromage la pate n’était pas bien cuite.

I reserved a surprise bag via Too Good To Go. Then, I came to pick-up my surprise bag but the staff told me there was nothing left. It was a waste of my time. They could have cancel my reservation on their end. Very disappointing and disrespectful.

Pathetic Customer Service
I ordered vegetable pizza for take out. When I went there, lady bring a box of pizza along with my bill. So I didn't check at the time that whether pizza is mine or not. I drove back to my home and I found out she gave me someone else's pizza wich was full of pepperoni. I ran back to the store and talked to that lady. Insted of apologizing, she gave me different excuses.she said they often made this type of mistake and she was sick, she added. I was like how come she's even there at work. She wasn't allow to be there if she is that much sick and made mistakes like this. I am fed up with pizza pizza's service.

Poor customer service experience. We specified payment upon delivery by credit card when we placed our online order. The person who brought our order said there was a problem, didn't have the machine, and was rude and acted surprised that we might not have cash on hand. We did manage to collect enough together, but while he waited in our office lobby, he played loud music on his phone. Not professional. He invited me to contact his manager if I had a complaint, but the business phone number just goes straight to an ordering call center. The first call I made, the agent asked me for my order, and then went silent and hung up when I said I wanted to speak to the specific location about my order. The second time I called, I found the right menu option for customer support, but was on hold for so long that I gave up.
The food was good, and arrived on time, and I do like this company's plant-based menu options - that's why I've given 2 stars instead of 1. Will order from a different location next time.

I ordered 5 pizzas for 110$, I was going to leave a 15% tip (17$!), but the delivery driver insisted I leave a bigger tip. He did not give me the machine and asked me multiple times to go over 15%. After I sternly refused for the 4th time, he finally accepted to stop bullying me into giving him more money. This is unacceptable. It makes me really uncomfortable to order again. I contacted the pizza pizza support via Email and I was refused to be accomodated for this quite sub-par experience.

Also, last time I ordered in-person, the chicken burger was barely edible, they made me wait 1h30 for a disgusting burger because they had no more bread. They could’ve cancelled my order and just refund me, but no they had to leave the chicken patty in the fryer the whole time I was waiting clueless. The chicken patty was so hard I could’ve broken my teeth on it.

Pizza pizza has replied to this review again, only to not reply to my emails. This is pretty low from them.

Propriétaire cris après les clients et j’ai été témoins d’une scène pour un non remboursement d’un item qui n’était même plus en stock, du vol pur et dur, j’ai passé proche d’appeler la police

No sense to behave with the customer…need to be little polite with the customer and learn some customer service etiquette…especially a lady in the Night Shift cote des neige van Horne pizza pizza

If you want 100% vegan food in Downtown this is the only you should get a good quality and quantity

Épouvantable ils sont des escroc qu’ils se goûtent de vos condiments et lorsqu’on demande après 6 erreur maigres les maintes avertissements de leur part pour régler
Solution ils donnent aucun remboursements ils sont saisis lorsqu’on parle de l’office de la protection du consommateur

It is awful how hot the restaurant was, at least 30 C, there was literally no AC.

Une très mauvaise expérience Une heure d attente pour une pizza je voi les gens qui ont commandé après moi servi et moi j attend j ai rien compris! Aucun respect pour l ordre! En plus quand tu demande pourquoi! Aucune explication!

Intoxication alimentaire aujourd'hui pour moi et ma femme après avoir manger une pizza au poulet hier soir chez Pizza Pizza sur cote des neiges. Les enfants qui eux ont manger une pizza fromage n'ont rien.
Mais nous pas du tout, je suis vraiment en colère car soit le poulet est périmé soit la personne qui a fait la pizza avait les mains sales.

Never buy pizza or any other food item from here.you won't get your food with proper ingredients what you supposed to get in your pizza.

In store order takes a lot of time. Devastated area will be able to get relief foods faster than you make an order here.
It would be better if staff are accommodating while you wait.but it seem staff have no ears, no eyes.

J’ai attendu 15 devant la caisse pour commander et le gars qui prend la commande m’ignorent complètement, et quand je lui dit stp prend ma commande et après continuer de faire la
Production, il m’a dit non je suis occupé et j’ai des commandes qui rentrent en ligne! Merd il a favorisé les commande en ligne fait par un client à distance et les clients qui sont physiquement devant la caisse?

My experience at this particular location was not satisfactory, neither in terms of behaviour nor in the terms of taste!

Hilarious restaurant. Got the crust wrong, put no sauce on my pizza and messed up on 1 out of 3 toppings. Customer service says they'll credit me 50% off the order for a pizza I can't eat. That's too bad, they usually have great pizza but they just lost a long term customer.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a pizza delivery. I made an order at 8: 45 pm. I received at 9: 50 pm, as it was just 5 minutes delay I just thought it's Ok. Later I found out I am missing 2 sandwiches. The restaurant again took 1 hour to deliver my food. Literally I waited for 2 hours for 5 sandwiches and an Extra Large pizza.
THE INTEESTING PART IN THE WHOLE STORY IS:
THE RESTAURANT IS 750 METERS FROM MY HOME.

Je viens de faire demi tour après 15 min a attendre mon tour. Aucun employé qui prépare les pizza ne porte le masque! Ils l'ont tous sous le nez! Lamentable

First strike: There was hair on our pizza. Don't think I need to say anything else.

Final strike: Ordered 2 dip (extra cost), when the delivery came, the guy said we didn't order any until we showed him our order.

Then he backtracked on his words and said that he would come back with it and he never did. Pizza was bad too, the tomato sauce was pretty much juice and the dough was raw.

We called customer service and that was pretty bad too. The person who answered sounded drunk, kept slurring his words.

Not ordering here anymore.

I liked my pizza, but recieved a coke and a diet Coke instead of two originals. Although, it's the first time in a few orders.
