Jean Coutu Lennoxville has been my pharmacy of choice for the last 15 years. Throughout this time they have been persistently excellent in all their services.patient, professional and above all, caring!
In this dark age of Quebec healthcare (. Where you have to wait months in order to see your family doctor, assuming you are lucky enough to have one.where, in order to see a doctor for a simple cough you have to go wait 8 hrs at the Urgence!) the pharmacists fill in the gaps with useful information. They keep tabs on your health and make sure you are served in the best possible way! They feel to me like they are members of the community rather than merchants!
That is definitely NOT my experience with other pharmacies of Sherbrooke.

La pharmacienne, madame Lajeunesse est exceptionnelle: présente, compétente, pro-active et proche de ses clients. C'est le meilleur endroit pour avoir des conseils de santé. Son équipe est aussi à son image. Cette pharmacie inspire confiance.

Well, it's a pharmacy like other Jean Coutu. Same good service for every day needs!

J ai appelé à 9hrs am pour faire préparer ma commande à 11hrs j'arrive en succursale est ce n'est pas prêt j'attends un 45 min sur place! Bref service pourri
