Pizza Silvana

It is the 3rd time we Ordered a THIN CRUST pizza and gets the THICKESS crust you could think of. Cold, over an hour late. A full loaf of bread is thinner than that. No more for us, it went straight to the garbage bin.

Je suis très déçu.
J'ai acheté une large all dress en spécial.
Et il avait pas grand chose sur la pizza.
Et il avait même pas de pepperoni sur plusieurs pointes de pizza.
Il y a tellement rien sur la pizza.
L'épaisseur du carton de la boîte à pizza était plus épais que la pizza.
Ça vous donne une idée tellement qu'il y a rien sur la pizza.
C'est très décevant pour une pizzeria qui montre une affiche avec beaucoup de choses sur la pizza et qu'il n'y a pas grand chose sur la pizza qu'il vende.

Been ordering from here for a few months now and all I could say is wow affordable pizza, the taste is incredible. They hit the mark all the time lovely ordertakers plus the delivery men are super kind very friendly

Je recommande vraiment pas. Plusieurs fois, le cook fait trop d'erreurs, là c'était la dernière goûte.

Pour de la pizza, allez mieux au Bardeco, pas si loin de là.

EDIT: En plus, ils sont hors-la-loi, ils m'ont donné une fourchette en plastique et un contenant en styro mousse.

Mauvais service clients. Les employés arrogants et impolis. Very rude people on the phone. Sent me a wrong order and when I call to advise the kept on yelling at me as if I was the one who made the mistake. RUDE, IMPOLI, MAUVAIS SERVICE

Great food, but I must take off as many stars as possible for the very incompetent and RUDE girl who takes my phone order very often. She does not understand ANYTHING. Cannot understand phone numbers, does not take order like a normal person. So much dead air while you wait for her ask the normal ordering questions. Highly impolite. I may never order again, as I do not enjoy being stressed out and treated so impolitey. I do wonder how she keeps the job.

En general c est correct, mais madame au telephone à 18h40 le 23 janvier 2023, lorsque je demande le combo 1 pizza 10' 1 petite poutine, 2 coke, le spécial affiché à 21,35$ sur le flyer sur votre site, j'ai droit a un bel obstinage pour me dire que ce combo n'existe pas mainte et maintes reprises, jusqu'a me faire raccrocher au nez, saxhant que la veille j'ai commander exactement le meme combo

Very pleased with our service here. We order maybe once every month or so:) I really like their pizza sauce and the poutine. I usually order for delivery and have usually received great service (one time the fries arrived cold and my partner wouldn't eat them so I deep fried them again).

The owner is so rude just because I speak English (He can speak English and understand what I’m saying). Can’t believe it happened in a restaurant! So your customers and the business partners should only be native French speakers? Ok good luck!

Not satisfied at all with this restaurant anymore! This isn't the first time! Last night my pizza took over 1 hour to arrive and it was room temperature (barely warm). I asked not to add tomatoes and they did anyways! And to be honest, it looked and tasted like it was reheated. There was barely any sauce and everything was bone dry! I called them to politley comment and give my opinion and all they did was offer me $3 off my next order. I wasn't expecting anything free, but at least recognize and apoligise! I didn't accept! I will say though, the lady on the phone was kind and polite! I've ordered hundreds of pizzas from here over the years and I must say that the quality of the food and service has really gotten to the point of being unacceptable in the last 2/3 years. It used to be really good, one of the best! Might as well eat out of a dumpster next time!

I know these COVID times are difficult for local restaurants and we should help our local businesses, but at the same time, charging $30 ($18 before COVID) for medium pizza with much lower quality of food and service is unacceptable.

I'm sorry to say but definitely lost my business!

D’habitude le poulet fritou est bon et les frites aussi mais hier soir, le poulet et les frites étaient bien trop cuites, j’ai dû appeler pour faire une plainte mais la personne à qui j’ai parlé ne comprenait rien. Malheureusement la dernière fois qu’on commande là, dommage ça dépannait à l’occasion. Fini.

Received my order an hour after it pas placed. Driver arrived with no mask on.the boxes of pizza and fries were warm. But once I opened it to take out a slice the pizza was cold. I’m not at all happy with the service or the quality of food. I will definitely not be ordering from here again.

On y mange bien et prix très compétitif. Ils ont le record absolu pour l’attente pour la livraison.

Spoil le film "spider man: no way home" avec leur dessin sur les mur et en plus la caissière me spoil l'arrivée de mephisto dans le film quand j'étais sur le point de commander, c'est inacceptable.

Simple slice joint but great chicken, fried and a ceasar salad than is beyond good. Love this joint

J'ADORE cet endroit! Les pizzas sont succulentes et généreusement préparées (beaucoup de toppings!). En plus, les caissières sont toujours souriantes et sympathiques ️

Le poulet frit est délicieux mais la sauce manque un peu de saveur. Les frites ne sont pas mauvaises, larges mais un peu croquantes. Meilleur rapport qualité–prix que PFK. Par contre, l'attente est toujours longue. Ils sont surtout reconnus pour leur pizza, mais je n'ai jamais eu l'occasion de l'essayer.

On me comprend quand j'appelle et on me sert en français!

Ils n'ont jamais fait aucune erreur sur nos commandes.

Usually go fr vegetarian pizza. It's economical and tasty. Just what you need when you don't wanna cook.

Excellent food. They have their own delivery and they cost way less than Uber Eats and it taste quite great.

Ok like I order pizza from them whenever I crave pizza, I feel like they changed the dough or sauce a bit cause it’s less oily. The dough is thinner now in my opinion, Great changes, Good stuff.thank you!

Jai commander il y a plus de 5 ans, presque toutes les semaines et on m'appelle que ils ne veulent pas me livrer la pizza parce que je ne donne pas de pourboire. Allez vous faire voir, le propriétaire vous donne pas assez d'argent? Le pire dans tout sa une fois Jai donner un pourboire de 2$ le mec il me dit même pas merci. Honte sur vous. Je commande plus jamais chez vous.

J commander une fois chez eux, j’ai commandé 28$ puis j’ai donné 5$ au livreur, pis il voulait comme po me redonner mon change tir, tu vx quoi toi comme tips un 30%? Bin c cher pour nous les clients

Toujour des erreurs sa fait 3 fois qui se trompe et en plus sa prend 1h30 pour se faire livrer servie pourri se restaurant devais être fermer

Ordered meal that came after an hour (understandable with the weather) and the delivery person was courteous however, soon after eating, became violently ill. Had to call for ambulance and have been in the hospital all night for food poisoning.

Not going to order from here again, I'm afraid, and I love to support local businesses.

Plus je commande plus je suis déçu de cette pizzeria. Incroyable quand même nous sommes des clients fidèles et nous commandons souvent, je dirais même assez régulièrement pour plus de 40$, mais à chaque fois nous avons droit à des pizzas qui n'en valent pas le prix. Ce soir j'ai commander deux jumbos et j'ai eu droit à deux boites de pizza cramé avec pratiquement aucune garniture dessus.

Honnêtement c'est la dernière fois que je commande chez vous. Et je ne recommande à personne de commander à des heures tardives, soit prêts de l'heure de la fermeture parce que vous n'aurez droit qu'à des restes!

C'est vraiment pitoyable.

La seule chose que j'aime chez vous c'est l'impeccable service à la clientèle de Danielle. Je voudrais vous remerciez personnellement madame pour votre courtoisie.
