Totally disgusting, took half an hour for billing at pharmacy even store was not busy
Zero customer service

I thought I would give this pharmacy a second try for my medication. I did an online refill request on a Tuesday and when I picked up my refills, they only had half of my medications and the other half was sent to another branch. When I asked how this happened, they said they don’t know and she said to call the other pharmacy instead of trying to help
This has the second time this incident happened to me on this particular branch and the lady at the pharmacy counter all said is she couldn’t do anything! I asked her what is the whole point of Affliated and she said she doesnt do that in that one. I will definitely not come back.

Rude lady at the cosmetics section, went to buy a perfume for my mom and when asked her about the perfume in question she replied it’s over there while the section is full of perfumes and when I asked for the precise section she replied can’t you see it and I left without buying anything (the lady is in her 40s and was working on 4th may around 8: 30) this is the last time I’ll be sitting foot in a Jean Coutu store!

Since they’ve moved, I go here all the time. Very cleanly, so much more product variety, and very low prices

Je suis allée pour acheter des produits de parfumerie et de maquillage, mais j'ai été déçue par le service. La dame qui travaillait dans le rayon était impolie et froide. Elle n'a pas offert d'aide ou d'assistance, et son comportement m'a fait sentir très mal à l'aise. En conséquence, je suis partie sans acheter quoi que ce soit. Je pense que le service à la clientèle devrait être une priorité absolue, et je ne recommande pas ce magasin si vous cherchez une expérience agréable et satisfaisante.

Jai demander le transfert de ma presctiption il y a une semaine et ils ne l'ont toujours pas fait.je suis venu il y a une heure trente ils m'ont dit qu'ils le feraient et toujours rien n'est prêt.

Discrimination concerning passport photos. Makes you remove clothing allowed by services Canada, including small piercings. They have constructed their own rules above and beyond services Canada. This has been reported to services Canada, they should not be allowed to take passport photos or advertise such a service.

Le service au comptoir des médicaments est TERRIBLE. Il y a beaucoup d'employés mais, depuis que la pharmacie a déménagé, le délai d'attente le plus court que j'ai eu à été 45 minutes. Il y a toujours une attente démesurée pour seulement se faire dire que les médicaments ne sont pas disponibles. Bien que les employés ne soient pas méchants, ils ne semblent pas trop se soucier du problème.

I am continuously disappointed when ordering medication. Their system just doesn't seem to flow.the clerks at the counter pretend like they can't see you when your waiting at the counter for phone or internet orders. I have a huge problem receiving some milk prescribed for my child - last time it came expired and leaking. When they reordered and left me a voicemail to come and pick it up, the technician asked me who called me because its not here and they need to order. I have had to make my nurses call into the pharmacy several times to sort out my file. This past year has been particularly brutal. I will find another pharmacy.

I like this store in general, but the pharmacy is a real pain with horrible service. I have to wait about an hour for simple synthroid for my wife every time I go there. I don't know what kind of sequence they follow for completing the orders as a million people ordered after me and got their medications before. Secondly, the behaviour of the elderly pharmacist (man) is absolutely disgusting. He made a mistake and put my medication under my daughter's file and as I explained that to him the tone with which he spoke to me is unacceptable. His attitude was that he was making a big favour by doing his job. And I can say it is not only me he did this with others too right in front of me.

Service a la clientele misérable.recevoir 2 apelles en 2 jours pour se faire aviser de passer en pharmacie chercher des commandes, se présenter et se faire refuser le ramassage, je comprends bien que le covid affecte tout les spheres, mais faire deplacé vos clients a tort et leur repondre avec une attitude condescendante n'aide en rien, plutot assurez vous d'offrir les services annoncés ou ne les annoncés pas.premiere et derniere experience avec vous.

Customer service is very bad, most employees are not bilingual and are very rude. Could not get my order medication 5 times and consultation with pharmacist. Lady who took my name told me after 25 minute wait she didn’t take my name.and that I just came.and she didn’t talk to me before. On my question what is waiting time for consultation she didn’t answer and left. I will transfer my file for my medication and my son to another pharmacy.because there is no service.

Le service au comptoir pharmacie est trèèèèès long. Je trouve qu'il ne sont pas très serviable. Même si on explique le problème à jeune pharmacien qui a été arrongant et pas beaucoup d'écoute.
Sinom les rayons du magasin sont bien garnie et un très bon service dans le comptoir cosmétique.
J'aurais aimé donne 5/5 mais le service de pharmacie est très médiocre.

Most of the employees are not bilingual and will only speak to me if I speak french. I notice a drastic difference in customer service which is poor when I speak english and good if I speak french. Really disappointing seeing as I have been coming here 20+ years. My question to management is; I do not get this problem in other stores so tell me why the Jean Coutu in LaSalle is different? Thank you.

Tres bon pharmacie. Mais personne savait m'aider pour mes poils pubien poussant trop vite. Sinon parfait.

l 'assurance refuse la reclamation.
On me là prépare et facture la total du prix. Un certain pharmacien assez expéditif.

Most days, certain items advertised are not available. Sold out? Never received? Take a raincheck? Unnecessary waste of time.
-My friend bought me a perfume for my birthday @ $65 in the cosmetics dept. The scent was pungent. We returned 15 minutes later for a refund as we were still in the area. The cosmetics clerk informed us nonchalantly that she could not refund, exchange or even credit us as the package was opened. Really Sherlock? Incredulous. Common sense dictates that would be the only way to smell the old perfume. I understand that a perfume might unfortunately remain on the shelf for years but there should be some concession for the store's oversight. This saleslady was the manager who had been there for donkey years with the same terrible manners and condescending attitude.
-We contacted the head office of Jean Coutu. No response.
-Then the corporate office of the perfume manufacturer who would not accept responsibility for the pharmacy's negligence.
-Now, I shop at another pharmacy whose prices are much lower with wonderful customer service. Also, their perfumes are not old and if there are any problems, they gladly refund you.
-Not looking for any apology or explanation of products/services, etc. It will change Nothing. My goal is to only inform the consumer to be aware.

Service pourri au laboratoire. Erreur dans mes prescriptions plus que la moitié du temps. Par exemple: commande téléphonique indiqué prète mais personne ne la trouve, commande incomplète (manque certains médicaments), boîte entamée vendue comme une boîte pleine, pillules maquantes (28 au lieu de 30), commande téléphonique fréquemment pas prète dans les délais annoncés, aucun appel lorsqu'une balance due est arrivée, etc. Vous ne me reverrez plus, ni au laboratoire, ni dans le magasin.

Beaucoup de produits dans les tablettes, locaux très propre, prix accessible, j adore!

Over the phone medication service very efficient they can text message you when ready so you can go do something else in the meantime.
Staff always happy to help and never runs from you.

Good place to shop for toiletries and both over-the-counter and prescription medication. They sell OPUS cards, too.

Great experience. The girl at the cosmetic department was super sweet. She was very helpful with my concerns. She even gave me a sample to try out before buying the actual product to see if It will make a difference to my hair. Thank you cosmetic girl!:)

Worst place to get medicine, waited 25 minutes to be told they don’t have it. 6 employees behind the counter, none came to to say anything. Was about to purchase other products but decided to leave them there. Not going back there. Complete waste of time. Good bye

J'adore ce Jean Coutu, très grand, beaucoup de produits sur les tablette. Et le service est très agréable!
