Pizza is very good here however last time my pizza got mixed up. Instead of giving butter chicken as topping, restaurant gave butter chicken as sauce plus it was not even added properly. Atleast 3 pizzas were done like this. So whenever you order please check your pizza before u leave. When I called customer service they told me to go back. I mean who has time to go back. Although staff is very nice.

Service de catering (rue Wellington) pour une grosse commande pour un dîner pizza dans une école.faire une histoire courte, ils m'ont traité de menteuse (ma parole contre la personne avec qui j'avais parlé précédemment). Ne m'ont pas chargé le bon prix au moment de payer et se sont trompé dans ma commande. De plus, le livreur à refusé de monter toutes les pizzas au 3e étage et m'a avisé sur place que les assiettes que j'avais pré commandé n'étaient pas disponible. 100 élèves ont mangé leur pizza sur un bout de carton de boîte de pizza que les profs ont dû découper.très désappointée! Prochaine fois, Dominos!

Few days ago from this review i placed an order around lunch time, waited and waited, when suddenly i get called one minute after the 50 minutes or order is free.
Restaurant lied about a driver crash, because they were overwhelmed with orders.
If they would have called me and told me about how they are overwhelmed and late and they offered something like a extra pizza for the delay that would of been acceptable and understandable and wouldn't have asked for a refund but they didn't and lied to the customer service too.
How do i know they lied, my neighbor a few doors down ordered from same place, a smaller order yet he got his order before me.
My ordered arrived 25 minutes later after the 50 minutes time limit, i got my refund back but lost alot of respect for the restaurant there and just how dishonest they are. The food was good but wished they seasoned the crust like asked

Lovely staff working here and patient with your questions, but honeslty since the menu and additional changes to the pizza are not very clear even to them, you dont undestand how a 22 dollar offer ends up being 40 dollars! I would never go to this palce for in person orders again becuase of this unclear system of charging and also, very poorly maintened interior temperature. It was boiling inside!

Je commande 2 pizzas moyennes et 30ailes de poulets alors que le delais était de 40min… j’ai recu plus tard et le Livreur m’a fait payer pareil! Never got delivered.but we got charged for it. Ordered a pizza tonight, prepaid. Waited for delivery 1hr and 15 minutes. Decided to call to see what was taking the pizza, the agent stated that it was delivered. I asked to where they claim to our address.however we have no pizza. But are being accused of getting the pizza. Spoke to "supervisor" on like for more than 45 minutes of waiting they just hung up.called back they claim pizza was delivered.however we still have no pizza here. So we are out 35$ someone is not telling the truth and it is the driver.he claims that he gave the pizza to the guy.and no guy here tonight lol.so heads up dishonest people and dishonest and horrible management to deal with. Be aware.go to dominos go to anywhere but here.

Called pizza pizza customer support.they said.why ordered at the store why not online so cant help.order reached after 1hr and 20min.cold pizza.asked the delivery guy, spoken to store manager.both say "call customer service for refund" and customer service says "why ordered at the store we cant help"

I'm a regular customer and lately the quality of the food and service it's very bad, chicken wing burn or not cook, pizza not well cook.

I went on saturday, november 20th, around 12h30 at night. The couple ordering before me seemed smashed are were very picky. The guy at the counter looked exhausted. He nevertheless gave me a superbe service, and the fresh pizza was delicious. I am happy with my midnight slice dining experience.

Worst pizza pizza I’ve ever been to. I should I have just listened to others who provided reviews below. They are skimpy on the toppings as you can see. There’s literally one slice at the bottom right that’s bare. I ordered over an hour in advance and they call me 30 minutes before to tell me they don’t have the vegan cheese I requested. At that point many other restaurants were closed because it was Christmas Eve.

I've ordered two dairy free pizzas then 5 minutes got a call from them saying they no longer have any in stock
Said it was okay eventho I was disappointed

Go to the location and ask if it's ready and he said it will be in 10 mins (looks like they forgot to make it)

I'm coming back to the store, the guy ask if I can speak English.which for me isn't an issue but it shouldn't be required for customers to adjust about language.

Les frites sont durs comme des cartons pour ma commande de livraison, ce nest pas mangeable, nous sommes déçu de la qualité du pizza au faut fromage.

So I came and ordered a pizza and I waited for it 30 minutes and I saw the people who making were eating in back when I asked them where is the pizza they were like ohh I thought u got it and then he gave me cold pizza not even heated from the glass when I order large hot pizza and I am never coming back here. I gave them not 1 star but 0

I visited this place a couple of times and I was always satisfied. The pizza is delicious and the service is great. You can be sure to have delicious food at a great price when ordering from this pizzeria.

Nous sommes au QUÉBEC…… j’habite à Verdun et je commandais régulièrement chez pizza pizza à Verdun, mes trois dernière commande on été une épreuve, aucun des employés ne parle français, la dernière fois était mercredi dernier, la caissière n’a fait aucun effort (je me parle pas anglais) elle m’a dit je ne parle pas français et personnes ici ne parle français non plus, je lui ai dit que j’avais commander trois pizza et elle m’a lance la commande de trois pizza alors que les mienne était déjà prête, j’ai du attendre qu’un livreur qui parle français arrive pour me trouver ma commande (10 minutes) une fois arrivé chez moi, mes pizza était froide! Merci pizza pizza car quand j’ai appeler pour une réclamation on m’a dit il faut appeler à chaque fois pour nous le dire mais on ne peut rien faire pour vous aujourd’hui, même pas de geste commercial, c’est terminer je ne commande plus chez eux, je préfère faire de la route un peut plus mais faire travailler des gens qui le mérite.

Je ne vais jamais la mais un vendredi à cette heure c’est pas mal le seul spot à Verdun. Service de m***, attendre sans se faire servir pendant une éternité sans rien se faire dire et à peine regarder pour finalement s’en aller….

Nous avons commandé 7 pizza après un déménagement, une fois arrivés sur place, et selon la politique de pizza pizza, la commande aurait du être gratuite, car en retard. Cependant le gérant a fait son possible pour nous faire nous sentir coupables 'guilt trip' en insistant sur le fait que les employés étaient peu nombreux et débordés, alors que la gestion des employés fait directement partie de ses responsabilités. Il a également fait pression sur les deux employés durant notre attente, parfois en leur criant dessus, alors que visiblement ces deux personnes faisaient leur possible. Pour couronner le tout, il y avait plusieurs erreurs sur les commandes, dont une pizza totalement différente de ce que nous avions commandé, des cannettes manquaient également et nous avons du retourner sur place pour corriger cela. Bref, le gérant est odieux et incompétant et n'applique pas les politiques de l'enseigne.

Been here once, nice place. The pizza was decent, i liked the crust. The service was nice and they answered a couple of our questions. The filling was just right amount. I think we'll visit this place soon.

Had a fast service, cooked a XL pepperoni pizza with 3 dips for 15$
I brought my friend for her first time and she LOOVED it! She doesn't eat pizza much and loved it, says it was fresh, fast and the pepperoni was quality, and she loves the dip.
Definitely recommend it!

The owner does not respect his employees at all.i have worked at the store and now when its about paying hes saying that i dont deserve it.he exploits his employees and not at all respectful towards customers too

Friendly customer service served with a pepperoni slice. Some of the employees seem like they don't really appreciate working at a pizza place but at the register, it couldn't be friendlier. Pizza served was very flavorful, well-cooked abd served with a good amount of toppings.

Slow staff, lady in the counter seem like it was her first day at work. Running all over the place trying to know if the orders were ready!

So here is my experience, decided to go in and pick up a pizza, after ordering the pizza, I notice the staff are spraying cleaning products on the ceiling to clean it while the station where they prepare their pizza is right below it, and the staffer is spraying randomly where I see thr particles are flying all over the counter and even entering the rotator of the oven. To top it all off when I took the order I asked the owner/ manager for ketchup with my order of fries and he says we dont have.well how about you close this place if you can not run it properly. This is the second time I complain about this specific location? It really sucks because I like the product but unprofessional people running businesses what makes this an issue. Thats it for me, Im done with this location.

Why is it so hard to talk to the store? Yesterday, I had a very bad experience. For the first time, I ordered a pizza with vege pepperoni. I picked it up. At the store, I asked if it is vege pepperoni but the guy at the counter (who seemed very bothered to serve me) told me that there's little pork in it (not sure if it was a joke, but not reassuring at all). Then I insisted that he should confirm it was not meat, he just nodded. Once home, the pepperoni smelled like meat pepperoni. I wasn't sure yet and could not eat. I tried to call the call centre. Once, they hung up before I could speak to someone. The second time, a girl named Laura introduced herself anf asked for my number (the call was in French). I barely finished giving my number and she hang up. I decided not to spend hours on the phone and spoil my family time evening. In case you had a bad order, good luck talking with someone. Advice, avoid this restaurant.

Yesterday I had a very bad experience at the counter with a very unfriendly staff member. He looked very bothered to serve me and hot my order wrong. Calling customer service was pain in the a&%

It is hard to believe a pizza place unable to cook a pizza once let alone twice.

This order happened friday, we wanted something easy for dinner and decided to try pizza pizza as it had been some time since our last order. We placed an order for some well done pizzas with pepperoni and cheese, along with some bread and sauces.
The order arrived without the bread and sauces, where the one delivery decided it was appropriate to swear at his colleague over the phone about not telling him about it. Though the bill does show what we ordered, so i question why he would need to be told. He assured me that he would be back with the order shortly.

If this were the end of it, i would of been content. Sadly it was just the beginning of the failed night. Upon taking a few bites of the pizza i could tell something was off.peeling back the topping i could see that it was not properly cooked. I then investigated closer and it was clear that the bottom of the pizza was not cooked at all and bending it exposed uncooked dough. I called the customer service line and after he read my order i confirmed with them that the pizza did indeed say well done, but was uncooked. They remade the order and assured me it would arrive in another 40 minutes.

The first guy is now back with the sauces and the bread.upon eating the bread, once again this thing is severely under cooked. While the site shows nice golden cheese and a crisp bread, we receive something half cooked. Into the oven it goes.

The second set of pizzas arrive. Thinking great this will be what i ordered. I peered at the bottom of the pizza and things looked a little better but not by much. Having bent the pizza i could again see it was not cooked. I decided i had waited enough and would just toss it in the oven.

Unfortunately, the pizza tasted about as good as the cardboard box it came in, as a regular oven doesn't work like a pizza oven.
The sauce was bland, the seasoning on the pizza was missing. The cheese wasn't cooked to the golden brown pizzas are known for. I couldn't believe a place named pizza pizza could not deliver a pizza.

I imagine if i had ordered regularly cooked then the pizza would of arrived frozen.ended up tossing out 4 complete pizzas.save your money and order from a local place instead of this chain location.

They did it correctly, smthng many other locations have not and got me sick.
For this i give 5 stars and for the presentation, pizza looked great they didnt cheap out.

I never thought I'd give a chain pizza joint 5 stars but I'm impressed! Crusts are decent, there are tons of toppings to choose from and best part is they have vegan cheeze that they don't charge extra for and tastes pretty good! The panzerottis and calzones are also delicious

We placed an order on February 2 2020, they ware supposed to call us back to confirm the address after 1 h when no one called we called them to ask about the order. To find out that order we placed was never prepared they claimed that they called but no one picked up, but since we didn't have any missed calls nar anyone was using the phone prior to second phone call we are inclined to believe that our order was dumped due to poor road conditions and their inability to fulfill the other. Thought it is understandable why our order wasn't delivered it is not understandable why they didn't let us know as soon as they knew that they ware not able to deliver the order. Resume no order was delivered, very disappointed for the lost time don't count on them

Deep dish pizza not fully cooked through (uncooked doughy base), and thin slice pizza was soggy. Disappointing for the price we paid!

Was told I could not change my dipping sauce that came with the half moon cheese bread and if I wanted a different sauce I'd have to pay 89c more for a sauce. I pay the 89c and I only get one sauce instead of 2 (the marinara) and my preferred sauce.

Bunch of ripoffs. Train your staff better.

Good place to eat pizza, best amongst all the pizza pizza in town, i ordered pizza with tandoori as base it was amazing perfect amount of sauce used and the toppings were also adequate amount.

Le caissier n'est même pas capable de parler un mot en français, ce n'est pas du tout acceptable, si je n'ai pas de nouvelles du gérant ou du propriétaire, je dépose ma plainte à l'office de la langue française qui est complétée. C'est une honte que vous engager des gens unilingues et qui ne sont même pas capables de faire l'effort de dire bonjour à la caisse. Vous ne devriez jamais laisser des gens unilingues anglophones au service à la clientèle si vous avez des clients francophones, inacceptable!

Puisque le caissier ne nous comprenait pas, il nous a fait attendre 10 minutes, sans s'excuser et à demander à un collègue de prendre notre commande, une pizza pepperoni fromage. (il ne comprenait même pas cela, imaginez!) horrible service, c'est une honte pour cette entreprise qui n'encourage pas le bilinguisme ou du moins offrir un service à la clientèle dans les deux langues!

P. S le français est la langue officielle du Québec, pas l'anglais, sur ça,

J'attends de vos nouvelles, sinon vous aurez des nouvelles de l'office de la langue française,

Delivery driver Indian guy smelt really bad was 40 mins late pizza was cold at the end was upset that I only gave him $2 tip

Absolutly the worst location I've ever been to. The pizza is dry and seems to have been sitting there for days. Service is awful. I was lied to when I asked for the dipping sauce that came with my fried pickles, told they never came with any sauce. I had them a week prior and they came with sauce. The picture even shows one. Incredibly disappointed as it is one of the only vegan alternatives in the area. I've gone twice and can say with certainty that it is the worst. Don't even want to keep giving them a shot.

Les pizzas sont super bonnes. Mais lorsque tu demandes à l'employé de te donner des serviettes car le distributeur n'en possedait plus puis qu'il te dit. Je vais chercher ça, ok. Jusque là tout va bien. Par contre 3 minutes plus tard, en débarrassant la table à côté, il te ramène les serviettes qui traînait sur la table à côté. WHAT! Tu penses que je vais prendre les serviettes de je ne sais pas qui, usagé ou non, c'est un manque de respect et d'hygiène.
Et juste pour cela, la place mérite 1 étoile. On ne donne pas au gens la poubelle des autres. Vous avez perdu 1 client. BRAVO POUR VOTRE SERVICE.

Il y a un special de moyenne peperonnie fromage a 6.99. Je demande pour 3 extra a 2$, pour un total de 12.99. On me refuse en disant quavec le special je devrais payer 9.99 au lieu de 6.99 pour avoir ensuite le droit dajouter des topping supplementaire a 2$ chaque. Cest ridicule, tessaye deja de payer un extra de 6$ pour avoir plus de fromage et on te dit non! Et sont pas capable dexpliquer leur system.de facturation et de special a la caisse.cest décevant.

Pretty good service but not when the manager is there. Hes very mean, rude and even if you're a paying customer they wont let you use the bathroom.

La plupart du staff est correct, le gérant est peu sympathique et peu flexible et cherchera juste à faire grimper la facture. Ils ont du fromage Daya sans lactose ce qui est cool pour les vegan, mais ils refusent de switcher gratuitement sur la plupart de leur spéciaux (alors que le switch de fromage est gratuit le reste du temps) ce qui fait que j'irais ailleurs à présent. La pâte régulière n'est pas très bonne, première fois que j'ai l'impression de manger du carton.

Overall good staff except the unfriendly manager who will also try to upsell in every way possible which is why I will go to another franchise from now on. They have dairy free daya cheese which is nice for vegan but they usually don't allow substitution on specials for cheese but free for full price pizza. Regular dough tasted like cardboard.

The guy wouldn't take my money because it had a rip in it. He barely spoke any English and refused to let me talk to the manager. I'm actually surprised at how consistent the quality of service is at this place It's consistently bad!

Very bad services and bad behavior, the food was bad and on the chicken wing it had some feder on it and when I told the manager he had a very very bad behavior, instead of one chicken wing they put a chicken skin and he didn´t change it. I will never come back to this place ever again.

Poor customer service one man working approached me while I was on in important business call and having lunch with my husband said that I wasn't allowed to have my pop out while I was eating to put it in my purse or he's calling the cops. I politely told him no I'm eating and on the phone he got loud and rude and when I had enough of being harassed over a ginger ale bottle I lefted and as I left the employer was dealing with a customer and shot me and my husband the finger and told him to kill himself as we walked out the door infrount of a room full of ppl eating. We ordered the fiesta box and online showed that it cames with two sauces but it only comes with 1 sauce in store. I tried to explain to the person and even showed it to him and he didn’t want to do anything. It’s not about a 1$ sauce it’s just about the principle. He told me to order online to get 2 sauces when we already paid and got the order we ordered in store. It’s ridiculous. It also takes more than half an our to get the order. Really didn’t appreciate the experience.

The cashier recommended the medium pizza for me. I chose peperoni as the topping. When they were finally done, there was barely any cheese and sauce on it. The peperoni was almost dried dog poop. I felt like i was eating a 10$ piece of dough with only hints of pizza flavor.
