Vraiment horrible. Acheter deux pizza et il y a de la moisissure. Toute la famille est malade. On la contacter pour un remboursement et il nous a racrocher dans la face

So where should I start.
The pizza is awful, we ordered from DoorDash and the pizza crust was so hard it was not edible. I did not look like a pizza but more a pita bread.

I didn't even talk about the slice itself, it was so saggy, lack of consistency, probably did not put enough flour (way to save $$) but as customers, we spent $55 for 2 Extra big pizzas and it was not worth it. The sauce is not home made, probably from a can, it was super salty.

Also, we called during business hours to see where was our order since we waited 35 mins extra after ETA. They never responded.

Got the order late, the boxes were soaked wet at the bottom, regretted choosing this place. Do not recommend.

The pizza was nothing exceptional, and was more on the not so very good side, but it’s a small business, and there was only one man there to serve us, and he was very nice.

The food is usualy good but the service is terrible! We always order pizza from this restaurant but today it happened that our pickup family pizzas was burnt from the top and it was hard to eat. We called the restaurant just to ask about what happened. The lady who answered the phone was rude and said that " we are aware of the issue and we have a problem with the oven" and she closed her statement by saying "it is an oven issue - what can I do for you? " Well, I had to explain that it would be nice if you inform your clients about the oven's problem before you take the order or during the pickup of the delivery etc etc.all that went in vain. She did not apologize or even admit that anything wrong happened

La pizza est toujours excellente. J'adore leur sauce et ils ne sont pas chichent sur le fromage.

I ordered a pizza. First it took 40min. Fine, I can wait, although I was 5min from there. Then, they delivered the wrong pizza. Fine, it’s human to make mistakes. I call back asking for my vegetarian and a discount and an employee starts to blame me, pretending I was unclear about which pizza I wanted and gets impolite. Spoiler: I wasn’t unclear, and I exclusively eat vegetarian pizzas. Saying “sorry for the mistake” to your customers is too much? End of the story: they came back, rang my doorbell, gave me the back my money, and turned away, without a single word.

Conclusion: not recommended, worst customer service I’ve seen on the island for now, the pizza was… I didn’t get served lol. Unfortunately, I can’t give a negative number of stars on this review.

On est leur client régulier et on commande toujours les pizzas sans fromage car nos enfants sont allergiques aux produits laitiers. Cette fois-ci, j'ai fait ma commande: un duo moyen alldress un sans fromage et l'autre avec fromage pour emporter. Je suis allé chercher la commande et arrivé chez moi avec une pizza aldress régulière et un autre avec fromage dans peperroni. J'ai appelé au resto, il m'a livré rapidement en échange avec une pizza sans fromage et le livreur m'a demandé un pourboire, bien je lui ai donné 2$. Mais quand j'ai ouvert la boite de pizza, j'ai vu les traces de fromage. J'ai encore rappelé le restaurant mais il dit qu'il n'y a pas de fromage dans la pizza. Mais pourquoi je leur mentirai! C'est tellement frustrant!

The pizza is ugly and the place leaves a lot to be desired although the price is normal but the quality is bad.
