Nous avons eu un excellent service malgré toutes les difficultés d’horaire que ces gens déploient lors de tombée de neige.
Un jour, ils ont endommagé notre remorque, ça ne s’est pas éterniser, au printemps c’était réparé.
Ils sont rapides à réagir, leur travail est bien fait, leur prix est moyen, leur personnel est courtois.

What’s with the lousy snow removal?
Couldn’t get out of the parking lot before Noon on Monday. A quick trip up and back in the parking lot. No cleaning between cars, where they had pulled out.

We have been with PJC for a couple of years and we are very satisfied with the service. They are on time and reliable. Our driveway is always cleared early in the morning and they come back again after the city plow has passed

As a retired senior, I was devastated when my previous snow clearer went out of business overnight after they had been paid for the whole winter season. Good riddance! PJC came to the rescue and does a far better and professional job. Reliable. I don't go out very often but can trust them to keep driveway clear in short order after a storm and even after just a few centimeters. PJC. Shining knight in front loader armour to the rescue!

4th season with Peter and never had an issue. Driveway is always clean when I leave my house in the morning and that’s what I care about the most.

Depuis l'an dernier, nous recevons des courriels détaillant leurs activités de la journée et expliquant à quel moment approximatif ils passeront ramasser la neige, selon la température. Ils sont toujours dans les premiers deneigeurs à passer tôt le matin d'une tempête et ils reviennent dans le courant de la journée pour nettoyer à nouveau. Excellent service et bonne communication du propriétaire. Seul petit bémol: nous aimerions un peu plus de français! Mais rien à voir avec la neige:)

PJC Lawn& Snow removal came to the rescue a couple of winters ago just before a big winter storm was expected. I was very thankful and pleased with their service.
Since the previous snow clearing company abruptly canceled their service.

Peter and his team have performed my lawn and snow services for over a decade. I can't think of ever changing to another provider. Always professional service. PJC also did two large landscaping / contracting jobs for me. The work was done in a very timely manner which can be a problem with other providers and the place looks great.

We've been using them for a few years now for snow removal and they've been great, much better and more professional than the other company we were using before. I like that they hire adults to drive the tractors, and not the young kids so many other companies hire, and so they act in a much more professional manner, taking a few extra moments to actually do a good job. They also come earlier which I like, so I can get my car out of my driveway at 8: 00am.

WORST SERVICE, SLOPPY AND DANGEROUS PLOUGH DRIVERS. Never give a courtesy call so that we can move cars from driveway. R. Landry cleared our neighbours driveways twice before PJC showed up - at 11 pm. Had already shovelled the driveway ourselves to get cars off the street. Won't answer phone, and the next morning the plough driver ignored us as we stood in middle of road waving our arms for 5 min. Drove off. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I have had a good experience with them. I think snow removal is not an exact science and one must help out the contractor by removing obstacles and marking stuff. Its not very expensive a service when you think about it. Try going a season on your own.
And as for fertilizers, ive had no problems. One can opt out of this as well.
Every company ive had and the city at some point has been imperfect. I think one must have reasonable expectations. Ive had PJC for 2 years, and no damage done.

This is the second year I’ve used PJC for snow removal but it will be the last. Early on in the season they cleared too far up my driveway and damaged a metal gate in my garden. There is a cedar in the garden and several large shrubs so clearly they shouldn’t have been clearing that area as it is not a driveway. After emailing several times and sending pictures of the damage they have not reimbursed me. They did acknowledge the damage though, by installing a marker in front of the garden. Way to go but too late! Once the snow melted I also discovered that they crushed the downspout for the eaves, which is only a few years old. If you want property damage that will not be reimbursed, by all means, hire them to do your snow removal.

This is not a service. It is, as Mr PJC himself describes, an assembly line. And a dissembling one at that.
