Unfortunately there are not up to the game, teller at the mail counter saw me walking in up to there to tell the person before me he will be the last one to take today. Some other employe ask me if I was ok. Sure I was.

My issue is with the post office/money gram. If you can not train your employee properly please do not set them up to fail.

Great pharmacy, very busy at times. Noella at the prescription counter is an excellent customer service person. They have a great choice for all kinds of merchandise.

The service at this pharmacy is despicable. Even if one were to excuse the fact that there is always a lineup at the single cash open, the people working at the pharmacy should not be working with the public. The service is unprofessional, the technicians see nothing wrong with gossiping in front of customers about other customers, and people are comfortable being rude while speaking directly to you.

If I have use just one word to describe, then "Hopeless"

Details:
Part 1:
I transferred my prescriptions over here with high expectations. Once I received call/confirmation that the transfer is complete ordered for a refill. A week passed and I called in to check about the refill and I was told it's ready. I go in the next day to pick it up, seems they have no clue. Upon further review, it seems the prescription wasn't ordered and they had to do it on the spot (only one item available, and the other one new order) and I paid for it too.

Part 2:
Couple of days later, I received a call from the pharmacy indicating the prescription is ready for pick-up (whatever that means). I go in to the store next day, again they (pick-up) have no clue where the prescription is. Upon review, and after a 5-min search they managed to find the prescription.

At first, it looked like they had lot of people and I was expecting efficiency but seems things are working otherwise.

First experience if I was upset, 2nd time I was really teed off. I will be transferring my prescription over to another one.

I cannot say enough good things about Ramy, a Pharmacist at this location. He has gone above and beyond several times in order to assist us with a difficult situation. From speaking to our insurer to special ordering products for us to just now calling us to see how things have been going. He is the benchmark by which all other Pharmacists should be judged! Thank your for your hard work and your patient oriented focus. Merci!

To whom it may concern, I would like to share my awful experience. First of all, I went to PJC Jean coutu des sources to go buy my personal items. I went with my sister. She had to buy her personal stuff which is none of my business. I am aware that the law says that we should not be two member of the family entering a store, but I see several people at Super C des Sources with another family member as long as that person is not sick and have a mask and gloves. So there was an employee that stop us at the door saying that we could not get in. My sister went in first but I did not want her to buy my personal stuff as it is personal again. So that employee instead of understanding my situation and letting me go in worst case after my sister she refused. She started yelling on me very hard and I do not condone that so any human would have a similar approach and yell back. Her manager came and he asked me what was the problem? I started explaining the situation and he cut me and start yelling as well saying harsh things. I then told him I am a Nurse I would not do anything stupid. Then he said: Ben Si tu es vraiment Infirmière Madame, si un jour je tombe malade je ne voudrais pas que vous preniez soins de moi. Which hurt me alot because I am a wonderful Nurse I take care of patients & I advocate for all my patients. I then told him not a problem he can somewhere else since he is insulting me. He does not even know me I can be one of the smartest and sweet Nurse who takes care of her patients. I then told him: C'est assez drôle, Legault dit qu'on est des anges-gardiens, mais quand on sort dehors on nous traite comme de rien. All this to say that this PJC Jean coutu is not worth it. They are not friendly, very rude, agressive and low class. They don't let you express yourself as a client. When I work and my patient is annoyed I let them talk to find a better solution for everyone. The moral of the story is that there is a way of talking to an individual. We are all going through it, we are all suffering, we are all worried and have anxiety about this covid19. Don't come and yell on people. Be nice to people. Speak in a respectful way.

Please stay away from this place! So I was trying to ship an iPhone I have the receipt with me and on the receipt it states I can get a refund but in the store they refuse it because they said it’s parcel. The receipt doesn’t state what the store employees are telling me. So they won’t issue me a refund even if I have a receipt. I will warn people of your practices. Please stay away from this place.

This review only concerns the pharmacy/laboratory part. My experience with the front store service has been good.
My elderly mother has had a few bad, but serious, issues with her prescriptions. Twice she received her antibiotics late because of pharmacy's inadequate service. Once they claimed their fax machine was not working all day, hence they got the prescription the next day. Other time they refused to give it to her for the wrong reason.
Of course the wait is always sooo long. The lab seems always understaffed for the huge volume of work they have to do.
I should know. I have worked in pharmacies in Quebec for more than 20 years. My mother transferred her file to another pharmacy which so far has proven to be an excellent decision.
I sincerely hope that they will see this and improve the situation at the lab. My Mom had previously been with another Jean-Coutu branch for 18 yeras without any complaint.

Personnel toujours désagréable, manque de politesse, regards méprisants, remarques désagréables a chaque fois que j'y vais, enorme retard dans les préparations d'ordonnances, vraiment pas serieux.

Lies.smh 10pm. I am here at 9h40pm on a Friday and they are closed already.upset cause i could have gone to another pharmacy before 10pm.not happy

Louis legaut (the owner of this jc and 2 other) sold us his house on 300 parkwood. A lot of hidden defects. Cheap renovations, exterior not sealed properly, infested with mice. Filthy. He and his wife thought they were clever. Lmfao. That’s the way they do business. Stay away!
