Rapide, bon et chaud! Avec l’appli j’ai sauvé du temps et de l’argent! C’est la 5e fois que j’utilise l’app et je trouve ça fantastique!

Ça fait plusieurs fois que je commande de la pizza dans ce restaurant - leurs pizzas sont délicieuses, les ingrédients sont frais, et le service est extrêmement rapide et excellent, le personnel est super gentil, c'est devenu mon pizza joint et je le recommande aussi

I am doing local deliveries and was picking up orders from Pizza Salvatore (Vanier) several times. The staff is very unfriendly, especially the owner of this particular franchise.
Today I was picking up pizza for the customer. When I arrived they were finishing my order. They packed it and put on a shelf. I asked the cashier for the order and called the name of the customer. The cashier simply ignored me (pretending not to understand english language) as if I was non-existent and served a person who came after me.
When I asked to speak with the supervisor she suddenly started speaking english like nothing happened.
Anyway, the supervisor (young boy) simply listened to me and said nothing.
Then this old guy with glasses appeared (the owner). He was very rude. He showed me the door and said that I was “finished” without any apologies.
They should definitely learn customer service. This is not the way you treat people or customers.

Delivered wrong pizza, called store, they said someone would call me back, no one did, settled for eating wrong pizza, disgusting, it was wet, the box and the pizza, I still don’t understand how a pizza can be so wet, called again, on hold 20 mins then disconnected. Drove to store with inedible pizza, girl couldn’t refund me without manager, assured me I would get a refund, never got one, she insisted on making a new free pizza, wrong again and very under cooked, another inedible pizza, some of the worst pizza and customer service I’ve ever had. Don’t order from here Total waste of time and $ Cardboard grocery store better.

La plus petite poutine que jai jamais vue pour 12$ même pas bonne en plus pour le prix. La pizza overcook et sec vraiment décevant

Meilleur pizza que j'ai manger, je teste toute les nouvelles pizzeria et ceux de mon coin et c'est elle la meilleur. Le service est incroyable!

Ordered from here for the first time we greatly enjoyed our pepperoni bacon pizza! They did give us the wrong dip, asked for garlic and got Chipotle instead. We will definitely be ordering from here again

Attendu près de 45min au téléphone pour demander où est ma livraison, aucun employé n’a répondu. Lorsque je me suis déplacé au restaurant j’étais encore en ligne et demandé à la réceptionniste qu’est ce qu’elle attend pour répondre au téléphone. Elle me répond qu’ils sont que 5 et que personne ne peut répondre au téléphone. Alors qu’il y a que 4 clients en attente de leurs commandes.

De toute évidence, ils n’avaient aucunement l’intention de me communiquer que la livraison que j’ai faite en ligne à 16h00 et demandée pour 17h30 ne se ferait pas et que la commande resterait sur le réchaud environ 1h30… Les pizzas ressemblaient effectivement à des pizzas qui sont restées sur un réchaud trop longtemps… Extrêmement sec et tiède.

Si vous avez l’intention de commander à ce restaurant, rendez-vous sur place, car c’est la seule façon d’être servis convenablement. Ce fut la 1re et dernière fois.

Très chère pour des petite portions comme ça.

Super pizza mais service terrible. 2 erreurs consécutives dans mes 2 derniers commandes. Impossible de les rejoindres par téléphone (attente interminable). Évitez la succursale Aylmer sur chemin Vanier. Employés sont trop négligent

The pizza was wonderful here! The service was super quick, we placed an order online and went to pick it up, we only waited about 5-7 minutes until it was ready! The place was sparkling clean and THE BOXES HAVE A LITTLE SPACE FOR YOUR DIPPING SAUCE! That was really exciting. Overall great pizza and service 10/10

Ordered Pizza from then yesterday and they showed up maybe 1: 15h later which is not that bad but the person making the delivery was very apologetic because it took too much time and informed me that they had doubled my order for the wait. This is what I called great service, just wish I would of had the reflex to give even more tip to the person, had already pre tipped when I ordered. As for the pizza, for the price, you can’t go wrong, beats all big pizza restaurants chain out there. Let’s be honest, it’s not a gourmet pizza but quality/price is there and toppings are very good quality for the cost. Will 100% order from there. Thanks again for the great and unexpected service I got last night.

First time customer, won’t be the last. Friendly staff and pizza was great. Waited about 15 minutes for my order to be ready. Very satisfied.

If you like "bready" pizza, then this is the place for you. The pizza crust is very brown and well done, but it has a "wonder bread crust" texture and taste. It is a very soft crust and extremely heavy crust. Imagine taking a loaf of bread, cut out the centre and make a pizza out of the remaining crust. That's what this dough is like. If you like soft crust pizza then you will like this. Personally, i like some crunch to my pizza so i did not enjoy it at all.

I'm sad that they did not have a garlic dip, but did order with the ranch sauce instead. The money would have been better spent on a bottle of Hidden Valley ranch sauce.

The reason i give it 3-star is that if you are really into "commercial" pizza, its probably one of the better ones. But i doesn't hold a candle to a mom & pop shop.

Awful customer service. Pizza was 2.5 hours late. The representative said a manager would call me back at the 1.5 hr mark I called back at 2.5 hours and had to argue to speak with a manager. Finally the manager didn’t speak English… I cancelled my order and will not order here ever again

C’était la deuxième fois et très bon par contre i y a une erreur et on nous a remis la mauvaise pizza pour une de nos boites.

Service très rapide, bon prix en ligne avec toute sorte de spécial. La concurrence ont de la job a faire.

Pizza Salvatoré is a unique experience. When I downloaded the app to order, they sent me an email that made me feel special, and I had to laugh a little, just because no other business has ever sent me an email quite like this one. I appreciated it. Since singing up with Pizza Salvatoré, we have made this our new go to Pizza place. They have unique pizzas and sauces that are delicious.

Was pleasantly surprised to find an affordable, fast and delicious pizza that I can order and pick up in a reasonable timeframe. Will be my new go to for pizza in Aylmer.

My pizza was razor thin when i asked foe thin crust. Poutine was tiny for $10 woth almost no gravy. Not sure i would try again.

Worst experience ever, called for a pick up order I went in 15 minutes after as instructed by the gentleman on the phone.upon arrival there was clearly 4 people in the kitchen who had no idea what they were doing. Once I was asked the name on the order it was nowhere to be found and they were basically looking around for 10 minutes then proceeded to tell me it would take another 10 minutes for my order which is a lie we both knew the pizza wasn’t even prepared. I was going to give this place a chance but they have zero customer service. Beautiful restaurant tho but service is caca

Nouveau pour nous et avons trouvée la pizza délicieuse, commande en ligne facile et efficace! Nous serons de retour c’est sûr!

56$ pour une moyenne pizza et une poutine régulière. En plus, la pizza n’avait pratiquement pas de fromage dessus. Très décevant!

Malheureusement je dois donner une très mauvaise review. La pizza en tant que tel était passable, pas la meilleure à Aylmer. Mais moi, ma blonde et ma fille avons tous eu des problèmes de digestion intenses qui on duré toute la soirée/nuit après avoir mangé la pizza.

Le staff était A+ à la pizzeria.

Good pizza at good price. Not personally my favorite, but would still order from here again. The online order pick-up tracking tool is very cool! Loved being able to see real time when our order was going to be ready.
