Pizza avec croûte sans gluten très décevante
Pizza avec très peu de sauce et beaucoup trop cuite
Malgré tous les extras payés, pizza était peu garnie (2-3 morceaux de poulet, 2-3 morceaux de bacon, …)

Indian cashier always on cell phone.lots of attitude.mistake on 1 order.another order pizza was disgusting and he says don't know why other employees make it better its supposed to be made this way.tonight he ignored me when I was talking to him. I walked out.he was so unconcerned and happy I left.please get rid of him!

Never order from these guys. You'll get zero cheese it's amazing what they think they'll get away with. Every pizza you order will have maybe a tablespoon of cheese if you're lucky, but still charge you 30 to $50 for a bunch of bread

There is no English menu at this restaurant! The staffs were so nice and helped me to place my order.
The quality was not bad but could be better.

Seriously, the worst Pizza Pizza place. Super rude, really not kids friendly, and our pizza was burned.you should avoid this place. I am taking the time to leave a message in English cause they do not understand a French word. I will be honest, I live in Québec, I understand that some people have difficulties with the main language used in Québec. However, I saw clearly that the person had no interest to learn or to make any efforts.

Servir en français les clients francophones devrait être un minimum au Québec!

Always the pizza pizza store is showing that we are opened but nobody answer call or take ordes this is every time

Really good place for chicken wings
a bit expensive but its ok

the wings were crispy and I would recommend by far the originals ones

the spicy siracha sauce is really good but more for people who have a spicy taste
overall its pretty good

Waited almost an hour and a half for one pizza when this location is a 2min drive away from my house. Pizza arrived cold, no apology for the delay. Called customer service twice and refused to give me a discount and just said “they were busy”. Avoid!

I ordered and needed to change something from my order. So I called 2 times to the restaurant as soon as i placed the order to ask if it is possible to change mt order. But they weren't answering to the call at all. I'm very disappointed of their customer service.

I am waiting for my food to be cooked. And I see a supervisor wipe sweat off his face then after he doesn't wash hands. Just starts found raw pizza dough.isnt just a bit after cocid "ended" wash your hands please. So gross. Thank God the oven is hot enough to cook germs away. (So I pray)

I don't know what this "poulet poulet" rebranding or something like that is, but everything we ordered was terrible. This dessert pizza was dry AF, poorly done. The chicken tasted dry and terrible as well, and gave stomach problems to my husband and I.
Will never buy from this place ever again. You should be ashamed of the food you prepared.

Service ultra long enplus te charge en surplus pour rien te charge des condiment même pas commander pizza pas mangable froid manager ne sait pas comment controller ses employer irrespectueux je recommande aucunement service livraison pourrit

Engage des employé pas capable de garder le respect.ne respect pas la commande alors que la personne ce montre courtois au téléphone. Vont jusqu'à rétrograder sur internet d'autre compagnie. Ne recommande surtout pas cette place

What a joke! Stuff missing on my order and the lady how came (Miriam I believe) start being really rude because I told her there is missing stuff on my order! (witch I have to pay)

Costumer service is a big problem!

I wish there was an option to put a 1.5 star… I decided to stop by this place quickly for a quick dinner. I got the vegan chicken sandwich. It came with a spoon of mayo and and two buns. Well worth the 10$… (cough, cough) kiddo got the regular chicken nuggets and did not finish them. He comments “tastes like nothing” we waited 30 minutes for our order. With a out of order bathroom. Not very pregnant lady friendly since we have to pee almost every 30 minutes. After the order was delivered to us no one bothered to give any napkins. They didn’t have any set out either. Thankfully the vegan chicken itself was not so bad. Brought it home and took a minute to actually make it a sandwich. Pizza pizza you should up your game. I see out of business approaching soon.

This pizza pizza place is bad customer service the lady was rude she didn’t pay attention I’m not coming back there

Ordered a medium cheese pizza at the counter, the cashier who looked like the owner immediately handed me a pizza that was cold… I asked her to please make a new one and out of nowhere she snapped and started screaming at me and my girlfriend while there were other customers in the restaurant… she refused… we asked for our money back, she took the cold pizza from our hands and told us to leave her restaurant… that’s not how you do business, I strongly advise you to visit another restaurant if you’re in the area

We love the wings here and the pizza is great (most of the time) My problem is that the wing sause they offer makes no sense. If you order 10 wings with sause on the side, you get 1 sause. If you order 20 wings, which is just 2 boxes of 10 you get 1 sause. If you want another sause then they charge you. If you order the sause on the wings they pour so much on that the wings come in a soggy mess of a box and are pretty gross. Why can't you get the sause that they put on the wings on the side? The wings come with sause, why would you get enough for 10 wings when you order 20?

Vegan sandwich was really good but the pizza was subpar. Little to no toppings, not warm and literally no sauce. I’ve given this place a try but after my third time I will no longer eat here

Si je pouvais faire -1 je le ferais. J'explique la situation. Je commande de la pizza et je reçois la mauvaise affaire (ce n'est pas grave ça arrive à tout le monde de faire des erreurs) cependant je me suis fait crier des insultes horribles seulement parce que j'ai nommé ne pas avoir la bonne commande. C'est ridicule et un gros manque de respect. Je ne suis pas la personne qui laisse souvent des avis mais cette fois ci je trouve cela important. Gros manque de respect qui aurait pu être réglé dans le calme.

This is my second time in two weeks having bad experience from this store. Last time pizza was awful and the cashier was unprofessional, yesterday (Monday) service was good but I received the same quality of pizza as before, you could barely find topping on the pizza, it was just waste of money

The attitude of a girl who works on the front has very high attitude and she doesn't know how to behave with the customers.

The guy was on the phone when we walked in and charged me for my friend’s order too? And he was just asking the price not even buying… then we just got ignored while trying to correct the mistake overall long wait and bad customer service, yikes.

I love the pizzas but the service here is absolutely terrible, especially whoever worked on Monday Night on Victoria Day. She laughed at me for asking for a menu. Then laughed again when I asked for extra toppings on the promotion they had for a medium pizza. Apparently you can't pay extra for toppings on ANY promotions.which is absolutely ridiculous. Just a greedy money grab by the franchise owners, and not Pizza Pizza as a corporation. I wish I could rate this store better, but everytime I come here i have a terrible experience with the staff. Good job on making good Pizza though.thats about all this place is good for.
