Immense Jean Coutu! Impossible de ne pas trouver ce qu'on cherche, ça vaut le détour par rapport aux autres dans le quartier. J'apprécie aussi la section fleuriste mieux développée qu'ailleurs

No service from the prescription counter. Told to wait and call back and when we do is the same thing, please wait again and call back. Some items overpriced and no good service, avoid if possible.

Ce magasin profite du prétexte de l'inflation pour augmenter à sa guise et de manière démesurée le prix de certains articles, heureusement pas de première nécessité,! Je vous viens avec l'exemple des jeux de carte affiché à un prix de 6,99$ + tx alors que le même article coûte 1,25 $ chez dollarama!
Pour 2 paquets (ça se vend en 2) tu paye 2,87$ alors que chez eux tu paye 16, $$$$$
Est ce normal selon vous?

Don’t upload your disposable cameras here. When we first brought it we were told 3-4 days and then when we called to see if it was ready, they told us two weeks. Finally today we go to pick it up, and only 15 of 27 photos were printed and given to us in the package. Wouldn’t recommend coming here for that specific service, waste of money.

Do yourself a favor dear client. Ask your dr. To print the referal and keep a copy with you when going here (or better go somewhere else. I am from now on) Got here trusting the referal was in the system as the dr. Said it would, when i get to the pharmacy the lady checks and says: “the referal it’s not here / the last one is too old 2022” (not true) i called my clinic of course they did not run to help either. I knew i had a copy somewhere home (from 2023 the only one ever existed), had to leave drive home, find the copy, go back to the pharmacy, give the referal everything goes “smooth” (had to wait another eternity). When i get the pills someone else says you had the prescription here and you could renew it again no need to bring the paper! I was like omg! I was here literally a half hour ago and had to run all over the city because the other employee had no clue what she’s doing and according to her the info in the system does not allow her do to her job! All i can think about is all the clients that are older or are in real pain they have to wait or just go trough more struggles because of lazy incompetent people! I wasted half my day just filling a prescription my God! Where’s the service? , the empathy? Remember what’s your mission dear pharmacist TO HELP!

I was treated very badly by the so-called manager Illiana when I was refused a refund on a electronic product that failed within a month. The value of it was $13.19 plus tax. I am an excellent customer that uses them for all my prescriptions. NOT NICE TREATMENT

Good luck getting some service here. Employee didn't even look me in the eye, just shouts "AISLE 5". Thanks, I've been there, couldn't find it. Can you help? Nope. Okay. Thank goodness for the post office

Terribly slow service, very polite, but so slow that you can fall asleep and wake up and it’s not a fact that your order will be ready.

J’ai demander un bon de rabais différé, la caissière ne savait pas ce que c’était donc elle a demander à une responsable qui m’a regarder et m’a dit "t’es qui" très irrespectueusement. J’étais choqué du comportement de celle-ci. Une chose est sure j’y retournerais pas!

I have life-threatening health conditions. Can I have my meds please? !? It's Tuesday already and I've been waiting for my prescription since last Thursday. I'm quite sick now. Also, this (or something similar) happens all too regularly.

I waited over hour to get my new prescription after being told it would take 20 minutes! It wasn’t particularly busy either. I approached the pharmacy counter twice to inquire about my prescription: it will be ready in a couple of minutes. Which clearly was not true. Whatever the issue (understaffed, backlog of prescription to fill, you don’t have the medication etc.) being forthcoming with your customer is a minimum. I had to leave without my prescription since I had no idea how long ‘the couple of minutes’ will turn out to be.
