PJC Jean Coutu

J'ai changé de pharmacie il y a quelques années et ne le regrette tellement pas! J'aime le choix des produits, leurs prix et leurs spéciaux. J'apprécie la bonne humeur des deux madames (Chantal et cie) à la caisse durant la semaine. Je trouve que les pharmaciens sont à l'écoute au comptoir des ordonnances. Toutefois, ils ne sont pas tous des plus chaleureux et souriants, sauf ce cher Alexandre qui aime ce qu'il fait, cela paraît dans son visage et tout ce qu'il dégage. C'est d'une évidence. En somme, j'aime m'y rendre et j'affirme que Jean-Coutu sur l'avenue du Parc (5201) c'est MA pharmacie et ce, jusqu'à la fin des temps! Est-ce clair?

They have the most nasty employees! Especially the guy who has his hair to the side with the shaved sides. He was so rude, I’ve never experienced anything like it. He was screaming at us and talking very close without a mask. He thinks he owns the place. Will never visit this store again and let all my neighbours not to go anymore.

Forgive me for a grumpy review. I came in to ask for medication for nausea and vomiting that came with starting an antiviral for shingles. The pharmacist offered me gastrolyte and ginger lozenges, saying that Gravol would make me drowsy. I have shingles - drowsiness is the least of my worries. And I've travelled enough to know what gastrolyte is for and that ginger is a foul-tasting placebo. Just tell me upfront that you don't want to suppress potential symptoms of an adverse reaction, and then I can ask for the damn meds anyway.

Terrible customer experience, they give me the wrong product, I came back to change it, and the little manager start to scream to me, out off control.really violent and rude.they dont give me any solution,
