Customer service lady was very rude. They should improve their customer service. Moreover, service is too slow

I wish i had an option for negative starts very bad service the store closes at 1 and this guys said we cannot even wait and seat on chair, when we were waiting for the order for take out

Cashier girl in night shift is very rude behaviour and didn’t allow to customer to sit on chair after 12: 00 am and she told me to stand out side to take the order. This is pizza pizza service to customer

I ate such a dirty pizza for the first time in my life. I told him to make it thin. He didn't listen. I gave him a tip to make it good but this pizza is garbage.

They prefer to close the bathroom instead of providing a good experience for customers.laziness

I don't like this particular store it has people working there that seem not to be happy with their conditions because they treat people horribly, personally I didn't had any experience but I witnessed how an old man was being arrogant at the customer that asked for a refund because the food wasn't properly cooked! The kitchen employees give priority to their personal chit chat with the cashier girl who speaks English but pretends not to talk English with selective customers even when she talks with the cookers in English.

The pizza is good here but I really didn't like the service here. Specially the lady speaking arabic was rude and was completely ignoring me when I was asking something or wanted to confirm something.
So, its an overall 3 I can give.

Its been 5 years I take pizza from here. This day they made me a pizza uncooked, the sauce was dripping all over the pizza and the one who made the pizza was talking bad to me and he told me to never come back. He didn’t confess his mistake and starting arguing more. I strongly suggest Indian community and another communities who has self respect to not buy any pizza from here.

Before year ago it was not that bad i mean was better to have it but now from last 6 months oh my god everytime whenever i order pizza it comes like no taste, edges are totally uncooked and cheese was like water, very bad

I tried to call for pizza order, but first the call will go to their call centre they will ask about your name and phone number and the location from where you can pick up it might take about 30 mnts then if they forget to ask you about your order you might need to remind them then the agent will write your order then by mistake will swipe your order so you will have to repeat it again, and by that time when you are not done with their call you will reach to your destination.this is how it works.

Very bad pizza. I visit today5 November 2022 and order medium pizza and it smell and taste so bad. There is watery cheese in middle of pizza as you can see in the pictures. Really very bad experience. Don’t visit there

Moi qui est fan des cornichons. Les cornichon panés avec leur sauce est juste décadente Pour la pizza, mince plusieurs choix de garniture s'offrent à vous et puis elle est bonne au goût

If you buy large or extra large pizza they just do topping in middle area only like it is a small pizza.

Good service and food. They just replace my base sauce Homestyle Italian sauce with creamy garlic sauce. Otherwise great experience.

Poor manager got yelled at by some lunatic who thought he was privileged to get his food before anyone else. Cut them a slack and wait like everyone else. You're not happy? Go get food across the street.
Their chicken is delicious.

Poor customer service. Impolite behaviour by an Arab woman who always works there. Though the shop closes at 12 am, she closed dine in at 11: 00am.
We entered pizza pizza at 11: 15 and she was serving another client, she came to us running and asked us to place the order. We said her that we need 5 minutes to decide. Meanwhile she went to the toilet and when she came she saw that my sister grabbed one chair to sit as we wait on ordering and getting our pizza. My sister is 9 month pregnant so she had to sit as she was tired.
The woman came running from the toilet and started yelling that dine in is closed. We said my sister was pregnant and needed to sit until we order and wait. She then said there is only wings available at the moment and that they can’t serve us now. She was so aggressive. We then said her that initially you asked us to order then why are you changing statements now.
She became angry and left.
We called Pizza pizza customer service and they said us that we can place order until 12 am and that they will have to give us. The customer service was ready to confirm order with us. But We later did not place any orders online because we were very upset with the woman’s behaviour and did not want to see her again. Later we went to the nearby dominos which also closes at 12: 00 am but was serving client until 11: 59pm. It was also professional and polite. On going to Dominos we realize that Pizza Pizza, especially this particular branch really needs to work on customer service.
We are seeing this Arab woman, most probably from Morocco, since 5 years working in this pizza pizza. She has always being rude but today she definitely crossed her limits. She was aggressive.
Definitely not going to this Pizza Pizza again and will also recommend my other local mates to stop going there and opting for Dominos instead.

Very bad service I ordered pizza for home delivery and delivery boy lied that there is no parking spot. I was watching him from balcony and told him you have parking there at back side but he told me i can't park my car there and if you don't want it i can take it back i just said yes nd he disconnected call as if he came ready to take it back. Also when i called the store they didn't apologize and supported there delivery boy. I think its bcz of disgusting staff they are nt able to give services.vry bad

Ordered a lightly done pizza. The bread was borderline raw. In fact everything disassembled on my plate and turned into a soup

Very bad staff, 09 Jun 22 at 9-10 PM, Girl at the counter is so rude and uses derogatory words. No ethics, no manners and no professionalism, running a food joint and should maintain at least the standard. She was using bare hands without gloves for pizza and her comments made us think twice, comments like: "I don't care about other Pizza Pizza, here we do this way"

Worst experience with pizza pizza employees don’t know how to behave with customers the lady who worked at front at night she doesn’t know how to work and how to deal customers. She is just getting pay for laughing and giving worst face expression nothing else.

Worst pizza pizza experience ever. I just came from Toronto with my family and my kids wanted to try pizza pizza but wehen I ordered I was yelled by the black old guy with mustache to get out of the store just because I asked for a clean cut and my kids started crying because of his behaviour. And I suggest everyone not to try any pizza pizza this was my last experience for pizza pizza.

I am going to give ratings (2 stars) to the this pizza pizza because the staff is so unprofessional specially the girl who is working during night at the front. Her attitude is on the high level and she doesn’t know how to treat the customers. She is very aggressive and making stupid face expressions when the customers asked any questions to her. I was very upset with her behaviour. Please teach her that how to deal with customers. Its very shameful

The cashier girl is very rude to me and didn’t listen properly these kind of person disappoint customers i will never come to this store again

The staff was very rude and the lady was very unwelcoming and didn’t want hear when ask for anything and try to ignore. Me my wife decided to never visit pizza pizza in parc ext.

The service here is awful! If you go to this Pizza Pizza expect to wait for a solid 25 minutes to receive your food. There is very little staff and way too much deliveries. This Pizza Pizza also has very impolite staff.
Not recommend.
