I used to like this place a lot but they lost the consistency and I can barely eat it but when it does to it is good

Didn’t have a good experience since last two times, ordered a delivery from the website and the topping are not evenly distributed and felt like Pizza was made in rush.

The food is delicous and service is great. The restaurant i sclean. I recomend this place.

Worst customer service. Kids with attitudes. When you go in the place look at the fry pit, its right behind the cash. Disgusting.

It is my son favorite place to eat pizza and fries. I like the staff there. They are hardworking and honest. Especially Charbel, Edreis, Mashaal, Jamal, Daria and Fatia. They are fast, smiley, honest in their job and the pizza they make is really yummy. May God bless them. Stay safe

Don't depend on this 3.4 rating there seems to be a few liars on this feed. If you look most ppl rate 1 tho I would rate 0 if there were the option.
Terrible experience. I ordered for pickup and they didn't let me know when it was ready. Finally I went an hour after placing the order to cold food which he didn't offer to switch up.
Next, this branch is stingy on the toppings. I ordered this bread with cheese with barely any cheese on it at all. Other branched drench it in cheese and butter. Same thing with the panzerotti. Barely any toppings, mostly bread. Then the poutine was totally cold and the gravy gelatinized. Don't recommend this pizza pizza. And this is from someone who LOVES pizza pizza.

I am disappointed to say last night I ordered with Uber eats pretty late around 11. I asked for a large all dressed with creamy garlic and creamy dill. I was welcomed with a large pizza with the toppings thrown on the pizza sloppy. When my deliver came he handed me over 2 cheddar jalapeño sauces. When I told him this is not what I asked and if I could have a reimbursement. He told me to call pizza pizza and I don’t want to annoy these people who must be tired to not be doing the job properly. I will not be ordering again.

Ordered from this location for the first time on Uber and the rotten smell of the pepperoni was so bad we had to close the box. The meat was expired and had the strongest smell. We called pizza pizza to ask them to relay the msg to the location so they don’t serve the pepperoni to other customers but the agent asked us to call Uber and have Uber relay the message. What kinda business are they running? It’s a hazard people can get food poisoning from this and they tell you call someone else? No way we are ever ordering from this place again. Very dissatisfied and very disappointed. Disgusting

Last time I ate here it wasn't so great, I don't know if they have new owners but I went back and the pizza was awesome!

Fast and reliable. Decent prices for pizza. You're getting what you pay for in terms of taste, albeit it is standard for Pizza Pizza. A common mistake from Pizza Pizza that I notice, they never remember to put the cheese on top!

I just tired to order pizza and they said they couldnt deliver it to my house when im 12 minutes away from them.not happy.someone (her name was karen) from pizza pizza called and asked for my adresses four times on the phone for my pizaa then not to show up.

Le livreur a cogné à la porte et n'a même pas attendu 30 seconde qu'on lui ouvre la porte, il a juste déposé la boite de pizza par terre devant la porte, vivant dans un bloc appartement le sol est vraiment sale. Vraiment aucune hygiène et aucun respect! Il n'a pas merité son pourboire.

Worst pizza received here on the 30th March 2021. I have been a regular customer but can never go there again. Highly not recommended.

While i normally have great orders from this place, tonight was very unprofessional, i ordered something online, and live 2 streets away but can pick it up due to lockdown.order takes longer that the promised time, driver tries to call me as he is driving up the street and uses that to claim he is not late saying he wasn't sure if there was a buzzer, instead of full filling his obligation he lies about the delivery, and tells me he doesn't care he is late cause he tried calling. Reached out the customer service and its the same guy it seems pushing the same BS answer, i watched the guy calling me as he was getting out of his car, might just start ordering from mom and pop shops

Toujours seulement 1 employé durant les "rush". Pauvre lui il doit tout gérer, la livraison, les clients en avant et la nourriture. Le.service est donc très lent. Je trouve que cela est abuser des employés. Engagez plus de gens!

Call center cant even get ahold of them. Orders are always missing SOMETHING and driver said precentage tip. I couldnt tip how I wanted. NEVER AGAIN still MISSING things I PAID for!

Since they changed staff this place went downhill bigtime. I used to go in for the take-out special and I didn't even have to ask.they knew their regular customers. I went in last week for a simple take-out special and the guy told me sorry.we are too busy right now. If i take your order it will be 45 minutes!? For a walk-in medium pizza. 45 minutes. I said nevermind and went to Domino's!

There is one guy inside I had the bad experience ever he talks bad to customers and he's a liar

This place is a total joke. Full of inexperienced workers. They first burned my pizza and deliver it like that was appropriate and professional. I get on the phone and speak to some cashier that clearly doesn't know her job well enough to find a resolution. And oh, don't even bother trying to speak to a Manager - apparently he's "never there. "

When you order a Pizza and the store makes excuse as to why they didnt follow the instructions and doeant offer you to remake the pizza or dipping sauces in compensation you know youre never ordering from this place again!

Sa fait 2 heures que j'ai appeler ma commande et toujours rien. Ils ne sont juste pas venu. J'ai appelé plusieurs fois pour avoir des mises à jour et ils disent qu'ils devraient être à ma porte bientot mais non.

Je sais même pas si il mérite au moins une étoile mon poulet était cru et j’ai failli tomber malade ne commander jamais rien de frit là bas. L’autre jour aussi j’ai été et mon panzerotis était même pas tout cuit

Vraiment désagréable

Je vais à ce restaurant avec une amie une fois par semaine depuis près de 10 ans. Le service s'est beaucoup détérioré depuis la dernière année et depuis quelques semaines, c'est encore pire: ça fait trois fois qu'on y va au cours des trois dernières semaines et qu'on est incapables de se faire servir en français. Il y a beaucoup d'Indiens derrière le comptoir, ils ne parlent que l'anglais et ne semblent même pas intéressés à faire un effort pour servir les clients en français. D'ailleurs, ça semble être la même chose au Pizza Pizza qui est situé dans la Place Fleur de Lys, sur Saint-Joseph.

La pizza est généralement très bonne (c'est pour ça qu'on y va depuis aussi longtemps), mais on est au Québec, donc si on ne peut pas être servies en français, c'est juste insultant.

Pour le reste, le restaurant est situé à proximité d'un quartier où on trouve majoritairement des immigrants et des gens sans le sou (ce qui n'est pas la faute de Pizza Pizza, cependant), donc on y croise souvent de drôles de personnages, c'est généralement bruyant, les tables sont souvent sales, les toilettes sont épouvantables (pas de papier, pas de verrous sur certaines portes, eau glaciale, etc.), les employés font jouer leur musique fort derrière le comptoir et il y fait habituellement assez froid pour qu'on doive garder son manteau à l'intérieur en hiver. Ah, et toute une section du restaurant semble fermée en permanence, donc les places sont encore plus limitées.

Bref, c'est pratique en revenant d'un cour de zumba en soirée, quand il n'y a pas beaucoup d'autres options, mais l'impossibilité de se faire servir en français, c'est la goutte qui fait déborder le vase en ce qui nous concerne.

Rude staff often forgets items from orders and the food often arrives late. They do not respect the 40 minutes guarantee. They are extremely awful and condescending. The last 4 orders I made either had an item missing or wrong, or arrived in 39 minutes or even later. Bad service, poor hygiene in restaurant, awful delivery and poor food quality as opposed to other restaurants.

Review is not for food today.
Just for there is a warm heart person. When some staff of a store told me that I am not allowed to stay there long time to finish my project with my a cup of tea order. The person works pizza pizza give me hand let me go their place to stay and free WiFi could be used. Even I did not to go pizza pizza, I would like to say “thank you” to him.

I normally love Pizza Pizza but tonight I ordered a green peppers and MEATBALLS pizza, and only got peppers on it. I am quite disappointed paying for something that I didn't ask for.

Great pizza, great prices and great staff! They're friendly and the food is always good. Delivery from this location is always faster then the time they say so that's really awesome. This pizza pizza also offers eat-in, and the restaurant is always clean! (especially compared to some other fast food restaurants close by!)

I just had a delivery driver open my locked front door without my permission. He insisted that he rang the doorbell, and when that failed, he did not try to knock. We never heard the door bell. He was being extremely rude and when we tried to tell him it's not okay for him to walk into a customer's house like that, he got angry, said "you dont deserve your food", and called the police saying we were threatening him. All we said was that we were going to pay for our food and call the store manager to complain. There were never any threats. The store agreed to redeliver our food, but still made us pay for it when it arrived cold. We also are missing our drinks that we ordered and played for. I called head office and all they could do was file a formal complaint. This is unacceptable customer service. I got no compensation for a driver BREAKING INTO MY HOME, and had to pay for something I didnt recieve. If I could give less than one star, I would. I have been a loyal customer for many years, but not anymore. If you are going to treat your customers this way, expect to be losing a lot of them. The driver should not continue working here, he clearly cannot meet even the bare minimum of customer care.

I was denied service at 11am this morning and was told I wouldn’t be served because they had a school order they needed to fill in. Not impressed, very poor service

Horrible customer service. Staff couldn't get the order right even if we repeated 5 times what it was. The employee "in charge" was on the phone with his friends the whole time and was carrying a cigarette on the side of his ear. Would not recommend.

I was going to order food but went to the restroom first and quickly changed my mind. The cleaning checklist was dated March 6th 2018, tap broken, no paper, toilet filthy and stained, trash not changed in days from the look of it.
