Had the worst experience here just the other day. Panzerotti came out all soggy and got stuck to bottom of the cardboard box. Everything ripped opened when I picked up the panzerotti. Usually they put a a paper underneath so the pizza doesn't get soggy on the bottom, well not here. So I asked the guy to get a replacement and let's just say the experience was bizarre. At first he wasn't sure to replace my order but then he did. Finally, when I got my second order which I had to wait even more time. The order was a panzerotti with cheese. Order with chili peppers and italian seasoning. When I got my order I noticed that the panzerotti was completely filled with chili peppers. Very little cheese. I burned my mouth. Lost my appetite completely. The offered me to make me another one but at that point I had enough. I didn't get my receipt because the cashier through it away before I could get it. They workers were laughing in my face even though I had every right to be upset. I never seen anything like it. It was like they never made a pizza in their life. I asked the worker for a refund and he refused, saying that I had no right to a refund. I asked for my receipt and the worker put the garbage bin on the order counter to look for my receipt. He never found it. Never washed his hands and was pleading with me, grabbing my arm to stay so he could try again for the third time. At that point I had lost my appetite and was way too upset. To think one simple order could go so wrong. Will never go back to place simply from principle alone. Tried calling customer service and all they could offer me was a replacement for my same order which was one cheese panzerotti. At first they only wanted to offer my 50% off my next order. But I said no that is not enough out of principle. Horrible customer service experience. Horrible service. Horrible sanitation. I enjoy Pizza Pizza but this isn't the only location that has questionable service. If you have a bad experience here or anywhere else, anywhere, just write a review. Poor customer service should not be tolerated. Or at least compensate people properly for their time wasted and potential loss of a customer or customer plurial. As I will be telling other people about this experience as well.

Terrible service, they treat you reluctantly, they throw your order at the counter, the man who attends the cashier is despotic. Avoid going to eat there.

Last night I ordered a chicken pizza which turns out to be my biggest nightmare.
The chicken pieces were like rubber, no onions and no peppers as been told but yet not followed the instructions.
DISAPPOINTING
Right after eating, I kept on vomiting for 10 minutes. It was the worst pizza I ever had in my life. My throat is still paining. I recommend do not order pizza from this restaurant. Almighty saved me from food poisoning At least.
The service was poor, as there was no tip involved the guy tries to act tough.
Thank you for making me realize never order from pizza pizza again.

***Finalement le problème vient du gérant lui même***. Client habituel depuis plusieurs annees. Lors de ma derniere visite j'ai eu affaire a un nouveau employe impoli, insolent, arrogant et irrespectueux. Un jeune qui semble manquer d'education et surtout qui semble ignorer totalement ce que c'est qu'un client. Je n'acheterais plus jamais chez eux tant ce jeune TDC soit mis dans les cuisines ou carrement congedie. La situation a ete portee a l'attention du Gerant sur place. Je souhaite qu'il apportera les changements requis et la notation va changer en consequence.

Deux fois que je commande un burger de poulet sans cornichon et surprise il en a et bien sur on n'a pas les bonne sauce dans le burger. 44 dollars au poubelle merci beaucoup

Worst pizza chain in Canada. Overpriced terrible bread. Wings smell like plastic like the rest. I wish Six Flags La Ronde would give the concession contract to anyone else or bring back Giorgio’s Express, pay them to come back to the province. I cannot state anything bad about this specific restaurant location as even though I have lived next door for years, I have never bothered to go in, why would I? I have respect for my tastebuds. Even if the people there cook and clean great, they still get their ingredients from head office.

Gérant de restaurant super nul pour gérer une situation d'erreur de commande quoi que ce soit je ne commanderai jamais de cette place et je ne recommande à personne de passer une commande de cette place sauf si. ;-)

La pâte est très très mince comme une feuille, pour la pizza végétarienne presque les légumes sont invisibles, la propreté laisse à désirer

Dommage que l’on peux pas mettre de demi étoile comme évaluation!

Nous avons commander une pizza par l’entremise du site web pour être payer sur place et la récupérer.

L’employer sur place n’a jamais pris la peine de marquer que notre commande était prête alors que normalement en 10 minutes c’est fait

Il a fallu aller sur place après 30 minutes car nous ne savions pas où cela en était, de plus une fois arrivé sur place l’employer dans sa grande splendeur (en sueur dégoulinante sur le front) et avec une attitude qui laisser clairement à désirer me demande d’un ton froid et sec: c’est pourquoi!

Expliquant que c’est pour une commande en ligne et c’est pour la récupérer

Il se retourne et part la chercher poser sur un comptoir en arrière bien relaxe

Tout ça en étant au téléphone avec ses AirPods dans les oreilles et en parlant a sont interlocuteur comme si nous étions pas présent sur place! Tout le long de la transaction

Ils nous demande comment nous payons en justifiant bien ou est l’options du pourboires pour en donner en insistant très fortement. Je comprend que des fois des personnes n’en donnent pas mais ce n’est pas une façon de faire pour en avoir non plus!

Au final la transaction ce termine le tout avec l’employer au téléphone encore avec ses AirPods à parler dans une autre langue comme si il était tout seul et je suis partie en lui disant en revoir et bonne journée mais il n’a même pas dénier dire en revoir ou tout autre forme de politesse bref service client ultra ordinaire

Laisse la commande traîner sur le comptoir en arrière
Non chaland
Insiste sur le pourboire
Et pas de formule de politesse pour finir la transaction!

Les livreurs parlent que l'anglais. On ne comprend même pas leur anglais. Ça me d'égoute!

On commande en ligne, notre commande depasse les 50 minutes, Turns out le livreur est aller la reporter au magasin car il c'est tromper d'adresse (une chance cetait des personnes honnete car la pizza etait deja payer). Le magasin s'entete a sostiner que ce nest pas de leur faute, que le livreur est sur les lieux, je suis meme aller au milieu de la rue aucun livreur.apres ca vien nous dire qu'on peut venir la chercher au magasin, apres 1h10 de niaisage et de delai pour un livreur illetrer, mais qu'on aurais pas de frais de livraison?

le 50 minutes garanties est-il disparue du jour au lendemain?
payer full price pour une pizza qui a trainer 1h+ dans un char, non merci.en tous cas, Service mediocre, meme pour une pizza cheap le service est mega trop cheap.aucune comfirmation du remboursement et aucune pizza chez moi.

Zero professionel et super arrogant a dire que c'est de ma faute quand tout est bien specifiquement inscris dans la commande.

Leur poutine est une arnaque. Une assiette de frites dures comme de la pierre, et l'équivalent d'une cuillère de sauce brune. Je ne le recommande pas

They need more seats to wait but the people is very nice and the food is fresh, open till late.

Great service, very kind cashier. The wait was a bit longer than expected, but it looks like a small restaurant so I don't blame them.

The food itself is good, but for the delivery guy alone I can't give more than one star. Pizza Pizza offers CONTACTLESS delivery, which means, no contact. The guy stayed there until I came to the door to hand it to me, stating that contactless delivery is impossible, even though it is an option. I purposely paid online for this service. This gives off creepy vibes, since given my name he probably knew already that I am a woman.

Bad service worst Pizza Pizza im sorry but the truth must come out. If you don't change your staff you'll loose money.

Very slow. Also what is the deal with no bags. Every business ought to have at least paper bags given how much you are charged for basic food these days.
