The service is Excellent, the girl is very friendly when taking your order, the place is very clean and they serve you very quickly, the pizza from Peperonni, Hawaina are really very tasty and the price is very affordable, I highly recommend it, I have never had problems Besides, it is very close to my house, I am delighted.

A very good local place the service is always good and the food is great never had any bad experience definitely recommend for anyone that lives in that sector

I have been a loyal customer to Pizza Welat for 5+ years now. Last month, they made a mistake by sending me the wrong pizza (wanted a Mexican - they brought me a chicken), so I called back right away to let them know their mistake. The girl tried to blame the mistake on me, however she had only confirmed “two medium pizzas” at the end of the call. I would have liked to get refunded immediately/been sent the right pizza, but in an attempt to be convivial, I opted for the credit option. I called back tonight to redeem my credit, and like I feared, they had no credit to my address. I tried to reason with the manager, that I had been a loyal customer, and that they had now made not one, but two mistakes, and I was basically told that it was too bad for me. I’m sad because I wanted to keep supporting, but now on two occasions, they’ve shown me how little they value their longtime customers. Longevity means nothing here.

I ordered two medium pizzas a month ago with my sister (Andreanne LG comment below). We got sent the wrong pizza. When we called to inform them of this we were immediately blamed (no apology, straight blame). We hoped they would offer to send over the right pizza but no such luck. They offered us a credit, and as I have been ordering there for over 8 years (5 for my sister) we accepted. However, upon trying to redeem this credit it was denied. Very disappointed in this turn of events. The pizza is great but this was very disappointing.

I ordered out for delivery, burgers etc.fries great, bread good, condiments and dressing exceptional, but the meat itself was disappointing. It tasted like any frozen burger you buy at the super market, and a tad undercooked. I expected better. I was asked about atmosphere, but I can't speak to that. Gave it a medium rating. I imagine the place is as nice as the staff on the phone. Always a pleasure to speak with y'all.

My go to pizza joint I don’t usually comment but the staff are sooo nice they deserve a rating.

Great cheese pizza Prices are reasonable when you take out or when you get a combo (1 slice + poutine + drink). I find that once you start adding more than 2 toppings, it starts to slide off the pizza slice

Great place! Great prices and service with a smile! I love the pizza here, especially the vegetarian. I always pop in for a couple of slices when I'm in the area. Try it out you'll love it

Someone threatened to slash my throat here in 2017, and I STILL come back all the time. That's how good the pizza is!

I ordered delivery from Welat and I almost didn't have time to hangup before the doorbell rang and my pizza arrived. The pizza was exactly as advertised and exactly what I hoped for.

Good pizza, not too greasy, bread not too thick, just right! Been getting pizzas here since forever.

Amazing food and even better customer service. I’ve always been treated with respect and kindness here…something you don’t find to much of these days. Be sure to check them out!

Own personal choice not a real fan of their pizza, it's decent, good taste but soggy pizza no crisp to the crust, the poutines are good, their fried chicken is ok good seasoning but over cooked and dry maybe recommend frying it 5 minutes less than normally do, the price is right though not my go to place but will return if nothing better arises.

Authentic Italian pizza. Made just the way it was back in 1993, I’m sure. No other pizza compares to this one.run by some great people as well!

Just have to have some good pizza or poutine, then Welat is the place. Great price for the walk in special XL 1 topping pizza.

Really nice owners and great service by Lady at the cash register! Great spot to munch on some old school 2 for 1 pizza! Always stop by when I can for noon lunch!

Absolutely excellent service. The woman who takes your order and payment is such a welcoming, kind and warm person. She is so nice.
I came in on a winter night, chilly and feeling melancholic and down, and I make my order.
I pay and it looks like I might have been missing a few cents, and she assured me that it didn't matter if I couldn't find it. (luckily I did).
She was quick and on the ball, the person before me was served within 2 minutes and I was served just as quick.
Did I mention how kind she is? Because that really was what sets this place from the rest. Many others just don't care, or don't bother being nice, or just look at you with indifference, like you're just another annoying customer throughout their day.

Not here though. You come here and you feel like a human being. Worthy of someone's kindness, and patience, even a smile.

Aside from all that stuff, the food is excellent. I've been going here for years but because I moved away a couple of years ago, I didn't visit this place for a long time. But I was visiting my old area and so of course, I just had to pop in here. Felt right like home.

Honestly love love love this pizza spot. I am constantly craving this pizza and take any chance I get to buy a slice or a full. Great ratio for the cheese dough and sauce, very tasty

Takes a long time to deliver a small order and when you call to see about your order.they respond, ignorantly! Poor service at its best
