I wish the pharmacy could give a more accurate time of when they will get the restock of your medication instead of telling you to "come tomorrow after 3pm" for 5 days straight in hopes that you have all the time of the day to come and pick it up whenever. And no, they never called me when they had it ready. It was just coincidence I got a "yeah they are ready" after repeatitively coming and asking the counter if they have the prescriptions ready or not.

Caissières adorables et souriantes, pharmaciens désagréables et lents.

I was aggressively accosted by their security guard (?) over a completely mundane and fixable situation. He immediately escalated, got aggressive, and jabbed his finger in my face while saying "you're going to cooperate or I'm going to call the cops". He forced me into a back room with another male employee without even pausing to listen to what I was saying and despite my friends protests. After it was clear that my bag wasn't filled with stolen stuff, he lunged at me repeating "where'd you put it" before barking "get gone".

I've been picking up my medications here for years but will be transferring them somewhere else. This dude seems to be on unhinged power trip; I genuinely don't feel safe going back.

(Also, don't force women into back rooms alone with two staff? Like, even if they actually were looting the store?)

Le personnel de la pharmacie est exceptionnel. Je me suis toujours sentie entre bonnes mains et soutenue, car les pharmaciennes avec qui j'ai régulièrement contact sont accueillantes, patientes, compétentes et respectueuses. Merci à vous toutes pour votre excellent service.

The staff here are just amazing. Pharmacists are very knowledgable, friendly, helpful and caring.
