Poor organization of the pharmacy. What to buy an over-the-counter drug forced to open the file. I refused. They refused to sell me the medicine. Lost time, got a lot of unpleasant emotions.

Make too many mistakes. Tell us we are not insured when we have been a customer for three years. Time to change pharmacies.

C'est une grande pharmacie avec un grand choix de produits mais on ne fait plus affaire avec leur comptoir de médicaments. Aux renouvellements de prescription, ils exigent une visite de notre médecin, ce qui n'est pas le cas avec Familiprix. Ma femme a changée parce qu'elle était tannée de se battre avec eux! Moi, je n'aime tout simplement pas cette chaîne de pharmacie. Je préfère les petits joueurs comme Proxim ou Familiprix.

Mirlanys dans la section cosmétique est la meilleure. Toujours très gentille souriante et attentionnée.

The sevices received at that Pharmacy is great. Last time i've been especially. The employee called Nicole services was great. She helped me and listened to my needs. Very good experience for me.

The amount of times I see people complaining here on-line or at the pharmacy itself about stuff they abviously know nothing about is mind boggling.
The people at this PJC are nothing but kind, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly patient beyond belief!
All the one-star reviewers are people who think they know more about pharmaceuticals than the actual pharmacist and/or confuse "pharmacist" with "psychologist".
I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone living in the area.
The people at this PJC are nothing but kind, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly patient beyond belief!
All the one-star reviewers are people who think they know more about pharmaceuticals than the actual pharmacist and/or confuse "pharmacist" with "psychologist".
I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone living in the area.

I've always loved the Jean Coutu on St
Charles. And here is another reason why.last Wednesday I broke my big toe and fractured the top of my foot, after a visit to the emergency room in Hawkesbury, I was told to get a walking boot at the pharmacy. So I went to my favorite JCP. I was served by Joyce and the Pharmacist.unfortunately they don't carry them and to my surprise, the pharmacist started calling around to the competition (pharmaprix, uniprix etc) until she found one, which she did.thank you SO much Jean Coutu on St Charles. You guys are the BEST.
