Pizza Pizza

Waited for 45 minutes just to find out they forgot about our order and took an extra 10 minutes to make it (restaurant was dead at that point). Then when we asked for any type of compensation, the cook didn’t even take their earphones out and told us no without apologizing or seeming to care since they had online orders. Weird that they prioritize online orders over in house customers. Also found a hair on our food after leaving (all we ordered was a small cheese pizza).

There's 10 people in the kitchen and one cashier, who also assembles the orders! What kind management is that? They hire anybody here, or do they only hire within family which obviously doesn't work. I would be ashamed to work here honestly. One bad apple spoils the bunch, pizza pizza X. Go to Domino's, they actually give good service and hire competent people. Pizza pizza, don't tell me to contact management.

Je ne comprends pas que de base je commande à la pizzeria de decarie mais aujourd'hui je commande et on refuse de me livrer car je ne donne pas de pourboire au livreurs. Pourtant je paie la livraison. C'est scandaleux

Why people go for such kind of food, the worst option on the earth, fast food like pizza pizza dosn't have any sort of values, rubbish, stau away and keep your health better.believe me.

Puis le personnel qui font les pizza joue au même temps avec leur téléphone, aucune propreté!

Update: everytime I come the service is great. Clean, and the girl in front is always so nice. Good job team!

Worst service ever, cold pizza, they past their 50 mins policy and still made me pay. Dont order here. Unprofessional people

Worst customer service ever called placed an order at 11: 24 after 1hour of wait I called back said I will be getting my order in next 15 min 40 min pass by called back in spoke the customer service saying that I only called to inquired and didn’t actually placed the order and could not to anything worst customer service ever don’t buy her you will regret

I ordered pizza last night.it was cold.the taste was pathetic.the delivery guy was so rude.it was worst experience I ever had
