Pizzeria NO.900 - Peel, Montréal

Nous avons passé un bon moment néanmoins quelques problèmes en cuisine: la pizza Procciutto rien à redire, pizza Charlevoix: on nous dit qu’il n’y a pas de pancetta et quelle sera remplacée par du Speck, mais nous n’en avons pas vu la couleur sur la pizza… très peu de garniture finalement!
Le dessert arrive: “Mousse au chocolat”, simplement immangeable.ne cherchez pas de mousse, il n’y en a pas. Un amas épais, très sucrée et pâteux de chocolat noisette.ce serait une excellente idée de le retirer de la carte.
À côté de ça le service était présent et amical!

We had a wonderful experience at no. 900 pizzeria! The food was so delicious! We tried a wide change of things and were pleased with everything we tried! My mouth is watering just thinking of our food that day!

We didn’t have a reservation, and they were able to squeeze the 2 of us at a window table

We enjoyed an absolutely fabulous pizza and thought the staff efficient, attentive. Great place for a quick bite.

Pizza in the original style just like in Naples. Very good. Freshly filled, you can watch. Baked slightly black. Fast and nice and young, pretty service. Everything happens quickly. Can be recommended.

Had good reviews, so 4 friends of mine and myself were excited to try their pizza. Inside the restaurant looked nice, but our server was unusually short with us and was cold and unfriendly. We thought maybe she was just very busy or having a rough shift.

She told us they were out of arugula and cherry tomatoes, which was absolutely fine, and we thought we could still order a pizza that would just come without those ingredients.

My friend tried to order the pancetta and fig pizza, and the server became very hostile and angrily scolded her saying, “I JUST told you five minutes ago we don’t have that. I literally JUST said that to you. ” And stared at her like she was an idiot. She then told us we couldn’t order any pizza that listed arugula or cherry tomatoes as an ingredient, those pizzas were entirely unavailable.

We were all taken aback and a little shocked at the outburst and asked for a few more minutes to decide. Apparently the pancetta and fig pizza has arugula on it, but the ingredients list was entirely in French so we didn’t realize that “roquette” was arugula. Another waitress came over and confirmed that we WERE allowed to order a pizza that had arugula or cherry tomatoes in the ingredients, it would just come without those specific ingredients (which is what we thought in the first place.)

It felt like the first waitress just wanted us to leave and wanted to make us feel that whatever we wanted they were out of and they were unable to make for us.

The second waitress offered to take over our table and serve us instead, but we all felt really uncomfortable after the previous encounter and decided to go elsewhere to eat.

I have worked in the service industry for a number of years so it takes a lot to get me to actually complain about service, but this was really out of line and made us feel really unwelcome.

Serveuses Souriante et agréable, par contre la pizza quand on l'a eu à emporté été froide alors qu'on été à même pas 2 min à pied de la pizzeria + il manqué 2 ingrédients demandé en extra qu'on a payé pour rien. Les ingrédients sont frais.

Nous nous sommes régalés. Les pizzas étaient très bonne et le tiramisu aussi. Le service et l’accueil sont au top! La déco et l’ambiance sont soignés. Un bon dîner en famille.

Worst Pizzeria 900 I’ve ever been. Had a marinara with Extra Stracciata and Extra prosciutto. The word disappointment as a pizza. The stracciata was added before cooking, which is very wrong, and the prosciutto I let it judge it by yourself: 5$ for a souvenir of what is a prosciutto extra. The pizza is dry and has little flavour. Worst I’ve ever had. I don’t do reviews but man that was bad. And it costed lots of money too, so overall very bad.

Soooo dissapointed by this pizza. Went there this weekend- Expected alot after reading some reviews.saying every bite is unique.uniquely dissapointing! Cheaply garnished and burnt.and seriously overpriced for what you get. I unerstand you are trying to sell a "high end" italian experience but in my opinion you completely missed it and italians should be insulted!

Pizza that reminds you of Italy. Any pizza can be made with vegan cheese. The service was exceptional!

Pizza bof bof, cuisson mal maîtrisée, et prix élevé pour ce que c'est (pizza burrata était juste la pâte, une base sauce tomate mal cuite et burrata elle trop cuite)

Great pizza, like the others in the chain. However, it was boiling inside and AC at that temperature is a must. If it doesn't bother you at greater than 30 celcius, than at least a 4 star experience.

We came to Montreal for the weekend from Toronto starving!

We walked by Pizzeria No. 900 and decided to give it a try after a failed attempt of trying to find a good lunch spot.

Lenny served us and was very attentive and accommodating despite working alone in his station.

The pizza was delicious. In the picture you will see the ham and mushroom pizza and the burrata pizza.

Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to have a quick bite. So why not pizza right?

Very nice experience. Was served by Matthew and found the food to be very good and affordable. Their music playlist was amazing I gotta have it!

Ordered 2 pizzas - Salami + 4 cheese. The worst food ever: dry, small, tasteless, skinny topping!
Really guys, putting $29 in such a low-quality food, made with zero care zero love, it kills me. I am so fed up with these overrated places giving no respect to customers. AVOID!

We ordered a Margherita and a smoked meat pie.and wow! Sooo delish and bursting with flavor, we couldn’t get enough! Amazing staff and service as well

For the noise, comfort, arrangement.and cleanliness of the street in front, I would have given 3 stars only.
But pizza were very good and the waiters really friendly and careful. 4 stars, then.

I’ve been having their Porcini Pizza for several years now and I must add that their quality and taste is not consistent each time, and they differ across different branches.
This time, they taste okay, not bad, but not great either.

As for the Prosciutto Pizza, half of it was soggy from the center out.

Chocolate mousse desert was mediocre, it taste to me like something that you can get from the supermarket, not worth the money nor the calories.

Their cannolis on the other hand was nice, the filling was light with a good hint of vanilla taste.

Consistency is important in my opinion that will set a restaurant apart from the other nice restaurants.
Service is speedy and friendly.

Waited it 30 min for a medium pizza for pick up. That long hair asian at the cashier is just awful didn't even appologied for the excessive wait

Must try! The pizza is absolutely delicious! Fresh ingredients! Great service! Everything is absolutely amazing! I highly recommend this place for amazing pizza! Went here twice during our short stay! It was conveniently right next door to our hotel!

This is a great little pizzeria serving excellent Neapolitan pizza. You can’t go wrong with stopping here. Good pizza made fast with good dine in service as well.

Il faut préciser quand vous mettez de la Viande dans votre pizza! Je ne mange pas de viande. J’ai commandé une pizza porchertta et vous n’avez pas spécifié qu’il y aurait de la viande dans les ingrédients

Facilement la meilleure pizzeria de Montréal! Elle met tout le monde d'accord et les prix sont tres raisonnable, donc n'hésitez plus et allez y c'est une valeur sûre!

Amazing quality fresh flavorful thin pizza and delish panzella version of the salad. Delightful service. A winner will be back.

Ordered to this place twice, twice pizzas were ugly and stale, really cheap on the sauce quantity, last time was August 7 via Uber eats. A week later I have ordered to Place des Arts which I often do and pizzas were good as always, quality is always the same, I was satisfied but this Peel franchise never again. I contacted the company which offered to send me a gift card on August 9, we are now August 26 and I have never receive anything. Don't bother sending me a card I don't need and this review is actually how I feel regarding the last delivery I have received from them (which was making delicious pizza back in 2019 tho). Done for me.

Plenty of dow but it is chewy and soggy
Not much toppings on the Prosciutto pizza! Two pieces of prosciutto only and very little cheese! The dow appeared barren.
The ham pizza was ok but again soggy and chewy dow!

Nous avons commandé la dernière fois chez pizza No900 rue Ste Catherine et c'était parfait. Cette fois çi rue Peel les pizzas étaient trop cuites, quasiment pas de fromage et les Tiramisu étaient congelés. Niveau vraiment inférieur a la franchise de rue Ste Catherine. Très décevant.

Ordered margherita pizza via Door Dash. Hardly 1 or 2 options for vegetarians. I wish there were more. But pizza was good. Was nicely packed. Cost me $12.

Their pizza was good, it was simple and fresh but nothing mind blowing.
However, the arancini is out of this world! One of the best I ever had! I highly recommend it!

My go-to spot for a quick and delicious meal! Ever since I came to Montreal, Pizza 900 has been somewhere I consistently go to for lunch or order on uber eats. Their pizza always tastes fresh and made with high quality ingredients. I normally go to the Peel location when dining in. The staff there has always been friendly to me. The restaurant itself itself is pretty small but it makes for a nice cozy vibe. Highly recommend for a delicious pizza!

I am writing because you asked how you can convert this to a 5 star. I would like to mention that we have no photographic proof of this but the pizza offered to us had black burnt portions at the bottom (all around the crust) which was giving a bitter taste to the pizza. Secondly, we were ignored once we asked for water (there were 2 tables with people including ours, so.a total of maybe 5-6 customers at around 9.30 pm), Maybe the lady who was waiting on us was busy or maybe she forgot, I have no idea, but I did not mention it to her at that time because there were people there and I did not want to embarrass her. It was only when we were desperate to get water (about 20 mins of chewing the pizza), that we called her the 2nd time and we were served water. Those were the two things which caused me to take 2 stars. I might seem snobbish at this point but trust me, it was weird. No hard feelings.

Called on a Friday night and they managed to reserve a table for us. Pizzas are always good. Tried the pear + goat cheese salad = EXCELLENT! Ambience is great. We love this place.

Love love love No. 900 pizza! Friends and I eat here often. Highly recommend this place to everyone who hasn't tried it yet. Oh yeah, you have to try their spicy oil on your pizza it's amazing!

I've been to this location several times and I'm always impressed with the service and food. The restaurant isn't very big so it has a cozy feel but the decor is very sleek and modern. You could easily drop in for a quick bite or order a bottle of wine and stay a little longer. If you want a food fired thin crust pizza you really can't go wrong with this place.

Employees are friendly, they speak French and English. We tried the gluten-free margarita pizza which was good just wish it was bigger

Great stone-baked pizza at good prices and cooked fast. Kitchen is open, so you can watch the guys do what they do best while you wait.

This a great Montreal pizza chain. The pizza is think crust made in a wood oven. The flavours are great! If you are craving pizza this is a must try!

Tried Pizzeria N0 900 for the first time. I ordered Aperol Spritz, loved the drink. I had the Grilled Vegie Pizza, that's what I order always in a Pizzeria. It's thin crust, good taste but I hardly had any vegies on it. All the Pizzerias I go to, they put lots of vegies on the pizza. So my advice, when you call it grilled vegie Pizza, put vegies on it! Service was very good, pizza can be a lot better.

Service rapide, bonnes pizza au feu de bois servies rapidement. Les ingrédients sont bons et bien frais. Un peu cher mais l'experience et la qualité en valent la peine. Peu de places à l'interieur.

J'ai été surprise de voir ma pizza avec de la sauce tomate fraîche et maison. La croûte était parfaite. Bref, une délicieuse surprise. J'y retournerai, c'est certain. Le service a été rapide et chaleureux.

Ate there twice. Good pizza that is closest to real Italian pizza. Service is fast and courteous. I will be going back.

Belle deco et carte des pizzas assez variée. Honnêtement c’était vraiment bon, copieux et on retrouve le goût des bonnes pizzas napolitaines. Clairement une bonne adresse à des prix accessibles. J’y retournerais clairement!

2 of my friends and I went December 13th and we were somewhat disappointed. It took a while before someone came to us with at glasses of water and then to order our drinks.

The bartender was nice though and made good recommendations. The bloody ceasers were good and the olives were delicious. We ordered 2 plates of mozzarella balls. The cheese and everything was delicious but we would have preferred more cheese and less garnishes.

We each ordered a different pizza and swapped a piece with one another. I seriously regretted mine but the other two were delicious.

The main reason I probably would never return is that it is unbearably hot in that location. Definitely not wowed. Can get a pizza just as good with a better or similar price with a much more comfortable setting. Not in my best dining experiences but not worse either. Left with an indifferent feeling. (Took me 3 months to even post this review and add pictures, just cuz I was looking at my history to see what other place I had taken pictures i could to my reviews and get points lol).

Pizza très bonne et des combinaisons et ingrédients que l'on ne trouve nulle part ailleurs.
J'y suis allé un midi et les ingrédients étaient placés vers le milieu de ma pizza.avec un peu trop de sauce.ce qui à fait en sorte que la croûte vers le milieu ne se tenait pas du tout.

Mon collègue a appelé avant l'ouverture pour réserver mais personne n'a donné suite à son message. Une fois arrivés, on ne pouvait pas avoir de table car elles étaient pour les réservations! Par la suite il y a eu mélange dans les commandes et les assiettes sont réparties en cuisine (ça arrive on est tous humain). On a dû attendre mais rien ne nous a été offert en dédommagement. Cela dit, j'aime beaucoup cet endroit. La salade épinards / poires était EXCELLENTE!

Les pizzas de 900 sont égales à leur réputation. Je connaissais le comptoir de la rue Laurier, celui sur Peel présente les mêmes excellentes pizzas avec le même succès. Une petite dizaine de pizzas au menu, mais elles sont bien réussies, c'est ça qu'on veut, non? La salle à manger est toute petite, mais l'accueil est chaleureux et l'ambiance sympathique, pas du tout comme ce qu'on trouve habituellement dans ce downtown froid et glamour. Et on peut commander pour emporter.

The food was okay. Nothing crazy good but it was decent. I would have put three stars but the waitress' attitude really turned me off. Afternoon shift on Saturday. She was rude to me and my friend and we felt really uncomfortable. She rushed us out after we finished eating because her shift was over, but she did not bother explaining or being polite about it. We went to the counter to ask for water because we didn't feel comfortable asking her and she didn't visit our table to check on us.

Il y a des options pour végés et aussi sans gluten. Délicieux, mais si l'on ne réserve pas il faut être patient.

Alors la quand j’ai vu les reviews je me suis dis que cette pizza en vaut vraiment la peine! Mais tout compte fait c’est la pire pizza que j’ai jamais eu, je sais pas si les gens qui y ont gouté savent ce qu’est vraiment une pizza! La pate ressemblait à de la pita plus que la pizza, (la boite a pizza était isotherme ce qui créait de la condensation) très pauvrement garnis, quantité et qualité basse! Je posterais une photo pour vous montrez ce que j’ai eu comme soit disant pizza
