Je peux comprendre qu'il est difficile d'avoir une infirmière d'expérience mais dans votre cas, je crois qu'elle devrait réfléchir à la retraite. Se faire répondre de prendre un rendez-vous alors que la réponse ne prend que quelques secondes à donner WOW.

I was waiting for a friend then i decided to drop by to Jean Coutu 7830 Sherbrooke St E, Montreal, Quebec H1L 1A5 to buy hair colors for my teenage daughter. I also went to cosmetic area to look for a luminous foundation which my daughter asked me to buy for her. It took me like almost 5 minutes or more because I'm trying to find which shades or color is perfect for her. Then I approached RANYA the sales associates in the cosmetic department and I swear to God I asked her politely. She was so cold and just told me to look for the word luminous and ask what shades of my daughter. And I'm about to ask her which shades is better but she left. It's okay.but I noticed she's entertaining the other customers.i thought probably because I'm not speaking in French very well thats why. But then again I decided to pick one foundation although I'm unsure of the shades if it's right.but still I took it.toge5her with the two lipsticks. I was about to pay what I bought then I saw the line of the cashier on the other side was quite long so I decided to pay with her. And once again asked her POLITELY can I have a bag please since I never brought one. She answered in a rude and unpolite way.next time you should bring your own bag. I mean just for a bag.i think I bought a lot of stuff already. I even asked how much is the bag or if she's even mad? She should be polite, attend the customers needs or just smile a bit. Maybe she's tired i understand but come on this is not the way you treat your customers.please do not treat them rudely.please respect them if they ask you politely.
AS A LOYAL CUSTOMER OF JEAN COUTU FOR A LONG TIME. I REALLY FEEL DISRESPECTED!

Expérience particulièrement désagréable au niveau du laboratoire. Technicien ne respecte pas le droit à l'intimité pour demander des conseils, manque de respect et sacre devant les clients en apprenant les maux qui nous touchent. Je ne recommande pas cette pharmacie.

Les employers de la pharmacie sont tous sur leur téléphone cellulaire, l'attente est pourtant hyper longue. Je vous recommende d'aller ailleurs.
