Je connais cet endroit plus d'une quinzaine d'années, les employés sont sympathiques. S'il y a quelque chose qui me déçois c'est les prix affichés (prix en réduction) qui ne correspondent pas aux prix payés à la caisse et cela m'est arrivé à plusieurs reprises depuis je vérifie la facture.

Le prix de chhocolats était marque tel que la photo.a 1,99 et la cassier a charge a 2,19. La gérant a ce moment mardi soir 13 juin dit que ne pouvait rien faire pour corriger le probleme. C" est pas correct de la part du gestionaire.

Their is a senior gentleman that is very very slow and probably should not be working there as he literally takes 3 times longer than needed to process something. Everything he works the line has at least 10 people waiting. This guy has got to go. He simply cannot do the job effectively.

If your store opens at 9.open at 9.don’t stand around chatting while people stand lined up outside.

Terrible manager and services. No wonder why people are shop at Costco and left a bad review here. The First and the last time shop at Jean Coutu. Now on stay with Pharmaprix.

Love the store. The service. Been going there 30 years. Staff are amazing. New employees are well trained. The senior staff employees are showing them how to respect customers. I go there often.

I tried sendin money with Money Gram which is also a very unreliable.the agent at post office forgot an extension to my Last name and failed o realise that tgis small mistakr would cause much issue the next agent (Yasmine attitude problem unhelpful and just bad for business) couldnt refund my money.even aftet providing the original receipt.the original receipt and i went to the same branch but wouldnt return the money.suggesting its missing a four latter name.i will contact post canada and money gram and jean coutu to reach someone and for aomeone tk take tge blame.nowadays u cant have anyone teally own up and take care of anything. JEAN COUTU U ARE WORTHLESS.

Terrible. De toutes les pharmacies que je fréquente, celle-ci est la pire. Les délais sont longs, et il y a toujours un problème (erreurs dans la préparation des commandes, oublis, attente interminables, ruptures de stock). Les pharmaciens sont OK, mais il y a clairement un problème de gestion dans cet établissement. Pas étonnant: les pharmaciens-propriétaires ne sont jamais présents sur place. À éviter.

Never go this place for passport or visa photos. They don’t give soft copy to upload and quality of photos are very bad. They didn’t cut the photos properly and left the borders around photos. I went again and I told them not to leave borders around photos but the result was same as first time.

Regular pharmacy. I like to order my prescriptions throught the mobile app as they are often busy and it can take 40 min to get your meds. Unfortunately, when having a new prescription.gotta wait! Never less than 15 minutes so don’t be in a hurry!

In order to receive your tax receipt you need to pay, unless done online! Way to disadvantage the elderly, disabled and all individuals who can't use online services! Despicable! I encourage all to stop encouraging such an unfair practice!

I was here several times to fill an urgent prescription, as it was the closest to the doctor's office I was at.

Each time the staff was incredibly inept; taking unbelievably long to fill the prescription, despite it being in the evening and only 3 other people waiting. And yet, they STILL managed to FILL THE PRESCRIPTION INCORRECTLY!

And another medication they failed to have in stock. They said that it would take THREE days to get it; so I told them to cancel it, as I lived over 25km away, and would not drive such a distance when I could get it filled much closer. And yet, a week later, they called me to tell me they had my order ready - despite my telling them to cancel it when I was there.

As a result of this lack of efficiency and ineptitude, which is absolutely deplorable for a pharmacy dispensing medications - I will never come back to this establishment, and do not recommend it at all to others. Pick another pharmacy - they are bound to be better than this one!

Pharmacist was very helpful in coordinating the refilling of my out of town prescription. It took a few calls but in the end all I had to do was walk in and pick it up.
