Je suis allée au caisse libre-service. La caissière et les 2 commis jasait et riait tellement fort en anglais que j'avais de la misère à penser! Tellement irrespectueux pour tous les clients! Je comprends qu'ils ont hate de finir leur journée, tellement immature! Je me sentais partout sauf à Montréal! La nouvelle réalité j'imagine! Décevant!

Today I had a minor medical emergency and needed a pharmacist help. I called multiple pharmacies in the area and no one was able to help. I arrived at this Jean Coutu, explained my situation and was able to receive the medicine I required. Thank you for your service and understanding.

You should have one cash register dedicated for LotoQuebec.
Standing in line for 15 minutes waiting for people to gamble is very annoying.
I shop here several times a week and i see this on a regular basis.i do not blame the cashiers, but management should be more awake.
